Drinks were quick and always full, Food was prompt and hot. I truly do not have anything negative to say! Allergies 5/5 I'm allergic to a lot of things and they handled it so seriously. They flagged my order in their system and even used allergy picks on both the gluten free pancake and my best friend's gluten free grilled cheese so our dishes were clearly marked and kept separate from our husbands' food. I had never been here before so I decided to come since it was open early at 6:30 AM. I wanted to beat the crowd before it filled up. There's several items on the menu that looked amazing and I couldn't figure out if I wanted a Benedict or avocado toast, so I guess I'll have to go back and give it another try! I did get one solo sweet potato pancake to go and then I got the classic breakfast with three eggs. everything was perfectly cooked (like I specified with my modifications, which sometimes throws restaurants off and I know it's a little complicated) to ask for crispy bacon and crispy hashbrowns, but it's just how I am. I was very grateful that the butter was actually melted on the bread unlike other local breakfast places around town where the bread comes out cold and they give you the butter on the side. Oak milk latte was awesome on ice - very cute booths and tables inside, very clean inside. Had an amazing server who was prepared to answer all of my questions about drinks and the way that food was served and prepared and also gave food recommendations. Given how popular the place appears to be, one might expect the operation to be a bit more prepared for the crowds. As for the food, it was perfectly ordinary. Not bad, not memorable, and certainly not worth planning your day around. If you've eaten breakfast before, you've likely had something very similar. The atmosphere resembles a busy public kitchen more than a relaxing café. Conversations compete with clattering dishes, making it difficult to enjoy a peaceful morning coffee or breakfast. My all time favorite spot. It's hard for me to be a regular somewhere, but this is a place I wish I could go to every weekend. The food NEVER disappoints, the service is pretty good, even on the busy days. The atmosphere is bright and loud but not obnoxiously noisy which is why I don't mind going during the rush. On the less busy days it's much quieter and the food may get to you quicker. The drinks are amazing, haven't tried one I didn't like. Their pancakes are so good! I mean you snooze you lose right? I've been to many Snooze's over the years and my family gets extremely jealous when I go without them. This place was a mile from my hotel so how could I not go? I went here on a Tuesday morning. It was dead. Criminally dead. I was one of 2 people here. Fort Worth needs to get it together! Waiter was very attentive (how could he not be). I had my coffee with oat milk fast. I ordered fast. I received my food fast. I ordered the Snooze classic with chicken sausage. I was somewhat surprised that the sausage was a gigantic patty. I guess I was expecting links. It very flavorful and hopefully healthier than the pork version? Of course it was huge so it probably cancelled out. Eggs were fluffy and english muffin was typical. My daughter and I came in for a quick bite because we love their pancakes and French toast (highly recommend, even though we skipped it this time). This was THE BEST Strawberry Shortcake Pancakes I have EVER HAD!! It was cake like and absolutely amazing the Protein Trio Omelet* was also just as good with fresh sourdough bread. No longer on the menu but they were able to accommodate me. It did not disappoint. Everyone in my party was happy with their entrees. From the snooze classic to Juan's breakfast tacos, it all looked delicious! It gets pretty noisy inside so if that bothers you maybe you can request to be seated on the patio which is nice. Went this past Saturday around 1 pm for my birthday. I had a reservation and still needed to wait about 5 min for a table. Once seated, we waited about 15 min to get our drinks orders in and another 35 minutes to get food for a group of 5. It was moderately busy, so I can understand wait times, but it just felt excessive, and felt as though they were unprepared for a brunch rush. I got served a flat Coke in a dirty cup with old lemon seeds in it. Our waiter did take it off our bill, but overall, it was just not a good experience. The waiter explained that they do not have good carbonation in their soft drinks, so to avoid getting them, they will all be flat. Food was good! Oh, Snooze! I tell ya, this place is BUSY, I drove up and was ready to drive out. Because I was meeting a friend for brunch, the driving out part, wasn't possible. Thankfully, I was lucky and found parking that was close to the eatery. Seeing the people outside waiting, I was afraid the wait was going to be a thousand years, but the outside seating was immediate. I get it. This is one of those places I will need to visit twice. Some places, need more than one visit to get the "feel" before you can get the true gist of the food. I went with, what was familiar in a hurry and chose their French toast, I didn't like it. Next time, I will take my time and explore the menu and get what I know I will like. The lavender honey lemonade was, excellent! Our waitress was very sweet, attentive, and present the whole time.
