I've been a customer here for a few years and will try one more time . . . but it's become to hard to get an appointment. I've made appointments the last couple of times and have still had to wait up to 30 minutes. My time is precious and I expect a salon to honor my time and save a spot for me. While they are nice people and do a good job, this is the one issue that leaves me looking for another salon. I had gotten a pedicure at a place near Metro Center mall (bad idea) the day before and had to get rid of that polish! I hated looking at it. This dissatisfaction posed me to go on yelp and find yet another new salon and I definitely won't be changing anymore! Inails is seriously so good. Super updated inside and extremely clean! Cleanliness is very important to me because I'm always so freaked out about getting toe fungus or something crazy. They have disposable plastic liners in the pedicure chair which is probably as hygienic as you can get! They also have great color options and tons of them! Probably like 80-100 polish options. The staff is also very accommodating and very friendly. I will certainly be back to inails!! read more

This place was decent at first. Decor is tacky, but it was never busy when I wanted to get my nails done and employees were nice. Unfortunately as of recently they have changed their menu of services and the nail technicians/supporting staff do not appear to be enthusiastic to be at work. i had a wonderful experience here way out of my way but i had a voucher called and spoke great english, driving there i got lost and they gave me directions stayed on the phone while i arrived. once i came in the place was well ventilated i was offered a bottle of cold or room temp water. got a full set my nail tech was NOT rushing i enjoyed that she gave me her undivided attention. it was about closing time i wanted a pedi originaly i only came in for a full set. my tech did my pedi as well it was incredible , even it was 15 min after closing she stayed they all did she took her time and did a splendid job. at no point or time was there harsh upselling even though i live 1 hour away i will still drive o this place. highly recommend it read more

I have been searching for a decent nail salon since I moved here. When I stumbled across this place I knew when I walked in that it was everything I was looking for. I finally found a place that carried O.P.I. products. The service has always been exceptional. Then today, Kevin did my nails and "nailed" it! I am beyond happy with how they turned out. He listened to every detail I wanted and they look better than I expected. That's what prompted my 5 stars. It takes a lot for me to give a good rating and customer service is the most important thing in the world today. It is becoming a rarity but my iNails has what it takes to bring me back regularly. I had such a wonderful experience here! I booked a same day appointment with no problem, when I got there they were busy so I was glad I made the appointment. I first got a Queen Pedi by Kim, she was amazing! She took her time, was gentle with my feet, and gave a really nice massage! Then I got a gel Mani with Tony and he changed my nails for the better! This salon is amazing! I have been going here for years. There has in fact been a change in management BUT THE SERVICE IS ONLY BETTER. If you are in the area and need nail services I highly recommend stopping in. The negative reviews I have read seem to be by clients of the previous owners who likely followed him and haven't been back to the salon. However, there's nothing wrong with the salon the current management has been there for years as well so look at the overall star ratings if in doubt!! Anyhow! I will forever adore the the pink interior and you will too!! Demi is the sweetest & the other ladies do a wonderful job as well ! They are always accommodating with children's mani & pedicures which is a smile maker. Lastly, I have never felt rushed out nor smudged my nails so I'm shocked to see such comments made in a review. I went to inails on the recommendation of my Mom and found it to be clean and nice, as other reviewers have stated. It was a busy time and day and I had a large request at the end of the day. A new employee was assigned to me for the mani and although it looked good, I was disappointed when my nails grew out sice the tech had gotten the gel polish on my cuticles which left a slight ridge of polish. These ridges began to catch on everything and lifted off very quickly. I phoned in and spoke to Michelle who made it perfectly right! Great customer service! read more

I get the gel manicure every 2 weeks and I'm happy every time. Everyone there is so nice and welcoming. I have been getting my nails done for 10+ years and have never found a place that I enjoy going to regularly. I recommend this place over any other west valley salon. They warranty your gel nails for 10 days! That's amazing, even though I have never had to use it, it's there incase. I can't forget the pedicure. Walked in to get full set with white tips, acrylic, was quoted $43 by front desk guy, but told 45 minute wait for only person that can do acrylic, offered dip for same price! Had to ask for nails to be glued on, then clear tips glued on and told it's better to do white tip dip instead of glued white tips, which I now disagree with because it is uneven and shows a gap like my nail grew out already! Sucked it up, went to pay and charged $48, i asked what happened to $43, he said cause of white tips even though this is what he wrote on card he initially gave me, he tried to give me 3 signatures towards their punch cards which requires 5 visits to receive and I think I would then get $3 off after two more visits??? Then told to get cash out if atm because they need cash for tips, which I'm sure is a fee followed by a fee from my bank, he told me they would do it this one tome for me, but next time i need to bring cash! Needless to say I won't be going back, not happy with nails and overcharges! Bad customer service! read more

