I have been coming to this shop for about a year now and they have had a change in management. I've noticed a revamping of pricing and products offered as well as updates to the interior. So far a of the changes have been welcomed and I can see they are bringing in more traffic. I would suggest scheduling an appt I personally just this to be more convenient and I don't have to worry about anyone snagging my favorite guy David. I love that he takes his time and I don't feel rushed. Service is efficient and no matter how many walk ins they have you are still taken care of. This place has been around for a while now I remember coming here back in high school and I had a great experience and held their punchcard in my wallet for a couple years. I recently got a terrible set done at a nail salon by the sprouts on Thunderbird and the 101, and came to this salon once those grew out for a new experience. I should've came here in the first place. I was able to get my old set taken off and new tips applied with SNS shaped pointy for only $50, other place was $60 and it looked like someone in nail school tried for the first time... I think herbal nails would charge more to soak them off or shape them. I was extremely pleased with how I left with my new set by Inails, they looked extremely professional. I came back two weeks later after they grew out a little bit and Jessica took care of me again and I did a gel pedicure and my site again for only $90. I appreciate the attention to detail and for how great they look the price is amazing! You can tell it's a small place and is locally owned and or family owned. The lady that did my nails rushed them. It was like she was in fast forward. My nails are bulky and don't look natural at all like I had asked. They are super thick and look like I dipped my fingernails in candle wax. When I asked the woman if she would please reshape them she was clearly annoyed and walked away, only to have another person come finish them. The service was terrible. I left in tears with dried dipping powder on multiple fingers and uneven nails. I will never go back. I urge you to not waste your time. read more

So I don't even know where to begin, so my and my friend wanted to have a girls day and go get our nails done and just hang out, So we were right by this location and when we got there we were still down immediately which was great we didn't have to wait or anything else like that so I sit down I let him know what I want for my nails I'm pretty sure his name was Henry and when I got my nails shaped and the acrylic laid down they ushered me out of a chair to assist another customer and fix her nails first and go get my toes done what she just did not make plain sense to me at all so I going to get my toes done the water the lady everything is perfect that does my toes I go back to get my nails done and my tit nail tech is beyond aggressive he tells me don't move that I'm not allowed to turn and talk to my friend and upon getting my nails done he listen to what I wanted but they were shaped fairly poorly and painted very poorly and I asked him what he was doing multiple times every time he did something different than a normal nail tech which I completely understand everybody has their own way of doing their nails or work but I'll look at my nails today on 12/22/2021 I went on 12/17/2021 and I noticed that the acrylic is lifting off my nails which mind you I paid $70 for along with another 25 for my toes so I spent about $105 in shop because I did tip both my toe person and my nail tech five dollars just to have my acrylic lifting off my nails not even a week later and iMessage my friend and she's having the same concern with her nails I will never go back to this place I will never ever recommend this place to anybody and then on top of it to when I go to pay they tell me that they don't take my debit card there's no ATM for me to pull out money so I had to go through the process on top of it to sending the money over to my friend and making it a whole other ordeal just to pay. I will never go to your guys location again and on top of that I will never ever recommend anybody to your location. I shouldn't have had to pay how much I did and neither should have my friend for the work that you guys provided to us. read more

I've been going to this place since I was in HS. They have had many owners, but despite that, I have always had to service. When I walk in, they greet me accordingly, they always do a fantastic job and find a way to squeeze me in even if I'm in a rush. You will not be disappointed. However, they do get busy! I paid more for the 10 minute foot massage with my pedicure. All she did was rub the top of my shins. Didnt rub my calves or feet at all. She was day dreaming and checking her watch every couple of minutes. I don't say anything. I shouldnt have to. I just let it reflect in the tip. With a potential of getting upto $10, she got $4. Ruined my nails. Completely ruined them. Barely lasted 2 weeks and it was SOOOO expensive.

Worst experience ever! I went in for a full set and pedi. Upon getting my full set I showed the nail tech a picture of a simple, short, coffin style nail. She instantly clipped my nails in the style of stiletto and kept trying to reassure me that it was going to get filed down. I requested for her to start over because I was not pleased with the way it was starting out. She started to remove my nails, and then rushed me over to get a pedicure as if I was inconveniencing her, while still having foil stuck to my right hand. After I moved, she began to rant and rave in her language for about 5 mins In what seemed to be an episode of talking shit. Upon getting my toes done, I requested for them to NOT cut my nails and to file them square. My left big toe was cut all the way down and rounded while my right big toe was filed square and was significantly longer than the left. After getting the GEL polish, I was rushed to move for my full set without allowing time to put my shoes on. I was not given any sandals or anything to protect my feel from the floor. Instantly the floor was filthy, like it was never mopped. I proceeded with getting my full set and Henry rushed through it as if I was a burden and was going to interrupt his other appointments. 2 coats of gel was applied and nothing but brush strokes and light and dark spots through my nails. The worst part.... after he finished applying the gel, I tried to put my shoes on before washing my hands and he eagerly rushed me to wash my hands while walking bare foot across the entire dirty nails salon floor. Once I walked back, he had allowed his next client to already sit down and physically move my personal belongings out of her way. How disrespectful!! A complete stranger is given permission to move my phone and person to the side so they can sit down! Wow I'll never return. Nails popped off in under a week. Henry caters to only his regulars and treats others like shit. read more

Like most nail salons, your experience depends on which tech is providing your service. I highly recommend you request someone other than the owner to do your pedicure. He doesn't seem confident he knows what he's doing and doesn't make the experience relaxing at all. He just sort of slapped on the hot towels and sugar scrub. He started filing my foot before he used any kind of lotion...did a first past with the hot stones without any oil which burned my calf... I was looking for a new nail shop since the one I was going to changed(service went down hill) so I came to yelp to find a new place to get my mani pedi mommy me time. Today I came in and Anna did my pedi she has the best hands ever got a leg massage I was so relaxed and my legs felt rejuvenated my toes were cleaned and pampered to the max. I loved coming here. However my mom and I scheduled with Hai this week, and we showed up and were told he was sick. The story changed a few times over the course of the hour that my grandma was getting a pedicure. We've come to find out Hai and Michelle are not here. The guy that tried to do my nails cut me with the grinder 4 times and pushed so hard on my nails that I was in tears by the time I told him to stop and let go of my hand. My nails hurt for two days! I ended up leaving before he could even get the little bit of dip powder he got on my nails off. I am only going back to because they offered to fix my nails for free. I'll only see Thao and Quidley. If you go ONLY see Thao or Quidley! After my free nails I doubt I'll ever return. I am so disappointed! This place was amazing... I absolutely love getting my nails done here! I do the dip nails. They need to tell clients when they are adding 5.00 here and there. I was shocked when my bill was over 200.00. I was there with my 2 granddaughters. I had a pedicure and fake nails and the girls did acrylic nails and had their toes painted. I usually tip 25%, but left without leaving a tip because they kept adding money on. It was absurd.
