Went to him for a phone battery replacement. He is local, and honestly, he has low prices ($45 +tax for the battery replacement). He told me that his battery is not original product (ie, not Apple battery). That's fine, I just needed my phone to hold a charge. The new battery he replaced with was WORSE than my old battery. It went from 94% to 70% in less than an hour! I went back the next day, and his mannerism was abysmal. He told me, that's a new battery, must be a problem with your phone processor. I didn't want to risk trying another "un-original" phone battery through him and asked for a refund instead. He begrudgingly refunded $40, minus $5 for service fee. As I was leaving his kiosk, he blurted, "And don't come back." Like why? It was unwarranted, he could've just said nothing and let it be. Of course I wouldn't come back after such an experience. So I left, not only with a faulty battery, but also upset by his rude mannerism. The guy was angry at me for his own faulty product. And then gave me attitude for it... ;( Anyways, lesson learned to not go cheap. Went to Apple Store later that day, they ran diagnostics. Everything is fine with my phone. New battery ($69), and surprise surprise. It works just fine! I would advise anyone to avoid this place -- it's not worth the risk, nor the time and frustration, and overall horrendous customer service.

Saw an ad in our local community flier and since I'd been abusing my phone since I got it (okay, my 2 year old twins liked watching Sesame Street songs on it and routinely threw it on the floor) to the point where the screen was literally falling off, only being held on by the screen protector, I thought I'd bring it by to see what they could do. The woman that serviced the phone took a look at it and said "no problem, it'll take 20 minutes if you'd like to wait". I didn't wait, but went back a couple of hours later and the phone looked brand new. She asked if I wanted a protective screen on it and since I did, she offered to install it. She installed one and kept trying to get it to lie flat and she said "I don't like the way it's sitting on the face, let me try another one". So she removed the one and then tried another style. Bingo. She was happy. That made me happy. Professional, positive, technically competent, and just plain nice. Because of the experience, I'm bringing the MacBook in to have the battery replaced rather than going to the Apple store. Can't get much better than the convenience and the technical competence, except that the woman there was super nice. read more

While out of town I broke my 6s and a friend told me he knew some shop that would get it fix for a good price I took it got it fixed but a week later after i was back in town the screen started acting funny, it was clicking by it self and some part of the side of the screen wouldn't let me touch. So I was in the area and I brought it to myifix I asked about the issue i was having with my phone. Pricilla (worker) offer to check it out and as she explained to me that it could of been a bad screen, she opened it and she told me that it was an aftermarket screen she told me she uses oem glass and lcd and for the price that she charged me was almost as to what i payed for a cheap screen I got it done and fast too. phone been working great no issues ... will definitely tell family and friends about myifix. thank's a bunch! read more

I have a an old iPhone 6 that was having touch screen issues, either not responding to my touch or opening apps/typing on its own. It was unusable and I kept getting locked out of my phone. I took it to Priscilla at My iFix and she was great! She kept my phone while I went to Sprouts next door and was done in about 20 minutes. I needed a new screen and she explained to me what had happened and why this could be the issue. She gave me the Yelp check-in discount and told me that if the issue continued to happen over the next 24 hours I could bring it back and she would be glad to issue me a refund and move forward with fixing it. I will definitely be going back to her for any future phone issues and recommending My iFix to my friends. read more

Priscilla at MyiFix is amazing!! I cracked my screen and she fixed it so quickly at even stayed a little after closing to take care of me. I then cracked it again in the same month and she fixed it right away again. I had a little miss in the connection with the screen, I came back in and she fixed it right away no charge. She's extremely professional, kind, personable and nice! Her store is cute, clean and easy to see what she offers. And location is great, while she fixes it in less than 20 mins, I did my shopping at Sprouts or there's a great table area to relax at! Thank you Priscilla! My 5 year old Apple 4 phone had a tripe-play bad day. The corner of the protector broke, so it had to be removed. With no cover, I then dropped it in the toilet. Later, after it dried out, I drove to a store and as I got out of my pretty tall SUV, the phone fell onto the pavement. The glass broke into tiny pieces. After a week of not using a phone and not wanting to buy a new one for $650 bucks, I decided to try iFix first. Sooo glad! Priscilla was able to swap out the dud charger port and replace the glass for less than $50. She even assured me that my phone still had a lot of life left in it. read more

Alfredo is a gem! I had to write this review after calling 15 or more stores without success looking for replacement of my iWatch 7 battery. Even though Alfredo stopped iWatch battery replacement due to the watch no longer being waterproof after the replacement (which was great info to know), he educated me that I could trade my watch in at Apple Store while buying a new one, or if I wanted more for my watch, I could sell it privately. I was touched and grateful for the time he took to explain all of this to me since he knew I wouldn't be paying him for the work. Such genuine kindness! read more

