This place is amazing! We have picked up pizza here several times and each time they seem to out do the quality of the pizza each time! On our camping trip we decided to drive into the little town of Dayton, WA. With the help of Yelp, we found this little hidden gem of a pizzeria. Drake, the young man working the counter, was super helpful in suggesting items as well providing superior customer service. He suggested the garlic bread sticks which were AMAZING and then suggested the Traditional "Supreme" pizza which was also AMAZING! I would highly recommend this experience to anyone who wants great food with great customer service! read more

Absolutely amazing customer service. Every time I call in for pickup I am off the phone in under two minutes (1:30) all around excellent food and it puts the chief spring pizzeria to shame. All fresh ingredients compared to frozen dough. Anyone looking to Yelp to make the decision look here. We were passing through town on a Sunday afternoon and decided to stop at My Dad's Place for a late lunch. We were so impressed! The cheesy bread appetizer was amazing. There was so much scrumptious cheese blend and the sauce was delicious. I had a turkey sandwich on the freshest bread. My husband had the French dip and said it was really tasty. It was our son's pizza burger that won the show. It had just the right amount of sauce, cheese, and pepperoni to be delicious but not messy. And the fries were perfect! The next time we come through Dayton - which is regularly with hockey tournaments - we will absolutely stop at My Dad's Place. read more

We are from out of town and wanted to try a local spot with great reviews. We were disappointed. I got the spinach ravioli with pesto - the taste was good but the portion size for $14 was a let down. They also served it on a cold plate making my pasta cold. My family got a pizza and burger they enjoyed. While dining the restaurant employees needed to open the door to cool the temp? Not sure what or why but when it's 28 degrees outside and we are dining in, I am leaving extremely disheartened. read more

Hi, out-of-Towner here! I have no other local places to compare to, but I travel A LOT! I had a horrible travel day, but found this gem with their fun and inviting chalk sign out front. Staff? Super friendly, and was a breathe of fresh air. I don't know the story of "Dad," but I can tell he's loved a lot, and I love the Frank Sinatra music. Takes me back to dancing with my grandpa, and has a very casual and family-oriented feel. Now, the food! I got a simple fettuccine Alfredo. And it is GOOD! I know it's a pizza place, but after 8 hours of traveling this sounded like it would hit the spot, and it did! Oh, and the crispy bread they serve with it? Pure heaven. Me and my boyfriend have been here twice. The first time we ordered pizza. It was barely warm. We let the ladies know. They said ok we will run it back through again. Still wasnt very warm. We decided to go again on November 9th 2019. Was the same. The pizza was barely warm. Cheese wasnt melted very much so all we could taste was alot of the tomato sauce. We don't live close by but we love pizza. Wasnt very impressed. read more

We were looking to get a quick bite for dinner. The place we had gone to earlier had already shut down their kitchen. We walked in 20 minutes before closing time and asked if their kitchen was still open. They said yes and, rather than treating us as a nuisance, were very welcoming and friendly. Visited this great town today. This restaurant is a gem! While "elegant" is a stretch, the cozy space is bright, clean and inviting. We ordered the Philly pizza, which was flavorful, filling, and freshly made. Amazing crust. Just enough attention by the staff. If we're ever back in Dayton, this is a destination. read more

Best pizza, pasta, and wings in town. My child who eats a very limited array of food ate his whole serving of spaghetti. Serving sizes are big, great option for groups enjoying a meal together, plenty to share. read more
