Snooze AM Eatery in Fort Worth is one of my favorite brunch spots! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and made with quality ingredients. The service is friendly and attentive, even when they're busy. Just be prepared to wait--especially on weekends, as it's a very popular place. I highly recommend joining the waitlist before you arrive to save yourself some time. It's definitely worth the wait for a delicious breakfast or brunch!

My all time favorite spot. It's hard for me to be a regular somewhere, but this is a place I wish I could go to every weekend. The food NEVER disappoints, the service is pretty good, even on the busy days. The atmosphere is bright and loud but not obnoxiously noisy which is why I don't mind going during the rush. On the less busy days it's much quieter and the food may get to you quicker. The drinks are amazing, haven't tried one I didn't like. Their pancakes are so good! Ole reliable is Pineapple but the Strawberry is phenomenal. I can't always decide so I just get the flight! Enjoy your time here, and if you go on a busy day, it's worth the wait!

I mean you snooze you lose right? I've been to many Snooze's over the years and my family gets extremely jealous when I go without them. This place was a mile from my hotel so how could I not go? I went here on a Tuesday morning. It was dead. Criminally dead. I was one of 2 people here. Fort Worth needs to get it together! Waiter was very attentive (how could he not be). I had my coffee with oat milk fast. I ordered fast. I received my food fast. I ordered the Snooze classic with chicken sausage. I was somewhat surprised that the sausage was a gigantic patty. I guess I was expecting links. It very flavorful and hopefully healthier than the pork version? Of course it was huge so it probably cancelled out. Eggs were fluffy and english muffin was typical. I asked for well done hash browns and they were perfect. The best part is that for the first time, they had a tshirt in my wife's size! They never have what we want. So now I go home and my wife is going to be excited and not jealous.

I love Snooze and eat here often. Service is always great and staff is always friendly. This visit I decided to try one of their fairly new menu items, the Basil & the Bee Burrata Toast. It is a beautifully plated dish and it was delicious. A little sweeter than I anticipated but I would definitely order it again. Flavors blended well together and I love their breads. If you're looking for something new try this is a great option.

First our waiter kicked ass, he kept on with the drinks and anything else. He also mentioned that if you get the eggs combo, you can sub the toast for ANY pancake you want. BIG SCORE. We got 2 of them on with the spiced pear pancake and the other with the cinn. roll pancake. THESE WERE THE BEST. They were a juxtoposition of flavor, one was sticky sweet and the other was more earthy. BOTH were so flavorful.

We came here on July 4th, waited about 25 to be seated. The place was very busy so this was expected. 1st time eating here. The food and drinks were very good. One of the best espresso martinis I've had (not sweet at all which I prefer) Service was fast, efficient and friendly. Would come here again if in town

We tried to eat at every snooze we come across when we are traveling. This one was no exception. Excellent food and excellent service. They changed the menu up with new items and I love that. Their avocado toast is never the same, which is fantastic because I've tried the whipped cottage cheese and also the onion relish and they are both amazing. Everything here is so fresh. Cameron did an awesome job. We will definitely be back.!!!

Shrimp and grits is unbeatable at Snooze AM. A must try. Benny duo is good if you can't decide which egg Benedict to go for. Vegan pancakes are good but nothing overwhelming. Service is good. Everyone is friendly and attentive

Service in Bianca's section is always fast, friendly, pleasant, and memorable! Thank you Bianca and Snooze Fort Worth!

Snooze is hands down one of my favorite brunch spots. We had the flight pancakes and customized them with strawberry and a cinnamon roll flavor so good. I had eggs and bacon with shell eggs, and everything was cooked perfectly. The space is super chill and great for friends or family, and the staff was amazing. Best mimosas, Bloody Marys, and coffee drinks around. My daughter and I came in for a quick bite because we love their pancakes and French toast (highly recommend, even though we skipped it this time). They do close earlier than an all-day spot, but it's always a 10/10 for me. I'll definitely be back.

Did a follow up today at Snooze and noticed they had some new menu items! The service is fantastic also. Tried the new Biscuits and with a Rosemary Sausage Gravy. It had solid flavor with the perfect amount of heat on the backend. Also new was the Basil and Bee Buratta Toast. Sweet and savory of the burrata and the honey was very good but also had a small amount heat on the backend with red chili flakes. These items were a great addition.

I was sat by the bar as I imagined the holidays would be busy can have people stressful. Although the host by the door was a bit stressed out, the server over behind the counter was polite and attentive. The restaurant seemed to have two floors and plenty of space for big parties, I was a party of one so I sat by the counter. Automatically pulled towards the vegan banana pancakes because I saw a previous review of someone raving about them and I had to find out of it was true.. lol and WAS. The butterfly lemonade was delicious as well and can't go wrong when it's good for you! The way the cream cheese was enough to smear on the hash browns was my own doing plus the hint of yellow bird hot sauce.

This was THE BEST Strawberry Shortcake Pancakes I have EVER HAD!! It was cake like and absolutely amazing the Protein Trio Omelet* was also just as good with fresh sourdough bread. Hash Browns you think would be an after thought were able to stand on their own being excellent, well seasoned and cooked perfectly. My grandson and I went on Mother's Day around lunchtime after church and had an amazing time. We sat at the bar and were in and out within an hour and did not wait long at all for our food. Everyone from the hostess to the waitress were attentive and very nice! Hats off to the cooks in the back of the house for making such amazing breakfast! Thank you for making my Mother's Day memorable!!

