Parking is hard gotta find it on the street or go to a parking garage. I went on a Saturday morning. Had a great time. Luckily there was no wait. Service is fast. Food was delicious. Had to try the French toast with berries on top so delicious and of course, an omelette with potatoes, so satisfying!!

New favorite brunch place! Loved the ambience, such a cool design. The service was great and the food phenomenal. So many yummy sounding dishes on the menu. We ended up getting the cinnamon roll French toast, a side of the red velvet French toast, and the seasonal spring SOB eggs Benedict. Everything was so good it was the guilty help-I-keep-eating-even-though-I'm-full kind of brunch. Definitely will come back when we're in the area!

Service was awesome. Patio was open and shaded and the food was delicious. Perfect spot for a sunday brunch!

Great food, great attention, but I would recommend less salt on the food!! I recommend this place. Good vibes.

Oh yummy the red velvet waffles were chefs kiss!! It was me and 3 friends that went and it was super busy. Our server was incredibly sweet and he did a great job taking care of us. Loved the vibes of the place and would definitely come back if I find myself in dallas again. Thanks for a yummy breakfast!

My friend and I stumbled upon this place early in the morning on New Year's Day. We walked right in and sat down. As someone who does not like breakfast food, they did have an intriguing menu. I also liked that they offered a half serving of their French toast, which I decided to indulge in because it was the first day of the year. It was very good. I finished my plate. I was disappointed that the corned beef hash was not 100% homemade. That is a special item that I always have if it's 100% homemade. The service was great. Itzel was attentive and friendly and informative. My coffee never got cold. The big surprise was by the time we had talked and eaten, the empty restaurant became not only full, but there was a line out the door! I guess this is a hotspot.

I've been here many times. It's in a beautiful spot in downtown Fort Worth and a perfect spot for an afternoon lunch. The service is amazing and their food doesn't take forever to arrive. We got 'Make your own' skillets. I gave a 4 star because they ended up switching up our skillets by accident, but even so they were really good. It wasn't really worth the complaint because anything on the menu you select is going to be delicious.

Yum. That's what I have to say for a solid breakfast experience. It must be super popular because they wait time was super long! I think we were waiting outside for at least an hour before we could go in. And then when we finally got in there was a very narrow trail to get to the front. We were packed like sardines. The actual restaurant area where you sit and eat was fine though. It was decently spacious and well lit. I ordered the eggs benedict and substituted it with salmon and I had the French toast on the side. The French toast was pretty delicious even without syrup so you know they did it right! They were pretty perfectly fried. Not too hard not too soft not too milky or eggy and not too oily. Pretty perfect with a light dusting of powdered sugar. I love eggs benedict and it was no different here. Substituting the salmon was the best decision for me. The salmon was nice and had a beautifully smoked flavor. It didn't smell fishy and that led me to believe they cleaned it thoroughly and responsibly. The English muffins were nice..lightly toasted not too hard and not soggy because of the salmon and hollandaise sauce. I need to look up if there is a location in Houston! I would certainly go again.

Decided to stop in after finishing a photoshoot. I noticed there wasn't a wait online so we went right over and were sat immediately. Or server arrived not long after being seated and took our drink and entree order. She was very kind and excited to serve. As we waited we noticed it got really crowded in a matter of minutes so our timing was perfect. It was also a bit loud due to so many waiting in addition to so many already seated to dine in but there seems to be plenty seating to include an outside patio area. Once our food arrived and we were pleased with the presentation. I went with the cinnamon French toast with eggs and bacon. Everything had great flavor but the bacon was HEAVILY salted. Like OMG I couldn't even finish it. My partner in crime got an egg white omelet with grits and pancakes and was pleasantly pleased with the taste. I would definitely dine in again but would try something different in hopes that it's much better.

    Strawberry matcha, yummy!

For as busy as it was when we got here, we got seated pretty fast! The matcha is delicious. The cheesy egg sandwich is AMAZING!!! The crepes are yummy too! A little loud inside but still nice!

I took a friend from out of town here on a Sunday morning. It was about 10am and definitely crowded and line out the door. We put our name on the list and the wait really wasn't bad at all, but we ultimately decided to sit at the bar. The bar is super cool because you can see drinks being made and inside the kitchen. I order the Allstar Combo with 2 eggs, 2 slices of bacon, 2 sausage links and 2 crepes. The crepes were so yummy!!! My friend order the smoked salmon benny and they were delicious. I ordered the Hail Mary. Very yummy Bloody Mary and it came with a piece of bacon. This definitely is a hangover cure.

So so good! Everything coming out of the kitchen looked amazing, especially the crepes and eggs! Julian's service was exceptional. So friendly and great at making recommendations to enhance your experience. We ordered The yacht with onion chips and fresh fruit. Very fresh turkey and fruit especially. I might substitute Swiss cheese last time as the cheddar was shredded. Great stop all around. My girlfriends blueberry latte smelled and tasted delicious!

How do request a reservation on Yelp? I was told I could make one on here when I called. Thanks

Apologies for any miscommunication but we do not accept reservation on the weekend. You can add you name to our waitlist remotely that will allow you to arrive before your table is ready.

Do they offer any gluten free options for their pancakes/waffles?

Yes they do and their Gluten Free options are so tasty.

    Do they have bottomless mimosas?

