I ended up having him put in a cleanout that he completed by the next morning. Turns out, I had a collapsed pipe under my slab. Booby showed me the video of it and got me a quote right away to address it. I felt the estimate was very fair and they even credited the clearing of the pipe and the addition of the cleanout against the major repair under my slab. He was back the next morning with a team of guys who fixed the issue within 2 days. They kept me informed of what was happening every step of the way. Bobby is in fact the nephew of the owner, Juan, who came out multiple times during the repair to ensure everything was going smooth. The owner even helped in cleaning the debris at the end of the job and took debris he wasn't even responsible for to the dump for me. So after our cold snap in Febuary of 2026, our heater/AC unit wasn't working, when the technician…read morecame out, he immediately said the entire unit was bad due to the unit being too old, he claimed the evaporator was clogged, the blower motor squirrel cage bearings were bad and the Air filter was the wrong size, all with out a borescope or any kind of diagnosis. But for the low price of 20K but they could cut us a deal and do it for 17k..he could have us back up and running.. pass,,, We called a friend who actually did some diagnosis and come to find out the evaporator was NOT clogged and the bearings were fine. Plus the air filter was dirty and all it was to blame was a contactor relay in the AC condenser which only cost us $30 plus a from Amazon. plus a new Filter for about $20 and we were up and running. I get business is slow but but to deliberately make a false claim it is shameful.

I'd purchased a replacement for another house years ago so just needed it installed. $398 for install only. Job took less than an hour. I did it because I didn't have a lot of time to get it done. I called around and could have gotten it done for 1/2 that. Lesson learned... I can't say I won't use them again but it would have to be for an emergency only, as they are super responsive.
