The second bracelet, a tennis bracelet with very small diamonds needed ONE diamond replaced. I dropped them off on 8/2. The simple bracelet was fixed in a couple weeks. I had to call repeatedly for updates and was told the tennis bracelet was more difficult (a part had to be ordered). Finally on 9/20 I received a call it was ready. This is after multiple calls from me every 2 wks checking in and being told every time, it would be ready "the following Tuesday". They simply ruined my bracelet. Instead of replacing one small diamond, they replaced THREE. And instead of the 3 new diamonds being flush with the bracelet in accordance with the others, they are raised. AND they used gold which does not match the gold in the bracelet. I called them when I got home after looking at the "repair" and they simply said they were sorry I wasn't happy. I do not recommend this jewler. They ruined this very sentimental and dear bracelet.

I was surprised, my partner and I walked away and I looked up all the reviews on my phone. Multiple reviews said they were reputable when it comes to resizing, so I decided to go back and ask again. I mentioned that there were multiple reviews saying that this establishment was the best when it came to resizing when she finally admitted that they do resizing and that she'd have to check because their jeweler was going on vacation. Her entire demeanor felt a bit off putting. She came back and let us know that the jewelry probably would be back until the 23rd, which was still better than any other shop we had asked. We left feeling pretty strange about why she wouldn't just tell us that the first time we asked. Runyan's in Camas was estimated about six weeks out, but given how friendly and eager to have our service they seemed, we opted to go to them instead. Not sure why we received the service we received - would not recommend this place to anyone.

When I called and explained what I was looking for he said, "yeah, I can do that"; so when I got there he took a look, gave me the cost to what I wanted and said it would probably take a few weeks. He's an artist, so I kind thought it may take 3+ so I was excited to see the final product when he contacted me after 2 weeks. And OMG I was not prepared for the EXQUISITE job he did!! My rings looked so BEAUTIFUL, just absolutely blew me away!! They could have easily charged more to make a buck, but they kept things in price range the entire time. I was also back and forth a bit with what stone I wanted to use. They were very gracious and patient with me. Ultimately my price for a stone replacement was only $46, and they finished the work days before the ETA. I can't speak more highly of them. Also a bonus: they were okay with communication via text, so I didn't have to take phone calls while I was out and about. They have it all, from raw stones, to gemstones. Beads, cabachons, tumbled stones. VERY reasonable price wise. I was also picking out stones for a necklace I wanted to make. I checked around with them, and then stopped by Celestial Awakenings to see what the better deal was since they were so close together. Handley far exceeded the quality for a fraction of the price. I will 1000% be a repeat customer. Thank you for the care you took, the patience you had, and the speed of service. For more of a small business, they really spend the time to cater to the needs of the customer. It's also very clear that they have several well-versed team members, so you can be helped at any time. I really wanted to create a unique custom piece and had been searching around for a jeweler who could provide the right experience. Step 1: While visiting Kassab's I met Cody. I was looking for a very specific marquise stone. I shared my goals with Cody and within a week he had 3 diamonds (all were exactly what I wanted) for me to review. All three were the exact quality, size and price ranges we had discussed I was looking for (all fell on the low end of my budget - thanks Cody!) Step 2: I chose the diamond that day and began designing the custom piece with Danny Kassab, their in-house 3D modeler and designer. I shared my general ideas with Danny and Cody and they were able to make it come to life. One of the best parts about this experience was getting updated renderings of the ring, reviewing them and making small changes in the model to ensure we created the perfect ring. After a few revisions (shout out to Danny and Cody for your patience) we were able to create our perfect engagement ring. I would highly recommend going to Kassab's ESPECIALLY if you want a custom piece (in literally any price range).
