Apparently it's popular, so you either need to go early or luck out. The cream puffs and cookies are great, but I finally got a kouign amann. It's a lovely pastry. The sugar/thin layer of caramel on the top is substantial without being too thick. Just enough to hold and break apart. The laminated dough is nice as well. I'm so happy Chelsea partakes in this market because it's closer to me now that I live in Maryland. I love that all the macarons were character designed and all came with a unique Asian inspired flavor. I love the matcha flavors or any fruit flavors, those are my favorites. Service is amazing, I like the idea of being able to pre-order ahead of time if you sign up for her newsletter. I'm usually at the pop-up's (Rockville) so lots of vendors to see as well.
