First I want to say, this business has a five star rating for a reason, you can trust these reviews. I've been coming to this office since 2016 or 2017 before Dr. George took over and I cannot say enough how amazing this practice is. The office staff is so friendly and accommodating. The hygienists are excellent as well as the doctors, a brother sister duo. I've seen them both and had great experiences with them. Even though this dentist is far away from where I live in Koreatown, it's worth the trek out to Burbank. I've tried twice to go to a dentist closer to me and I had horrible experiences, but it's just served as a reminder, if it's not broken don't fix it. I will be attending My Dentist Burbank for many years to come and I recommend it to everyone I know. I've gotten a deep cleaning as well as a retainer made here, and my oral health has improved dramatically. I love My Dentist Burbank. read more

Had a wonderful experience. The hygienist was so nice and made me feel calm (I am someone who gets nervous at the dentist !) I have had 2 bad experiences at other dental offices in Los Angeles where I left the appointment feeling shamed and with a list of highly expensive procedures that I "needed". Been coming here for a few years! I also use the sister practice - Smile Makeover of LA, run by the same folks - depending on my schedule; some days the Glendale office is open while the Burbank office is closed, and vice versa. My review here is exactly the same as my review for Smile, because they're both just that good. My Dentist Burbank/Smile Makeover is easily the best dental practice I've had in Los Angeles. The environment is not stressful at all, and the staff are kind and friendly from top to bottom. The two Drs. Sahakyan have never tried to fast talk me into anything (unlike SOME dental practices I could name...), and have given me home-care advice that has genuinely improved the state of my teeth! Their services are full-range and very affordable. I truly feel like I am getting top-quality care when I come here. Can't believe it's been 3 or so years with the new team! I've been coming hear for over 10 years and the front desk is still amazing as always! I think I see Stella more now when I come in than George but they are both very thorough and nice so that's always a plus! Glad they were still open during deep covid and were really safe in protecting themselves and clients during the time vaccines weren't available yet. I want to say when I got a filling back then..can't remember who did it but it didn't feel very comfortable and was a little sensitive so I came in and Dr. George checked it out and scheduled another appointment for me to come in and get it fixed. Dr. Stella fixed the issue when I came back and solved the problem with my bite, sensitivity, etc. Great team and nice people and always love chatting with the hygienist Stephanie! read more

This is not a fake review. 6/21/2019: This dentist is just trying to get a buck. From my experience. Not an honest dentist. I came in with lower mouth pain and an idea of what the problem was. No dental insurance. I told them I only needed an x-day on the bottom, and the woman at the front desk acted as if I wouldn't have to pay for x-rays seeing as it was one image and I had gotten x-rays only 3 months before. I did not stand up in a machine. Just one mouth bite. Next the doctor came in and looked at the image. He proclaimed that I needed a deep cleaning ($800) and had 4 cavities! This was not based on x-rays. This was based on a probe with a camera that he used where he showed me plaque on my gum line proclaiming it was some abnormality. I have a young mouth that does not have deep pockets or pervasive gingivitis. I have slightly receding gums on ONE part of my mouth. A deep cleaning on my whole mouth would be ridiculous! I went to another dentist the NEXT DAY (Link Dental in Culver City) and it was confirmed that I have no cavities and I was trying to be upselled into something I don't need. I have a good mouth! Do not go to this dentist if you have an issue and you seek honesty. Especially if you don't have dental insurance. Update: Seriously, giving patient information out on the internet? Trying to embarrass? Why would you want to see a dentist that shares your information online? This dentist is wrong. I do not have 3 cavities and he looked at my teeth for 10 minutes. The assistant took 3 x-rays and he used a video probe. Also gsharing PRIVATE information online. I'm giving you an honest review and you're sharing something while giving sensitive patient information (based on what you assumed to be true) and isn't. While seems to be forged (based on other dental visits) you cannot give out patient information. Doctors and dentists do not share this and are not supposed to. Giving it out on the internet? I had been coming to this office location for about a decade when tragedy struck and my dentist was in an accident. The office finally found someone to take over the practice and I have them a shot.
