I didn't know what to expect since I've never gotten a perm before but the hair stylist was Yoko and she was so kind and patient. She helped getting me situated where we discussed what type of perm I wanted. She shampooed my hair and that off the bat was so relaxing and set the tone of my experience. We had a great conversations as she prepared my hair - while doing the perm I was given some nice Korean coffee and was asked if I was comfortable while the perm was setting it. Yoko provided me Instructions on how to maintain the perm and also provided me products to help maintain my hair.
