The staff is helpful if you have any questions or see something that is not on display to check of the next batch is ready. For an upgrade to the contract we had, they said it was going to be a "few hundred dollars" extra as well. Seems like they just want money instead of letting us have a good experience. Which really wouldn't be a problem paying for if we had a good experience but overall it wasn't so we won't be giving our money to this company.

There wasn't much of a wait when I went even though there were a good amount of customers (I would say about half the tables were occupied). You could tell this is a place people come regularly to relax, have a delicious meal or pastry and hang out. I placed my order and two employees worked to grab all the items I asked for and put them in boxes. The sandwiches were being prepared in the back and within a few minutes I was handed the 3 large brown paper bags with all my items. The staff were very attentive and made sure I received all my items. Every single bite I tried from the items I purchased was delicious! Overall a great option because they have a great selection of items, and the staff is very kind.
