The wait was impressive, though perhaps not in the way the restaurant intended. About 15 minutes to get a table and another 25 minutes for the food. Given how popular the place appears to be, one might expect the operation to be a bit more prepared for the crowds. As for the food, it was perfectly ordinary. Not bad, not memorable, and certainly not worth planning your day around. If you've eaten breakfast before, you've likely had something very similar. The atmosphere resembles a busy public kitchen more than a relaxing café. Conversations compete with clattering dishes, making it difficult to enjoy a peaceful morning coffee or breakfast. I mean you snooze you lose right? I've been to many Snooze's over the years and my family gets extremely jealous when I go without them. This place was a mile from my hotel so how could I not go? I went here on a Tuesday morning. It was dead. Criminally dead. I was one of 2 people here. Fort Worth needs to get it together! Waiter was very attentive (how could he not be). I had my coffee with oat milk fast. I ordered fast. I received my food fast. I ordered the Snooze classic with chicken sausage. I was somewhat surprised that the sausage was a gigantic patty. I guess I was expecting links. It very flavorful and hopefully healthier than the pork version? Of course it was huge so it probably cancelled out. Eggs were fluffy and english muffin was typical. I asked for well done hash browns and they were perfect. The best part is that for the first time, they had a tshirt in my wife's size! They never have what we want. I love Snooze and eat here often. Service is always great and staff is always friendly. This visit I decided to try one of their fairly new menu items, the Basil & the Bee Burrata Toast. It is a beautifully plated dish and it was delicious. A little sweeter than I anticipated but I would definitely order it again. Flavors blended well together and I love their breads. This was THE BEST Strawberry Shortcake Pancakes I have EVER HAD!! It was cake like and absolutely amazing the Protein Trio Omelet* was also just as good with fresh sourdough bread. Hash Browns you think would be an after thought were able to stand on their own being excellent, well seasoned and cooked perfectly. My grandson and I went on Mother's Day around lunchtime after church and had an amazing time. We sat at the bar and were in and out within an hour and did not wait long at all for our food. Snooze is hands down one of my favorite brunch spots. We had the flight pancakes and customized them with strawberry and a cinnamon roll flavor so good. I had eggs and bacon with shell eggs, and everything was cooked perfectly. The space is super chill and great for friends or family, and the staff was amazing. Best mimosas, Bloody Marys, and coffee drinks around. My daughter and I came in for a quick bite because we love their pancakes and French toast (highly recommend, even though we skipped it this time). Did a follow up today at Snooze and noticed they had some new menu items! The service is fantastic also. Tried the new Biscuits and with a Rosemary Sausage Gravy. It had solid flavor with the perfect amount of heat on the backend. Also new was the Basil and Bee Buratta Toast. Sweet and savory of the burrata and the honey was very good but also had a small amount heat on the backend with red chili flakes. These items were a great addition. read more

I was sat by the bar as I imagined the holidays would be busy can have people stressful. Although the host by the door was a bit stressed out, the server over behind the counter was polite and attentive. The restaurant seemed to have two floors and plenty of space for big parties, I was a party of one so I sat by the counter. Dined in 5/23 on a Saturday. Service from Omar was excellent. However, our food took over 30 mins to come out, and was cold when it got to our table. What confused me was one of the chefs (maybe even the executive chef judging from her white chef coat) was sitting down at the table near us talking to other customers. She was sitting there nearly the entire duration of our meal. Not sure why the chefs are out mingling for an hour while the food is taking 35-40 minutes and coming out cold. One of the reasons I love it here is the farm to table type service they provide. Fresh fresh fresh! I went with the sweet potato bacon smash up. No longer on the menu but they were able to accommodate me. It did not disappoint. Everyone in my party was happy with their entrees. From the snooze classic to Juan's breakfast tacos, it all looked delicious! It gets pretty noisy inside so if that bothers you maybe you can request to be seated on the patio which is nice. All the tables are topped with large umbrellas and they provide great coverage from the sun. I can't wait to return. read more

I really enjoyed my benny duo, my sister said the biscuits and gravy were just alright, my other sister really enjoyed her protein BLT bowl, and my brother wasn't obsessed with the pumpkin pie pancakes. Oh, Snooze! I tell ya, this place is BUSY, I drove up and was ready to drive out. Because I was meeting a friend for brunch, the driving out part, wasn't possible. Thankfully, I was lucky and found parking that was close to the eatery. Seeing the people outside waiting, I was afraid the wait was going to be a thousand years, but the outside seating was immediate. I get it. This is one of those places I will need to visit twice. Some places, need more than one visit to get the "feel" before you can get the true gist of the food. I went with, what was familiar in a hurry and chose their French toast, I didn't like it. Next time, I will take my time and explore the menu and get what I know I will like. The lavender honey lemonade was, excellent! Our waitress was very sweet, attentive, and present the whole time. I've always wanted to try this place out and I was not disappointed. The french toast with the maple syrup was really good. I love that they have a different presentation than most places of the hash browns. It seems so simple but makes a different when plating. The bacon was crispy and that's always a plus in my book. The vegan pancakes were excellent and my husband loved his habanero pork belly benedict! We had Johnny as our server and he was absolutely fantastic, he was so accommodating to my dairy allergy and eager to help. We have not had service this wonderful in a long time. Great Coffee, Average Food, Horrible Service ! Only 1 person at the counter over half of tables empty nobody acknowledged me or try to sit me for over 5 minutes. Had to get a substitution because after I order my food and they brought it out I was told ( then ) that they were out of something and what I like as a substitute ! The Staff disappears in the back and you virtually hardly see them so of course my drink went empty several times ! After over a 10 minute wait of being finished with my food and once again empty glass I finally got someone to check me out so I could pay and leave this place ! I used to love coming here, but they have really been pretty bad lately. They never have the waitlist open, they don't ever have enough servers to have all their tables open (hosts excuse for 10+ open tables with a wait), so they always have a "45min-1hr" wait. They need better management to ensure they can actually seat people and provide good service, because it used to be much better. read more
