Found this place looking for a quick bite near our hotel and I'm so glad. Our server Victoria was great. Food was excellent and great prices! Definitely coming back next time we're in town!

Great place to stop for some pub food and to hang with friends. The locals love to come here, where everybody knows your name.

Local place. Friendly atmosphere stays open late reasonably priced and good food for bartenders and waitresses are always friendly. It's my go to place for a quick bite and a beer.

Ordered take out on recommendations. Fast pick up service, great wings. Good pub grub and comfort food.

That gravy on those fries and Turkey was delicious.

Small seating area in restaurant with extra seating outside and a small bar. The establishment is clean, and employees are nice. The bar stools are uncomfortable to sit in at the bar and outdated. The food is okay, mostly fried food that goes well when you're having some drinks. I ordered some onion rings, mozzarella sticks, and a Hot open turkey sandwich with gravy and fries. The onion rings and mozzarella sticks were basic restaurant fried food, nothing special. I really enjoyed the hot open turkey sandwich with fries and gravy. This dish is nostalgia for me. My mother used to make it for me when I was a child. So it has a special place in my heart.. so all this food and 6 beers I shared with my wife came out to about $65, not bad considering other places I have been too. I will definitely be back.

The most amazing wings I have ever had, and I've had a lot of wings. Would totally recommend if you want good quality wings.

Wow! I can't believe it took me so long to get here. I haven't enjoyed a meal this much in a while…read more I don't get over here much, but I think I will be back soon to try more of this menu. The restaurant is gorgeous, in a former bank, they have a parking lot and a small patio. We loved the dark and moody vibe of the place. I was very excited to try some of this chefs work after drooling over the menu for weeks. We were welcomed by Vince, who was super friendly and knowledgeable on the menu. He provided great service through the whole meal. We started with martinis, they have a great cocktail program. I ordered a dirty martini with blue cheese olives and it was perfect, and strong. We also opted to try the Oyster Shooter, how fun! It was an oyster served with a little shot of gin with cucumber. The shot was sweeter than I expected, but I simply had to try it. We probably didn't need an appetizer, but luckily the Bao buns were the perfect size for two. The Korean fried chicken was crisp and moist and coated with a thick sweet and spicy sauce. It definitely had some heat, but it was a nice heat. The peanuts and cilantro paired great with the buns. Besides the menu, they had a number of specials for the evening, so keep your options open. We did decide to stick to the menu though. I ordered the signature duck and my sister ordered the porcini ravioli. The duck dish was stunning, I couldn't take enough photos of it, and the taste blew me away. The duck was so crispy and tender, the fatty flavor reminds you of a holiday. The carrot puree, potatoes, greens and cherries added complexity and balance to the plate. I never finish my dinner, and I ate every morsel on this plate. The porcini ravioli was no different, it was incredible. The thick creamy sauce had so much flavor we were trying to guess what was in it. It was so rich and dreamy and the additional of walnuts was a fun crunch. If you love mushrooms, get this. We loved this meal, and I will rave about it. I am coming back for the pork belly dish, soon.

Absolutely lucked into this place while visiting our daughter at a nearby college. We were headed…read moreto the donut shop next door and saw the sign for the cheese shop. (Certainly a lucky neighborhood) It looks small from the street but once you walk in, it opens up to a sizable store. We were greeted by a friendly staff member, he took the time to describe their cheese selection and the other things going on in the shop. He then pivoted to giving us tons of help selecting the right cheese. We sampled a couple of things and then he dialed in three choices for us to buy. (With an assist from another customer that insisted that we would love the Delice de Bourgogne) Prices were reasonable enough for the quality. We added some gourmet crackers that were neutral enough to not overpower the cheese. The next day, we made the three cheeses the focus of our lunch. The Delice de Bourgogne was the star of the show, a creamy, earthy, and savory masterpiece. The two year aged Gouda and creamy blue cheese were delightful as well! Truly glad that we walked into The Cheese Traveler!

We appreciated the relatively local (Quebec, VT, NY) cheeses they have, and our destination cheese, Wisconsin Brick (which we had never tried before, and which they were quite willing to work with us on getting the appropriate size). The sandwiches looked delicious but we were there at the wrong time of day, alas, but we will 100% be back. If you like cheese, this is a destination location for the region.
