The worst experience I've here encountered. My first visit Henry was very pleasant, his wife and the lady that helps them. The second time was a terrible experience. When I initially set up the appointment I requested for Henry to do my nails and they did not honor my request. I went with my boyfriend and sister in law. The 3 of us were getting a pedis and the lady that helps the shop only let 2 of us seat down on the massaging chair while our feet soaked when there was plenty of open seats and when I asked if she could also seat my bf so he can soak his feet or at least enjoy the massaging chair , she refused. We continued and my bf had to seat alone. As he seat down in the waiting area, he heard Henry talking about us to the client who he was doing her nails. The entire time they spoke their native language and did not interact with us other than what color on your nails and is the water good temperature. Im devastated and embarrassed. We drove down from Tempe because we love the quality of work Henry does but we were not valued. I will never go back agian, I have never had such a bad experience at a nail shop, it's suppose to be a safe haven not a a judgment zone. read more

Used to go here before management changed and I loved it. Unfortunately it has gone downhill...I went in for a pedicure and it was a ghost town in there but I assumed since there was no one there, I would get a great pedicure but I was wrong. The whole pedicure seemed completely rushed and when she was done painting my toes, she said I could just go. I waited a little so my toes wouldn't smudge and the other worker was just staring at me like she was waiting for me to go. I got home and both of my big toes are smudged. Waste of money. There are a couple decent nail techs here but I get more terrible service than good. When you have to go home to fix your nails, you know its time to find a new salon. Pros: Lots of gel color options. Warranty on the nails for ten days but if you come back to get something fixed, they try to blame you. Cons: Long. Wait. -don't bother making an appointment because you'll still wait 30 minutes to an hour. Terrible service. A lot of awkward excuses from the front office kid about why you'll wait for your tech even when you have an appt. I just like un-rounded gel nails. I don't know why that is so difficult. On Friday I went in and an older gentleman was the final straw to giving this place my business. He didn't listen and when I told him that my nails weren't straight he acted frustrated. *pics included. This is after four times of asking him to make them straight. I was glad to find this place. The prices are reasonable and they offer a variety of services for mani/pedi. Kim was awesome. She did a fantastic simple job on my toes and picked a perfect color for me based on what I told her I was looking for. Hni was equally great. I got gel polish on my fingers, but 2 of my nails were broken so he put a tip on and dip gel. They all look the same and very elegant. Simple paint job which is exactly what I wanted. Thanks guys! I went here for years. The last few times I feel that the owners have now stopped caring about their customers. A 2 hour wait for a pedi even having an appointment, no courtesy or discount. They set a timer for their massages and show you the time. I am sad to say they have lost my business forever. I tried a new place today and really liked it. What a wonderful atmosphere! Everyone was friendly and did a great job!! I had a queen pedi that was ever so relaxing and gel mani that turned out wonderful!!! The chairs are massaging which is nice, and the tubs are lined so it feels much more sanitary. They have a larger selection of colors to choose from then other places I had been too. I don't see what the fuss is all about. I came here with a group of friends for pedicures based on a recommendation. We went with the KING. It was good, nothing special. I asked for french tips and they turned out a bit uneven. They charge you a fee for leaving a tip on a credit card, I believe the fee was $2. That seems ridiculous to me and was really inconvenient for one of my friends who didn't have cash and wasn't made aware of this until the end. I am a server and people leave credit card tips ALL THE TIME, I don't see what the big deal is and what could possible warrant a $2 per customer fee. They do a punch card of sorts but I didn't read the fine print because I don't think I will be back read more

Meh. I was tugged from the counter to the nail station after I got there, because the nail techs weren't understanding what I wanted done. On the plus side, I appreciate when my nail tech doesn't try to have a conversation with me while doing my nails, which is what happened here. Very pricy for a full set. I had been coming here pretty regularly for about 4 years. However, I haven't been able to come for about 6 months and when I walked in, I could tell something was different as I didn't recognize one person. I think they may be under new ownership but, that's not necessarily a good thing. The tech that I had wasn't very friendly, I didn't even get a "hello". In fact, I don't think she even looked at me till about half way through the pedi. She was also really rough and kept scrubbing the same area of one of my feet; I hope I don't end up with a raw spot! It really wasn't relaxing at all. When she was done painting my nails, she got up, said "thank you" and walked over to another customer. So, I'm just sitting there in a chair with tissue between my toes. Before, the techs would at least put your shoes back on! I'm sad but, I think I'll be on the lookout for a new place. read more

