We did encounter some issues, however, Matt had his team work with us to correct them as we encountered them (i.e. faulty pre-wire causing false-positives on the alarm). The initial sales call went super well, they got out to replace our vivint system within a week which is where the problems started. It took them no less than EIGHT TRIPS to finally get the initial install finished, and each tech they sent badmouthed the work done by the other techs, and management was utterly clueless and absolutely incompetent. The install work was incredibly sloppy, and we had to have painters out to repair all teh damage they did to our walls. They used a weird hodge podge of equipment and software, and we remain deeply unsatisfied. AVOID like the plague.