I was always scared to go in to a repair shop because I never knew what to expect, but I gave these guys a shot. My iPhone 6 had a cracked screen and it didn't look repairable but they thought otherwise. Came back an hour later and in the waiting process my girlfriend broke her screen! It was 15 mins before they closed and my phone was like new but I brought them my girlfriends phone and I knew they closed in 15 and they went above and beyond! They fixed my girlfriends in 20 mins! I had 2020 Macbook 11" get wet in the rain. The computer worked fine when I opened it, but when it came to charging it was not responding. I freaked out and was able to bring it into iFix in the moment (rather than wait to get an appt with Apple the next day). Alfredo was extremely helpful, it didn't take more than 20 minutes. The screen on my Mac Book Pro from about 6 or 7 years ago cracked (talk about an old computer haha) and after some extensive research online I found the perfect place to fix it for an adequate price! Priscilla was awesome, she made sure she kept in contact with me and kept me updated on the status of my laptop. Dropped it off one day and picked it up the next, so fast! Thank God I found this place, because I almost got ripped off by other technicians trying to price a cracked screen at $220!! Ridiculous!! My Ifix only charged 140. A dangerous malware suddenly invaded my laptop while I was working. There was a steady note with "an update", the mouse was blocked and the camera on with a green light... How frightening! but the malware did not know that David from his "My Ifix Atelier" was going to kick it out, with a deep cleaning and other steps. It is now all cleaned out and way more faster. I thought I had cracked my iPhone 13 screen and turns out it was my screen protector that had shattered. My screen could have easily been replaced and I could have been charged, but I was shown that it was just the screen protector. This saved me $200 at least and I cannot thank my IFix enough! I dropped my phone the other day and cracked my 6s screen really bad. I noticed My iFix and came in today. Priscilla (she's the one who helped me) gave me a first time customer discounts with free screen protector!! She only took 30 min!! The place is super clean and organized. Staff was awesome, they kept in contact and made sure I was updated on status of my laptop as it went through repair. I busted it left it on a Tuesday and picked it up the next day. it was a pleasure to be serviced by mark…read more he took care of my old iPhone (se2), prescribing a solution and disclosing a competitive price before service began. overall service took about 20 min in and out. i actually came while he was occupied with a client offsite (which is at no point a fault at all), and decided to wait until he got back, and he was professional in handling the compensation. mark is very accommodating, offering me a beverage while i waited, and giving me a ride home since i ubered to the store. we had small talk during the drop off and it is clear that he is an earnest man. i made sure to tip him for the experience, and i am completely satisfied with the experience at pcs connection.

Out of everyone that I've requested a quote from (9 or so third party) Robert was by far the fastest and provided the best flexibility, mobile service and pricing. He was able to show up to my work and fix the screen while I got work done, peeked a bit here and there and I have to say, he has great confidence and didn't seem to be confused at all. He's as professional as they come, awesome!! Roughly 30 minutes or so later he was done, he tested everything before he buttoned it up, everything seemed to work just as was before I broke my screen. If your iPhone goes into Recovery Mode and you don't have a recent backup... all hope is not lost…read more Take your finger off the Restore button and bring your iPhone to Kyle at Logic Fix. I was absolutely panicking because I had recent photos and other important data that hadn't been backed up yet. (I manually back up my photos to an external hard drive, and I hadn't done so in about a month.) The day before, I was at the beach and my phone got splashed with a little water. It was never dropped or submerged, but around midday it went into Recovery Mode. I couldn't find anyone willing to even discuss whether it might be a hardware issue. Over and over, I was told my only option was to restore the phone to factory settings... even at the Apple Store. I found data recovery companies online, but they were expensive and would have required shipping my iPhone across the country for an unknown amount of time. Thankfully, the team at DC Computers recommended Logic Fix. Kyle took one look at my situation and explained that, because of the water exposure, there was a good chance it was a hardware issue. He was honest from the beginning and made no guarantees. He explained that if the memory chip had been damaged, my data might not be recoverable, but he knew what to look for before telling me to erase everything. In my case, he found and replaced a failed sensor, and in probably less than half an hour my iPhone was back to normal with all of my data intact. To him it was no big deal, but to me it meant getting back priceless photos, voice memos, documents, and everything else I thought I might have lost. He also charged a very fair price. What impressed me most wasn't just that he fixed the phone ... it was that he understood preserving my data was more important than simply getting the phone working again. Instead of immediately recommending a factory restore, he took the time to diagnose the actual problem first. I really hope I don't need another iPhone repair anytime soon, but if I do, Logic Fix will be my first stop. TL;DR: Kyle is honest, knowledgeable, and incredibly skilled. While everyone else I spoke with recommended restoring my iPhone to factory settings, Kyle looked for the underlying hardware problem first. He quoted me a two-day turnaround, had my phone repaired in under an hour, saved all of my data, and charged a fair price. I couldn't recommend Logic Fix more highly!!
