Very nice atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and the service was excellent. The chili cheese fries were not great and the salmon bites were flavorless. Maybe a little lemon pepper would have given them a pop. The wings were very good and but the fried broccoli stole the show. I have had other interpretations of fried broccoli but theirs is hands down the best and not super breaded like others. The drinks on this night were bad. I heard the food was good but the service was so nasty I couldn't take the risk. Came in with my mom and brother sat down at the table waited 10 to 15 minutes before the waitress came out and literally threw three menus at the table and walked off without saying anything. We waited another 5 to 10 minutes before deciding to just leave because clearly she was in a bad mood. The food was horrible also the service, there was one person tending the bar on the other side of the restaurant and serving us there where about a head count of ten customers in the whole restaurant three tables to serve so they where not that busy we sat there for an hour before getting any kind of food to eat then another 20 minute before the rest of the food came out. The server she was nice considering she was doing all the running around. When the food came out we started eating it was nasty my husband had wings they where not good all the fries where burnt and I got a phill was cold and nasty my friend she got chicken Alfredo the chicken was ok but the Alfredo was watery and the pasta was overcooked, it was not a good experience. terrible service. took about 45 mins to get our appetizers and the drinks were so watered down we sent them back. wings are very tiny and the mozzarella bites have a weird taste. the grease needs to be changed. friend ordered the steak and had to use the salt and pepper packs in the plastic utensil pack smh. i just don't recommend coming here. read more

Terrible management taking advantage of New Server. Poor Israel (server) she wasn't aware of Superbowl special and was told by management to double special, rather then know about online offered special. Cheese dip was cold, ordered another portion to maybe try it warm, well second order was in a smaller portion and luke warm. Wings were good had a special of 100 with 2 buckets of beer, fries(which was only a big enough order for 1 person. ). At the end of the night server came with tickets that had all our orders which was incorrect. After returning she was advised management could not split bill, for us to add up amounts and split 3 ways. Wth, who does that. Well this was my 1st and last time visiting and I'm sure it doesn't matter. But I will share this info with others regarding my experience. Friendliest staff in town and the menu is a hidden gem. Don't miss the Rocky Road Chicken. And save room for a slice of cheesecake. Oh, and Latoya is a-ma-zing. The service tonight was horrible. It took 1 hour and 50 minutes, to get our food. I requested to see a manager but the waitress ignored the request. I will make sure to eat before coming here. This place is a mess. They have been open for 4 yrs, but had NO KNIVES ...knives, man! We had to cut with plastic cutlery (which was fine). We waited about 30 min before anyone took our order - and another 2 hours before food was delivered. We had a graduation party of about 25 - they were not equipped to handle our party size. Nice atmosphere for events and social scene. Bar, tables, DJ booth and dance floor. Went here for a friend's birthday party on Saturday night. Wait service was not impressive. Waitress seemed confused and got drink orders mixed up at first since she didn't write anything down. I had the house salad which was very large, fresh and delicious. I also ordered sweet potato fries at the same time but they were never brought out and we are unsure if we were still charged for them since the waitress only brought my husband the credit card receipt while I was in the restroom so I was unable to question what the individual charges were. He just said to leave it alone so I did. Bathrooms could use some updating but overall the DJ was good. Came to the casino night party, walked in and found an empty table to accommodate a party of 3. After 20 minutes one person from our party summoned a waitress; to at least get a menu. I am not sure how long it took for our orders to be taken, but it's an hour later and we still don't have the water we requested twice. The menus are still on the table as if we still need to order. There's a couple of ladies offering complimentary shots of crown royal apple, but I don't drink. It appears to be one waitress for a large party of nearly 20 and there's several other occupied tables. When the water and food, wings and fried broccoli finally came out, the lights were turned off. I guess now that the DJ ready, I have to eat in the dark. No straws or lemon for the water, though we asked twice. I hope the food, that's hidden is worth this disappointing service. I wonder what Kiki's is like next door. 1 hour, 15 minutes later eating apps in dark. Don't even want my shrimp and grits. I ended up going to the kitchen to get straws, lemons, and little plates, after trying to go to the bar and being accosted by some big guy. Believe it or not, there's several females walking around back there in black who I believe weren't the cooks, other people behind the cooking station. Finally, a pork-chop sandwich comes out 1 hour 30minutes, shrimp and grits 1h 42, and quesadilla nearly 2 hours. I went to My House on a Saturday night about 830. When I walked in I was less than impressed. The bar area is as big as a hotel's hallway. There were were literally 5 table tops and about 6 chairs at the bar. So I was forced to sit in the dinning area. the waitresses were just standing around with nothing to do, not their fault I guess. they have 3 TV's in the dinning area and they are all over a (wait for it) mirror encompassed by a railing that blocks off the dance floor/stage from the rest of the dinning area. Then the lights went out and the music started. Absolutely, insane. This place claims to be a bar/restaurant but then the dinning room turns into a club, while people are eating. So the patrons are screaming at each other to have a conversation, while the music volume is at club level... My House has no identity. On the up side the music selection was nice. Still I had to pay my tab and leave. My House will never again get My Money. read more
