I didn't even know ice packs existed until my 3rd treatment. Then on my LAST treatment the girl walked in and said I was applying the ice packs wrong and I can give my self really bad dark spots. The first session the girl didn't tape around my tattoo and got super close to it...I have hair growing in that exact spot now because moving forward every person tapped it and refused to get that close...so thanks for the additional hair growth! I received a call asking if I was happy at the end of all my services. I said no, she apologized and then hung up. Now I'm getting sent a survey via email weeks later. If you aren't going to do anything to make it better...why even follow up?? I'm currently researching other places for laser removal. Unfortunately, I've learned my lesson. Research. Research.