Hi Rachel. We do offer mimosas. Regular and Strawberry orange flavor. Not bottomless though.…

What's the point of adding yourself to the waitlist when once you arrive you still have to wait 30 minutes?

Also fell for this scam... Called the restaurant and the hostess told me to put my name on the yelp waitlist that said "0 min". Arrived at the restaurant and the wait is 40 min... It is straight up insulting!

    Where to park?

There's valet out front and the restaurant validates.

Does Yolk offer mimosa's for brunch?

    No. BYOB

Lots of tables and cute pictures. The place is loud but that's because everyone is talking at their table. Our server Trayvon was super nice and very helpful. Hubby got the traditional breakfast-chicken apple sausage, sourdough toast and hash browns and scrambled eggs with cheese. I ordered the chicken fried chicken with the gravy on the side. I rather dip the chicken in the gravy verse having it poured on top. My chicken fried chicken came with grits and sourdough toast. The chicken was so good and flavorful. I loved the grits. While it was a lovely experience in a stunning environment, it fell a bit short of the high bar you'd expect for a $95/pp tea service. The Good: First and foremost, the environment is absolutely beautiful. The Bowie House, Bricks & Horses restaurant, and the Mulberry Room itself are gorgeously decorated with a sophisticated Texas Western theme. The atmosphere in the Mulberry library is intimate and visually striking. Additionally, the service was excellent from start to finish, being both attentive and professional. The food portions are quite generous, with both the savories and sweets served together on a single tower. The sweets were the highlight of the food, as they were very delicious and surprisingly large. We also really enjoyed the tea selections themselves, particularly the Earl Grey and the plum rooibos. The Letdowns: Unfortunately, a few details missed the mark, especially considering the premium price point: - The "Champagne": The experience is advertised as including a glass of Champagne, but we were actually served Prosecco. At nearly $100 a person, substituting Prosecco for real Champagne or Cremant is a major disappointment. - The Tea Service: Instead of receiving a teapot to enjoy throughout the afternoon, the tea is steeped directly in the cup. This limits you to a single cup per tea variety, though to be fair, I didn't ask if refills were an option. - Food Refinement: While the portions were large and the savories were tasty, they lacked the elegance of a traditional tea. Every savory option was open-faced and heavily blanketed in microgreens and edible flowers, which felt a bit unrefined. - Comfort & Conversation: The Mulberry library features low couches, deep chairs, and coffee tables. While this setup would be absolutely perfect for relaxing with a glass of whiskey, it makes leaning over to eat finger foods highly uncomfortable. Furthermore, the seating layout isn't ideal for holding a natural conversation with the people in your party. Overall: It is a nice experience in a breathtaking Fort Worth hotel, but I'm not sure I would return. If the price point were lower, the execution would make more sense. However, given the other highly refined afternoon tea options available across DFW for less money, this one doesn't quite live up to its price tag.

I asked for a splash of cranberry juice. That's it. The easy solution would have been to hold back a little OJ and add a splash of cranberry. Instead, I was told I would need to purchase a separate cranberry drink or pay full price for the mimosa. For a splash of juice? Wow. That's unfortunate, because so much of the experience was actually great. Our server, Ashlyn, was really good, super friendly, attentive, and consistently checked on us. The decor was beautiful, and the food delivered. The birria tacos were delicious. The tortilla was lightly sautéed, the portion of meat was generous, and the consommé was nicely seasoned. The chicken nachos were also really good, with just the right amount of guacamole, sour cream, and pico. I would absolutely have returned with friends based on the food, atmosphere, and service. But customer service is also about the little things. I've made this same simple request at every order of mimosa at any restaurants and have never experienced that level of resistance. I understand having standards and policies, but there should also be room for common sense and customer consideration. When the request is this small and the accommodation is this easy, saying "yes" goes a long way. 360 had a real opportunity to turn a good experience into a great one. Instead, the mimosa policy left a sour taste that the food couldn't quite overcome.

The brisket benny was okay, the texture of the brisket was very odd and didn't really hold up to the egg. Although the okra had a great flavor the batter was a bit too thick which made it chewy. The Fixe breakfast was great and the maple sausage was perfect. Our waitress was Adriana, she was great and very helpful. Overall we would definitely come back and look forward to trying dinner one night.

Overall the room was very nice.. I was surprised by the complete cement room but shockingly it was perfect, the bed is comfortable however the pillows are very big. My neck does not do well with thick pillows and these were very thick. The bar was mediocre and the bar tender struggled to keep up with customers and wasn't very friendly. Overall it was a good hotel and a fun experience.

I can't believe I'm writing a review about bathroom sinks...but here we are. The hotel itself is…read morenice and fairly new. Very industrial/loft feel, which I like. However the bathroom sinks may just be an elaborate prank pulled on every guest of this hotel. There are many photos already on here, but the pictures don't do it justice. The sink is approximately 7" x 12", and has a mirror jutting out over a portion of it, leaving you with roughly 4-5" of functional sink space. This will be the smallest sink you've ever used in your life (and I've spent lots of time in NYC and Chicago, where I've used some very small sinks). Need to wash your hands? You're getting water on your feet. Shave? Better wear a bathing suit. Wash your face? A wetsuit is recommended. Accidentally turn the water on too high when doing any of the above? Bet you didn't know you were about to take a full shower! I'm not sure the building codes in Dallas, but apparently you can get away with installing dollhouse fixtures here. Choose another property just simply so you don't have to deal with the hassle.
