My friend and I got pierced today by Kenji and it was a great experience!! Place as a whole is pretty cool, and the staff seem nice and welcoming. When it came to the piercing itself, Kenji walked us through it pretty well and made the pain as a whole not as bad as it seems! I came here twice and got pierced by Kenji. He did my second nostril piercing a little over a year ago and I came back and got 2 new ear piercings, rook and flat. I've been coming here since 2020 to get tattoos from Man Yao- this guy's a LEGEND! He did a cover up mandala tattoo for me, then a mandala on my shoulder with so much detail and beautiful lasting color, as well as a few dainty finger tattoos. The linework is insane! I came back with my fiancé so he could get his second tattoo with Man, and while I was waiting, Kenji offered to do some piercings for me. We did a second ear piercing and a helix on my left ear. He walked me through the symmetry and why the placements would look good on my ear, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process! Came here on a Wednesday night, we called in around 7:45 PM to ask if they did walk-ins for a group of 5 and they scheduled us right away for 8:20. (If you do come last minute though, try not to make it too close to closing time so the nice workers can go home on time!!) It was a very spontaneous piercing decision for all of us but I'm glad we got it done here! The workers were very professional and prices were reasonable as well. ($30 for single lobe, $50 for both lobes, $40 for tragus and I believe $35 for cartilage // CASH ONLY THOUGH and remember to tip ur piercers!! ) The piercers helped give us advice on choosing jewelry based our placements. I took a long time deciding and felt so bad for being indecisive but my piercer (never got her name but she was very cool) gave helpful input and was really patient with me. I'm personally not a fan of getting piercings done with a needle, but this was probably one of the smoothest needle piercings I've gotten yet. My friend who got her tragus piercing said she didn't feel anything and all of our piercings turned out so cute! They also do piercing swaps, just need to pay $15 for the jewelry! One of our friend's previous piercings was getting eaten up so he got it changed here. Unfortunately we didn't redeem the check in deal but make sure to claim it if it's still available! Will be recommending my friends to come here in the future and I'll definitely be coming back if I decide on getting more! read more

Called on a Thursday afternoon to inquire about multiple piercings for two different people and was able to secure an appt same day. Really friendly service right off the bat and the ambiance is super cool. Lots of different options for jewelry, plus it's super affordable. Lucy has patience especially for those getting their first tattoo. The shop is owned by Jess Yen (Master) who is a doctor in the art of tattooing. Jess and Lucy can run the world in tattooing! This shop is not your ordinary shop, where people hang out and converse in meaningless things. This shop is a place of art expertise, a cultural experience, a place of healing and most of all a family. If you want your tattoos to come alive this is the place to go. The atmosphere is unique and welcoming. I've visit other shops where it wasn't calm at all. My Tattoo shop is calm and surprisingly relaxing even going under the needles. I went in as a walk in, they were really kind, i'm not exactly sure who my piercer was but he had an eyebrow piercing. I went in to get my septum done and he walked me through the whole process including telling me that in the case my anatomy wasn't right I could choose a different piercing and explained why i had the right anatomy and how he was going to do the piercing. I had never had this done for me with any of my prior piercings and i had gotten several from different tattoo shops. It was definitely a new and enjoyable process read more

Scheduled an industrial piercing appointment for the same day, and everything went very quick and easy !! My piercer's name was Kenji, and he was extremely accommodating and considerate. He let me know the specific anatomy required for the piercing, informed me of the pain level, and told me about the healing process. My daughter and I went to get matching tattoos as a gift for her 20th bday. This was the gift of her choice, her first tattoo and we absolutely love it! Maddie was our artist. We got small simple tattoos but I understand no tattoo is that simple. Our appt was on 6/22 at 1:30pm. We left the shop after 10pm. I'm not entirely sure what or why we were there for so long but it felt like an eternity. I feel like Maddy listened to our wants and executed to the best of her ability! We love our tattoos but see where minor things could have been done a bit differently. Anyhow, she let us know we have a free touch up we'd just need to contact her to have it scheduled. I contacted her to let her know I wouldn't be able to do July as I had a scheduled MRI. She let me know she'd be able to let me know her August schedule and it's now almost October and we haven't heard from her. I'm thinking perhaps because it's a touch-up and free it's not on her priority list but at the same time, it was offered to us and I would hope that her word can be kept. I'm also hesitant to go in for a touch up but have to be there yet again all day. The tattoos we got was our thumb prints to make the shape of a heart. My daughter's thumb print and my own with script next to hers to read "she gave me life" and beside my thumb prints mine read "my first love" - all in all the font and tattoo is beautiful. We love the placement and just about everything. There are two lines we aren't too happy with that run before the script starts and at the end but we choose to overlook it. read more

I had such a great experience getting my ears pierced here! I came in to get a double helix on one ear and a mid helix on my other. I was super nervous about getting 3 piercings all at once but Mackenzie made me feel super comfortable and relaxed throughout the entire process! I have a very low pain tolerance, but it wasn't too bad, I would rate the pain a 5/10. I was able to choose cute studs before piercing my ears and I am so obsessed by the end result. It's been around two weeks since I got my piercings and there has not been any problems as I clean them regularly. I also brought my friend to get her nose pierced and it turned out super cute! read more

The lines are done so clean and so precise, people ask if it's a real tattoo. Scheduling the appointment was easy and Logan was patient with the few changes I wanted to make to the picture when I arrived. The cost was also very reasonable compared to what I've paid other places and for tattoos not near the quality of what I just got with Logan. With my second cousin her line work was fine but it just came out all slanted, and they kept saying not to pull her lip as much but if she didn't it would've ended up on the edge just like the "$$$" one.
