It's so refreshing to have customer service again and to actually have a manager reach out to see how they can improve. I love this. I came back and got another Dubai chocolate strawberry cup and a gyro pita. The service was MUCH better this time !!! The gyro was delicious and fresh and definitely filling. I was worried that one gyro pita would not fill me up, but it definitely did.. the strawberry cup still seems to be a little expensive however it is delicious overall. Ambience: The air conditioning has apparently been broken for a week. When we asked if there were any fans, we were told they knew about the problem. On the bright side, if you enjoy dining in a sauna, this place has you covered. Even a glass of ice water would have earned a standing ovation--but there wasn't any. We've eaten here before and remembered it being much better, so this was disappointing.
