Benedicts, waffles, pancakes, french toast, crepes...oh my goodness!. The food was scrumptiously delicious - breakfast of champions! Here are my impressions: *Avocado benedict: Eggs were poached perfectly with surrounding avocados, topped with bacon, and served over an English Muffin. I picked hashbrown as my side, which was golden brown and crispy; they were carb-o-licious dipped in jalapeno tomato ketchup. *Tex-mex bowl: This was a hearty bowl of hashbrown, chorizo sausage, jalapeno, avocados, and tomatoes. We chose two sunny side up eggs, but you can select how your eggs are cooked. For more carbs, we had pancakes, but you could also pick from biscuit or toast instead. The portion was generous. My boyfriend could not finish this in one sitting, and we had to bring some home for later. The service was outstanding. Water was poured out of a fancy bottle. My black coffee was refilled accordingly. We did not have to wait long for our food. Furthermore, the dining area was spacious. It used to be where Liberty Burger was. Stopped in for a late breakfast with a craving for cinnamon roll french toast. The cinnamon roll French toast hit the spot. The biscuits and gravy were good but could have used more sauce. The service was great - I got seated quickly and the server was attentive but not overbearing. My breakfast came out promptly. I got the chicken fried steak and eggs. I always order my eggs over medium. that is seldom what I get - these were spot on. The hash browns were great - crispy and not greasy. I was a bit disappointed that I only got one slice of rye toast. Aren't two slices the norm? Now to the CFS - it was absolutely awful.full of grizzle and tuff as hell. This little spot is cute but my first experience was a little lacking. I wasn't wowed. I ordered a hot chocolate (tasted generic), and the All American breakfast. A pretty safe choice. It gets an "okay". The bacon had a unique smoky flavor that I wasn't sure I totally loved. My side of biscuit with chorizo gravy was, again, just okay. The hash browns and eggs weren't anything special; the eggs slightly undercooked. Lots of salt needed to get some flavor in a rather bland breakfast. Probably would have helped if everything was piping hot. They have an extensive menu available all day so if I return I'd try something else and hope to be a bit more impressed. Great breakfast this morning! We got there around 9:45 and were able to get in. The food came our super fast and was very fresh and tasty. I got the crepe meal with eggs, bacon and fruit and everyone was on point. My hubby got an omelette with hash browns and sourdough toast. Horrible experience here today. My omelette was so over cooked and rubbery that it tasted old. To top that off a hard and obviously old piece of cheese had been thrown casually on the top - I guess that made it a cheese omelette in someone's eye? Very sweet waitress kept apologizing but let's be clear she didn't cook the food and it's not her job to use fresh products. This place started out ok, but I wouldn't go back for love or money. This place has disappointed me the last few visits. It's really busy, which their food is really good so I'm not surprised. Good luck finding parking, no take out parking unfortunately. Their organization leaves a lot to be desired. I've often had to wait 15-20 minutes past the time my food was expected for pickup after I've already paid! Their new policy says to pay on the phone, which I respect, but man does it feel bad to stand in their hot itty bitty 5x5ft waiting area, crammed like a sardine, waiting an extra long time for my food. Considering that delta and gamma covid variants are on an exponential rise and it's only a matter of time before another shut down, it's really uncomfortable in this packed establishment where virtually no one wears a mask (it is a restaurant, after all, this is expected) After waiting 40 minutes and coming home (luckily I'm only a mile away) they missed 2 items from my order. Time to go back and wait in their tiny hot waiting corner... I'm really disappointed. I suggest management cease takeout orders on the weekends when you're already slammed with business, or get a *lot* more organized for your customers who have already paid for their food: No thankless extra waiting, add designated parking for to go, add designated curbside employees to service these customers, ensure the order is correct. read more

This place was just okay to me. I mean, the food was good but not great. I didn't like it that they didn't have any flavored or fancy coffee options. Drip only. And my waitress messed up my order and brought it to me on regular toast in lieu of gluten free. Honest mistake and no huge deal but when I got the gluten free it was even more disappointing than usual after seeing how tasty the regular looked. While running errands in the Presidio area stores today, I picked up lunch from My Cafe togo. I went for the triple decker BLT sandwich on gluten free toast and a side of sweet potato fries. Wow! The crisp delicious bacon and fresh turkey sent this sandwich over the top of delicious! The sweet potato fries were not only crispy and hot, but they tasted like a dressed up Belgium waffle. Massive menu. This place has quite literally every American breakfast combo you could think of. We got the biscuits and gravy, which come with a heaping portion of hash Browns. The biscuits come with sausage gravy or chorizo gravy can be substituted for an extra charge. The biscuits were soft and fluffy with hints of a butter taste. Overall, the taste was really delicious. Seated immediately around 8:30-9am. Service was very quick. Staff were very kind, welcoming and attentive. A well run business that succeeds in multiple aspects. Very clean interior. At the time we went (June 2021) masks were not required for customers, but were worn by all staff. read more

Had the Cowboy Omelette with pancakes and coffee. Everything was good but nothing stood out as great. The omelette was thick but could have had a little more flavor. The house potatoes were good but may have been better with ketchup (which wasn't offered and since I had to ask for butter and syrup for my pancakes, I didn't bother). And the pancakes tasted like the ones I make at home with the box mix. The place was clean and friendly and they have outdoor seating. Stopped in for a quick brunch on our way out of town. The restaurant is quaint and clean. It is located in the busy and shopping area of Presidio Junction. There's ample parking. A great little spot to have some breakfast/brunch. My Cafe reminds me of the quintessential American diner where the waitresses call you darlin'. I loved every bit of it. Hubs got the cowboy omelette and I'm trying to stay healthy so I got the avocado toast. I thought it was pretty good! The portion sizes are really great too, especially for the price. I travel all over the country for work. Due to this, I end up eating at restaurants for about 60 meals a month. The food at My Cafe is above and beyond 95% of restaurants across this country. In fact, I decided to start this Yelp account so that I could review them and other restaurants that I believe stand above the rest. I ordered the Country Fried Steak the first day my coworker and I landed. It was the best I've ever had! The hash browns and French toast were great too. We brought in a group of ten people for a meeting. They were more than accommodating and patient with us. I'll only be in Fort Worth for another month, but I'll be eating here as much as I can before I depart. read more

This restaurant is located in a shopping plaza with plenty of free parking available in the parking lot. It has decent service and a casual, homey ambiance. They offer a wide menu of options but I wish there were more coffee selections, especially for a breakfast/brunch restaurant. The flavor is comparable to 7 Mile Cafe. I really hate to go to an establishment and be 1. racially profiled and treated with the most disgusting treatment especially as a service member. Coming home from a deployment I wanted to have a nice breakfast at a place that a friend recommended yet it was brought to a halt after they refused service to "people" who don't tip? Mind you, it's me and my wife. it's our first time at the establishment, and we were the only people of color in the establishment at the time. I was honestly very confused because we were sat down, given menus and then ignored for about 30 minutes. This place sucks. For starters, I was told over the phone that there would be no wait time for a party of 2, when I arrive a few minutes later they tell me it's a 15 min wait? So annoying. My wife and I have been to this location a few times and we're always treated like royalty. The service is always great and the food is delicious. Very nice portions and the quality if obvious. The staff does a very good job making sure that your coffee and water is always full, and they're nice to chat to as well.