Ask the Community - Snooze, an A.M. Eatery

I haven't been there, but it looks great. is this restaurant set up to be able to accommodate a group of 20+ around 11 am midweek??? I am trying to find a place for a small breakfast /brunch celebration

They might be able to accommodate 20 people. Might. It would just depend on how many people are there that day. I would definitely call and ask when the beat day would be to try and get that many people there at once.

    What's the parking situation like?

They have a small parking area in front of the restaurant. Directly across the street is a shopping area with lots of parking. It's an easy walk, not far at all.

Dogs allowed outside? She's in a stroller?

I've seen people take there dogs outside so I'm guessing it's not a problem

    Can we specify outdoor seating?

Yes, just ask for an outdoor table when you arrive

    Do you take reservations?

Hi Alex! We do not take reservations, but we do have a remote waitlist that we recommend you join…

    Do they have bottomless mimosas?

Hi Rachel! We do not have bottomless mimosas, but we do have a great mimosa list that you can view at snoozeeatery.com/food-menu

    Are the tortillas homemade?

    No, factory bought

Yelp lists that y'all have Gluten Free offerings, but reviewed menu and could not find any notations or section of the menu showing that an item can be Gluten Free. What items are Gluten Free? Can pineapple upside down pancakes be GF?

You probably have to ask. It's not a GF restaurant. But they seem to accommodate GF. How about show up and ask them. I seriously think they would help you out.

Do they have takeout/Togo for us single people that want to try it out? And if so, can you do it online like most places or do you have to do it old school and call the place? Thanks.

Old school for now, but we do have online ordering coming in the near future. Give us a call, we serve great food Togo!

The noise level was extremely high...we literally had to yell just to have a conversation with each other. Service was also very slow. It took about 15 minutes just to be acknowledged at the bar, and close to 30 minutes to actually receive a drink. When I finally ordered, I told the bartender to make her favorite drink. She made something that included raw egg whites (which I later learned is common in certain cocktails), but it wasn't mentioned or explained at the time. A few hours later, I became very sick...vomiting and dealing with what felt like severe food poisoning all night and through the next 24 hours. After looking into it, I suspect it may have been related to the raw egg used in the drink. Just something to be aware of if you're ordering drinks like a whiskey sour or anything that may include egg whites. After getting our receipt (which you need for the speakeasy entry code), we checked out the speakeasy portion, but the vibe there wasn't great either..pretty must the same as the other part of the bar. We ended up leaving within about five minutes. Overall, the experience didn't live up to the hype for us....between the noise, long wait times, and how we were treated, it just wasn't enjoyable. For comparison, the bar next door, Archibald, felt much more welcoming. Maybe regulars have a different experience, but as first-time guests, we were not impressed.

We poke our heads in (accidentally going through the exit door. the front door is well camouflaged) and just found a wonderful very chilled out bar. Haven't been to a speakeasy in a long time. It was dark lighting with ambient black lights and string lights to keep it dim but you wont struggle to see through. Music was not super loud and the chairs were incredibly comfortable and the whole place was laid out to just have drinks and lounge while talking with friends. No food, which is fine. You have plenty of options on the same block for that. This place is just for drinks and conversation. The seasonal menu was awesome. It iss a bar so they of course can make anything you request if you don't want a specialty cocktail. I got my favorite, a moscow mule but they had a brazilian mule on the specialty menu. I never had that before and ordered it on the spot. It was grapefruit vodka with lime, lots of fine pellett nugget ice (the really good kind) with ginger beer and condensed milk. My god it was great, they told me how they made it because i never saw milk added to this before. It was a delicious limeade that almost was slushy like, creamy and with tangy vodka. Plus they actually served it in a proper copper mug. Best mixed drink ive had period and a cool twist on my favorite standard moscow mule. The place is now going to become a frequent haunt for us. Its very laid back, relaxed, with fantastic ambiance. It doesn't get jammed packed and is not meant to get wild in. We went there around 7pm on a friday night with about 8 or so others already there with their drinks. It did pick up later with 15-20 people in there but still spacious and comfortable. It genuinely was just a nice bar to have drinks and conversations with friends. Nice music that isn't too loud so you can talk with normal voice levels. The bartenders we had were super nice and charismatic. The drinks were not expensive, a respectable 13 bucks for my mule. If you have a bill over 40 dollars they automatically add 20% gratuity to it so keep that in mind when you are tipping. And after 8pm everything had 20% gratuity added to the bill. But the service is so damn good that you will probably still want to tip on top of that anyways. I loved it so much i actually made a yelp account just to post a review. TLDR super cool speakeasy type joint, cool aesthetics and laundry theme. Not loud, good for drinks and chit chat, cool well crafted specialty cocktails that don't break the bank. Good bartenders. Good times. Cozy seats that encourage you to hang out and talk even with folks you haven't met before and dim without being dark lighting. Clean bathroom too and quick charismatic service. Hit this place up for sure even just for the novelty of it. It was a wonderful surprise bar for a date night. Pro tip for this area in general. all paid parking, some place validates some do not, i am unsure if they do here but there is paid parking right out front and also a paid lot literally across the street. But i don't even bother. About a block and a half away northeast is a big shopping complex with a target. i just park there for free and walk. its a short nice walk and doesn't cost 20 bucks.

If you're looking for slavish adherence to the old recipes, this ain't your place. But they're not reinventions, and that's a very tiki thing. Some are misses - the black walnut bitters in the Pain Kill ARR made no sense, but the light rum and lack of honey in the Morse Code were bright and refreshing. Over the span of 150 minutes the two of us had seven drinks and three mixed shots. All well made, all generally good, no absolute home runs. Totally worth a return trip. It'll be fun to visit during a busier time.