As a beauty salon owner and professional, I know that treating your client amazingly and providing pampering services is key. Which is why I'm giving this place 1 star because they did not do that. I booked this place for my friend's wedding and I was HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED! It's decorated gorgeous but that means nothing if the customer service is bad. I sat in my pedi chair for 45 minutes while they were taking walk in clients and so did a couple of the other bridesmaids. Keep in mind, I booked this place for us over a MONTH in advanced for the correct amount of girls. I asked for them to just remove my small daughter's old polish and got charged for a full pedicure that I clearly didn't ask for. I got the "deluxe" pedicure where I was supposed to get "10 extra massage minutes" which I didn't get. Kim did everything half way so I guess I was charged the extra $10 for just paraffin. I was not massaged more than others that for the regular pedis. I will not be returning, no matter how pretty it is. I'll keep going to LK Hand & Foot, too bad they didn't have that many pedi chairs otherwise I wouldn't have come HERE! read more

I was leaving where I work out and saw the nail salon. I walked in and it was very clean and upscale looking. I wanted a full set and a pedi. After the guy glued on the tips he told me he does not use white powder for the tips. At that point what was I to do? He used clear and then pink. They are very rude and have rude clients as well. 2 days later my nails turned yellow my French pedi chipped. After doing some research I found that some nail shops don't want to use white cause it cost more. My pedi chipped due to cheap or thinned out polish. Bottom line is they are cheap and charge more than most other places. Sure it looks nice but I would rather go to a not so nice looking place if my nails will look better and last longer. read more

I LOVE this place!!! I drive past at least 5 other nail places to go to this one. I've been going here since it opened and will not go anywhere else. I had a baby and unfortunately took 5 months to come back but the owners still remembered me like not a week had gone by. They truly care about their customers and that's what I love! If anyone ever has an issue, tell them they will go above and beyond to fix it I've seen it done! No complaints here! Another note, some places will rush through a pedi to free up a chair. My inails has been my go-to spot for the past year and a half or so. It took me so long to find an attentive and friendly nail salon with a staff that listens and goes above and beyond for the customer. Hai and the other sweet receptionist (can't remember her name) always greet me with a warm welcome and get me in for my walk-in as soon as possible with a cold bottle of water. My favorite nail tech has become Cindy, but I rarely request because every staff member is fantastic. The salon is very clean and hygienic; they change out the plastic in the foot tub for every guest and most wear gloves. Pedicures here are the best I've gotten, especially for the price. $22 standard "iPrincess Pedi" gets you a full pedi with an awesome leg massage and refreshing hot coals. The tv is always almost on the food network so I stay entertained during my visit, lol. Staff makes an attempt to know you and I almost always have great conversations with my nail tech! I've become a regular here and feel it's the least I can do to leave them a positive review! Love this place! read more

I have been a returning customer at My I Nails for the past 2 years. As of today I will never return. I personally witnessed the owner straight out lie to her customers. The customers had a gift certificate and were trying to redeem it. The customers were told that they could not use it because it expired. The customer asked to talk to the manager. The manager who is the owner came up and says that they can not accept it and it was their policy. The customer asked her to contact the owner. The manager who is the owner, responds that she is the supervisor and that the owner can't be reached. She said the best she can do is take her number and talk to the owner. These guys are awesome, they do a great job every time no matter who I get. They make wonderful designs. I always get the gel, it lasts a couple weeks (usually 2, but they say they can last up to 3 depending on how hard you are on your nails). It is a little pricey for the gel mani/pedi with the designs (I think it usually runs me ~80) but it lasts longer, and you don't have to worry about chipping peeling really like you would normally with regular nail polish. Also, they give you this card with the technician name, the nail color, if you get gel, and guarantee from chips or breaks for 10 days. I drive 40 minutes to go to this place rather than others nearer to me because I know they will do an amazing job every time I go. They do use sterilized tool for the most part, and are clean, although i did notice last time i don't think they used a new file on my heel, I'm sure if I had asked it wouldn't have been an issue, they're always really nice and cater well to their customers. read more
