It has a wide selection of milkshake combinations so you don't need to decide - OR you can make your own milkshake combinations. One of the things I really appreciate about them is that they use real brand candy no generic stuff. We've been here a couple times and every time it just feels really warm and stuffy inside the store, not that comfortable to stick around in. I do not recommend visiting this place. I went on a Sunday night around 7 PM and ordered four milkshakes and a small order of curly fries. The fries took an unbelievable 45 minutes to be done. I also noticed I was charged twice for my order, and when I mentioned it, the staff said they'd talk to the manager about refunding the extra charge. It shouldn't have happened in the first place, I only scanned once. To top it off, while scooping my ice cream, the employee's hair fell into the container as she leaned in. This place is really good! The menus are along the wall, then you go up to the register to order. I got the Joker and I think my boyfriend got Batman? They ran out of bananas and the jars :( Small inside with a couple tables. Sorta wish they had of sign or notice saying what they were out of, instead of finding out at the register. Absolutely unacceptable experience. I came in to order a simple milkshake and ended up waiting 45 minutes and still walked out without my drink. I'm pregnant, and standing around for nearly an hour for something that should take minutes is beyond frustrating. The girl working clearly did not want to be there. She was on the phone for quite some time, and even worse, she touched her hair with the same gloves she was using to handle food. I had to ask her to change her gloves, which she did, but it didn't make things much better. She was disorganized, not making drinks in the order they were received, and generally moving at a snail's pace. We finally gave up, asked for a refund and didn't even get that. I walked out empty-handed, angry, and completely disappointed. I will never come back here, and I'll be telling everyone I know to stay far away from this place. We were staying in SJ for a Saturday night event. I looked online for a yummy dessert place for Sunday, and My Milkshake looked soooo good. We noticed they opened at noon on Sundays (according to the website), but really didn't have anything to do Sunday morning after breakfast. I saw this cute spot as I was walking in the beautiful San Jose and downtown area and decided to stop in. The name reminded me of that catchy Kellis song. When I came in it was colorful and beautifully decorated, it was also clean in the establishment which was appreciated. They had menu tv screens on the wall letting you know how the ordering process went. You could either make your own shake or select one of their pre-selected menu items. I chose to make my own shake. I went with the chocolate Oreo shake with extra Oreos. I am a bit annoyed because you could barely tell the shake had Oreos in it to begin with, and they definitely did not have extra Oreos. If you're going to charge a customer an additional fee for extra, Oreos make sure that you actually deliver on that. My shake barely tasted like it had the regular quantity in there. The decor, in my opinion, was all over the place. It was alike superhero themed which was odd to me when they had so many other directions they could've gone but I figured maybe the owner liked superhero's. Drove from out of town just to get milkshakes here. First impression it smells very strongly of cleaner and the windows looked like they were wiped down with a towel dipped in ice cream. Like there was a layer of grime on them. Had to go to the bathroom first, but 10 minutes away because there's no bathroom for customers. Upon returning, the store was supposed to be open still. It was 12 minutes before closing. Mind you, the door was still open. My friend ended up getting a chocolate shake in a 12 oz. For 8$ as well. He also said it was sweet, but gave him a sugar high. The line was fairly long on a Saturday night. The ambiance was similar to Johnny rockets for lack of a better word. It had an early 50s diner vibe to it. The service was super slow and iit took about 20 minutes to receive our order. There was a big family in front of us with like 5 children who all got milkshakes. That was very annoying, but they were holding up the line as well. The outside has a train station and little to no parking spots. However, nearby is a grocery store parking lot where you can park for free, about 4 minutes walking distance away. The price and quality of the drink was delicious though. It was refreshing with the cold breeze outside. They also have a glass drink that was 11$ but you keep the glass. It is decorated with whipcream, sprinkles and other candies but I didn't order it. It was too much sugar. It did have a good texture for a milkshake and it was easily drinkable with the straw. read more

What a cute place! I loved that it was superhero themed! You can totally customize your milkshakes and they had so many candies to choose from. It definitely satisfied my sweets craving. I also liked that they stay open late and had club music playing. It made it fun for a night out on the weekend. I came at opening time on Sunday, the place was clean and simple with a bit of seating available, and the worker provided instant and sufficient service. Got a shake with chocolate ice cream and hershey's dark chocolate candy, and it was just the right level of sweetness for my liking. Wish they offered reduced fat, lowfat, or nonfat milk options, but it was good regardless. They also have a few snacks on the menu, like nuggets and seasoned fries, but from what I saw, I'd only come here for their main attraction, those cold and creamy shakes (the candy blended in so it's not chunky). The place is a short walk from the 2nd street garage. The shop is on 2nd Street in between E. San Fernando & E. San Carlos. It is apparently dog-friendly. At least, when I brought Zoey inside, no one objected. In addition to milkshakes they carry a few snack-like foods. You customize you milkshake by choosing between almond milk, whole milk, & coffee. Your ice cream choices are vanilla, chocolate, & soy ice cream. You get to choose mix-ins. I chose one of their standards, "The Joker," which is Nutella & strawberries without whipped cream. My husband opted for a plain vanilla with whipped cream. We agreed they were above-average milkshakes, and we would definitely return! read more

If you are in a craving for some good milkshakes, this is the place! I would normally go to the one in meridian, however that location is closed. So decided to hir up downtown SJ. As i arrived I noticed they had the menu outside, but no menu inside. So make sure you remmeber the names of the shakes you will be getting. I went there with a group of 5 and only two people at a time are allowed to come inside. They have several size of shakes small, regular, large, and for a few more dollars they have small mason jars with a handle that you can take home. Once you order the shake you have to go outside and wait for it to be ready. It took a few good minutes foe the shake to be done. Especially since there was only one person working. Taking orders and making the drinks. Once the shakes were done , we picked them up and they were each labeled with the name of the drink. Which was nice to have them label that way no one gets a shake they didnt order. The shakes were great! The only reason why i didnt give 5 stars is because i waited a long time. read more
