Because she was so CONTROLLING & not sure for herself. The whole school knew that she ran multiple workers away from this daycare because of her controlling behavior. Ms. Jeanie told me don't let her run me away & honestly that kind of scared me because I was thinking like what did I get myself into! Catrina Knight let it all happen. She told me out of her mouth that she had to give Maria a year leave in the past because of this kind of behavior. Which is really unprofessional to tell a new employee. She tried to make me stay in a work environment where I didn't feel comfortable or welcomed. Her father Charles tried to give me this speech about how to overcome the disrespect basically. But, it didn't work for me at all. Then, don't get me started on how small & unsafe this place is for the children. During nap time all of the children in the whole daycare sleeps in the hallway that's so unsanitary & weird to me. And not to mention that she didn't pay me for those days I worked which was to be $19 a hour. So when I resigned a couple days after I reached out to her about the process of me to get paid. She ignored me because she was out of town living her best life. But then she replied she asked me for a mailing address for my check which she received. Then I waited a few more days to see if it would be in the mailbox but it wasn't so I reached out to her again. Then in her words she said "The check will be sent 30 days after your resignation date since we did not receive ample notice. The training check will be received by Aug. 4." So, I waited again at this point I'm being very patient with her. It's August 11th & still haven't received a check!!!!! She will not reply to me & it's very inconsiderate. But the moral of the story is don't work here or send your child here.

Well not only did she listen to the stories about my mom, and helped me asses the value of the ring and gold she had but she helped me design an amazingly beautiful pendant to remember my mom using her engagement ring and we talked about what her life meant to me. I ended up with a compass pendant since mom was my guide and I became hers later in life. Laura even suggested using her diamonds to face east to west for her sunrise and sunset. With a special inscription on the back. I am in awe of the work they do at Worthmore and I recommend them anyone who needs a special piece of jewelry commissioned or is just looking for someone to take you under their wing and talk wedding rings and jewelry to you. Laura is very informative she also helped us insure our precious pieces which came in handy when I lost the diamond from my wedding ring in a freak accident! TLDR: I would not hire this company. Not only am I very disappointed with the diagnosis process and…read morethe repair that did not address the issue that I called them for but also with the failure of their management to address my concerns. I called Plumbing Express to investigate and resolve a water leak in my kitchen ceiling. The leak was directly below my master bathroom toilet, which my sister and I had already narrowed down by tapping on the kitchen ceiling downstairs while listening upstairs, where the sound was clearly strongest near the master bathroom toilet. The technician briefly inspected both bathrooms but focused on my sister's bathroom on the opposite side of the house after noticing a damp sponge under the toilet tank. My sister explained the sponge was there because she sprays and cleans the toilet regularly, not because of a leak. The plumber then cut open the kitchen ceiling drywall, stated the leak was coming from the water supply line from my sister's toilet, and performed a complete toilet tank rebuild for $450. After the repair, he gave me a card for a company that performs restorations and recommended I call them to inspect for subfloor damage. When that restoration company arrived, they immediately stated there was no way the ceiling leak could have originated from the secondary bathroom because of the location and no evidence of water stains. They recommended another plumber and a leak detection company come out to find the leak before they performed any work. I contacted a second plumber, who agreed the leak was much more likely connected to the master bathroom toilet directly above the leak area. Finally, I hired a leak detection company, and they also confirmed the leak aligned with the master bathroom location, not the secondary bathroom Plumbing Express repaired. At this point, three separate professionals have stated the leak could not have originated from the bathroom Plumbing Express serviced. I paid $450 for a repair that did not address the actual problem I originally called about. In Response to Ty G: Your response is totally incorrect. I would not have called the second plumber and the leak detection company if your recommended restoration company had not told me that the leak was not identified. The pictures taken are of the secondary bathroom not the master as we discussed in our phone call. It is totally "disingenuous" for you to now state that the master toilet was the issue. This validates everything I thought about your company. Others beware!

He explained tersely that he is a small business and reiterated that he never accepts returns and I should be grateful he was making an exception. So -- be warned -- if you purchase supplies from this business, be aware that he "never accepts returns" and that if he decides to make an exception, he'll retain 25% of the payment.