I had the day off last Wednesday and I was on my way to walk into another salon for a manicure and pedicure when I saw a sign for My Inails. Based on convenience and location I decided to stop at My Inails instead once I saw the sign. I went into the salon and was very impressed with the overall look of the place and the friendliness of the staff! I recently stopped biting my nails and was due for my first manicure in many years! I was also wanting a pedicure that day. The lady who did my manicure was great and another woman named Demi did my pedicure. Demi gave me THE BEST pedicure I have ever had. I get pedicures about every 3 weeks and I have yet to find my perfect nail tech in any salon, until now!! I am not kidding....Demi was absolutely amazing!! She gave me the best pedicure of my life. She clipped my nails perfectly, cleaned them throughly and with such care and afterwards she gave me the best massage EVER!! This salon also offers a great neck and shoulder massage and I chose the $20 option for 15 minutes of a upper back rub that put me into la la land. Demi is the best and I highly recommend her pedicures and neck massages!! I have probably been to 10-15 different nail salons and I will only be going to Demi, even though I live 20-25 minutes away!! The salon was clean and very welcoming. The owner David was great about making sure I was satisfied with the work and that I got what I wanted. Vin did an amazing job on my OPI dip nails. Best one I've had yet. He was careful about making sure the shape and length were equal on both hands. My granddaughter also got polish done with a beautiful flower and the prices were very reasonable for the quality. I got a shellac manicure with a design on both ring fingers. It was pretty pricey but totally worth it. It's clean, friendly, and a wonderful result. I am so happy with my nails! This place was horrible. My stepdaughter went to get her nails done for homecoming. I thought they looked horrible but she seemed happy enough so I let it slide. A few days later they chipped and were breaking. When We called to get them repaired we were told we needed to present our "warranty card". I told them we were never given one. I get my nails done someplace else and have NEVER been given one nor think I needed one. They begrudgingly told us they would see what the nails looked like to see if it justified being fixed. They informed us that they didn't see a problem but would take them off for a fee. So, they would take off their horrible work for a fee? I got the worst pedicure there and noticed that one of the nails looked funny. The lady doing my toes informed me it was the way my nail was growing. It eventually fell off from her handy work. The pedicure was the worst. Again, it was a special time for my girl so I sucked it up and slapped on my happy face even though the service sucked. The reason we didn't go to my usual salon is because they homecoming was on her side of town a not mine. Please do yourself a favor and RUN from this place and the horrible customer service from the flamboyant manager. read more

GREEDY & CHEAP (not as in the synonym "inexpensive"... Cheap as in bad for business) I'm going to break my review into two categories... Things I don't like: - I waited 10 minutes with my feet in the tub... the lady originally helping me went into the back then came back and instructed a male technician (that had not been helping another client for any of the time I had been there) to do my pedicure - Now here is the real reason I won't be back: $2 fee to add a tip to your credit card??? I mean REALLY? I came in on my lunch break from work and just grabbed my card since it was my first time in. I understand there are merchant fees that come with using a credit card and maybe the business doesn't want to pay those for income that isn't really theirs (first of all, that's a whole different thing... but right in line with "cheap") but these fees are generally 5% or so... it really is the cost of doing business -- I don't have a problem paying a small fee (places that do 35-50 cents) to small/local businesses but $2... I MAYBE understand if you're a regular or repeat customer and know this policy but for first time clients (and that's a stretch; honestly, if this 5% fee on TIPS is going to make or break you, close your shop. The sign might as well say: "Owners are greedy. $2 charge for credit card tips").... I would have come back here if it weren't for that fee. That reason alone has lost them more than that stupid $2. Here's an idea (might help get repeat business??): WAIVE THAT FEE FOR FIRST TIME CLIENTS!? Little things like this can go a long way. I absolutely would have returned and recommended this nail salon as it is minutes from my office, but with so many others in the area, no thank you. They started on the other 2 in my party just a little late, but still took an hour to get to me. My friends were done before I even got started. I never realized how amazing this place is until I tried to go to a different nail salon closer to my house...won't make that mistake again! I'll just make the longer drive from now on. My inails knows the small things make all the difference. They stick to appointment times, give you a 10 day warranty card for gel manis, offer you water while you get your nails done, have a rewards program, have pillows at all the pedicure chairs, and use plastic liners in the pedicure tubs.
