These guys did an incredible job converting my wheels to a beautiful all black gloss. They look awesome !! Better than in the pictures. I initially reached out to My Wheel Guy for a quote by texting them a pic of my wheel. The whole deal was handled over this text string, which I thought was super convenient. Drop off, walk-around, payment and pick up was a breeze. Everyone was great. So why did I only give them 3 stars? My tire pressure sensory went off on my drive home. When I got home to check the pressures, I noticed my custom black anodized valve stem caps had been replaced with cheap plastic caps. When I reached out to ask why, they said this "regularly" occurs. Let me see if we can find your caps. They found them within a minute. I said, this bothers me they would keep them. The person I was talking to said it wasn't intentional. Because we are working on so many vehicles in a day, things like are "regularly" missed. They said that I could come back to pick them up. After driving home and being in traffic for 45-minutes, I sure wasn't going to drive back 30-40 minutes then to drive back home another 45-minutes for $25 valve stem caps. It's disappointing that this is a "regular" issue. One would think...if this is a regular issue that a better handling process should be created. And if it was theft, that's at an entire different level of disappointment. Some of it is on me for not checking before I left. I'll re-order another set of valve stem caps to replace them. Outside of this small issue...their craftsmanship was awesome. I would have given them 5 stars.

This is my second corvette that I have had them do the wheels. It is a 2 tone wheel with a powder clear coat. Also high temp paint on the calipers. Awesome work both times. Responsive communication and whoever is answering my texts seems very "lively", positive and excited about the work. I highly recommend and will return in the future.

Came in for a rim repair for both my boyfriend & I's cars. Bryan and his team are amazing! Finished both our cars in under an hour. Our rims look brand new! Definitely recommend this shop for any tire/rim repairs!

The Wheel Guy was amazing! Texted them to schedule my appointment and had to reschedule one time, but they were super flexible and patient with me. When I arrived, they were extremely courteous, got my car in immediately, and had it done within a reasonable amount of time. Fixing this curb damage cost me $150, and was well worth it! The rim looks like new. I highly recommend them to anyone thinking about getting new rims. Save yourself a boatload of cash and have these guys try and fix your damaged ones for a fraction of the cost.

Brought in my car to get the rims powder coated and calipers painted a couple days ago and My Wheel Guy did an awesome job. It was such a great experience from the start and Alyssa was super helpful. I loved their work so much that I went the next day to get chrome delete and that turned out way nice. I don't have a pic of the chrome delete but here's a pic of how the wheels turned out.

I damaged my rim and was mortified because it is black chrome in color which I figured would be difficult or impossible to fix. I contacted My Wheel Guy by text which made it very easy and received a quick response. No problems scheduling the appointment. I took my car to their shop which is in a nice location and the staff members were friendly. The price was fair and is definitely much cheaper than replacing the rim. I was very pleased with the results and would recommend their services.

I brought my car in today because all four wheels had pretty bad curb rash. I didn't do it, lol. It came that way. They are really nice, so I wanted to get them looking new again. I had just finished registering it and happened to be in the area, so I called right when they opened to see if I could stop by for them to take a look and hopefully repair them. They told me to come by, and when I got there, they checked out the wheels and said they could take care of it. The woman let me know there were a few people ahead of me with appointments, but it should be done in about 3 hours. No problem I'll wait. 45 mins later, they were done. The wheels looked better than new. I wish I had taken before photos to show the difference. Just imagine the entire rim of each wheel was jagged and scraped. Now they look flawless! Excellent service, super fast, amazing work. I highly and will recommend people to them.

Wish these guys never touched my car. Listen to your gut and forget the upsell. Little pieces of masking tape they forgot to peel. Then they had to touch up 3 areas on the corners which was completely not done. Tons of bubbles under the lettering. Only leaving this post too cuz I don't want them to touch the car any more. Just gets worse. No adult in sight. Just kids running the store. Where's the owner? Obviously don't want you touching my car ever again that's why I'm posting this... and I barely raised my voice on the phone... act like I did that at your store lol. Will keep posting how overpriced and bad you are.. I'm getting comments on how I didn't know lol and btw it was multiple spots and multiple touch ups.. I had to return twice and waste my time... don't cut out facts lol

MY wheel guy great place to do business with, the first person I got in touch was with Bryan the owner of this shop, explained everything and gave me some options to make my wheels all black out and the right finish, I made the appointment and was finish on the same day. Great costumer service from all the stuff of this place. Definitely will come back in the future.

I hit a curb at the ATM and scraped my rim. I was mortified and wanted it fixed asap. I contacted My Wheel Guy and was able to set up an appointment for the following week. I brought it in, went to dunkin donuts and port of subs, talked on the phone a bit and my car was ready. It took 1 hour! It looks so much better and I'm glad they were able to fix it. Highly recommend!

Was parallel parking and in a rush, I thought I swiped up to go forward and it was still in reverse....BOOM! Fuuuuuuuu!!!! Never had rim damage in my 40 years alive. Sh*t happens and I was sick to my stomach on my brand new wheels! I knew it would be ok but not to this extent! Dropped the car off and got a ride from mt sister to my Mom who I'm visiting in Henderson and I kid you not, I got a text in 15 minutes saying the car was done! I lost my breath in shock! Sure enough, I showed up and look at the results! This is some next-level sorcery! Nobody will ever know except me and have to look close! 5 stars all day everyday! Made my wheels perfect again and saved my trip!

I damaged my brand new car wheel! At a dive though! I Chip and scratched my wheel & was quite upset ! A new wheel would cost about $300 dollars or more. Well that's where My Wheel Guy comes in! They told me no problem we can take care of that for you! Made an appointment & and told it could be about 2 hrs! Well they were done with in a half hour! The repair was awesome! I couldn't tell where the damage was! Also there, staff is a group people that care about their customers! Great personality & service by all. Amazing experience working with Bryan, Jamie, and the team. From start to finish, their communication was prompt, clear, and friendly. We had a few unique challenges with the vehicle but were able to navigate through them smoothly. Not to mention, the work came out much better than I expected. I had my wheels refinished in a certain OEM color code. My Wheel Guy was able to paint, not only just powder coat. Unfortunately the clear powder coat applied over the paint tinted the silver. The guys were able to paint and apply clear coat for the center cap which turned out the expected color. The quality of the work is great being in the shape the wheels were prior. I gave them 4 stars because customer service could have been a little better. Based off previous customer reviews, I expected similar service. There were no updates to the progress as others have mentioned in their reviews; I had to text to get updates and ask if the wheels were finished. The guys in the back were cool. read more

I began with blacking out my emblems, tail lights and black accents all around with black interior. I decided to get my wheels blacked out as well. I contacted my wheel guy via text. He gave me a quote and said I can drop it off in the morning and pick up in the evening. Mine took an extra day. Everyone was very nice and polite. Wow!! MY OH MY. Don't look anywhere else for wheels. THIS IS YOUR PLACE. they are diligent, kind, attentive, and Thorough. Weather full rim powder coating, or simple curb rash fix, these guys get it done and get it don right, and if your not satisfied. Speak up! They make sure you walk away happy. I've serviced 3 cars here, each have came out beautifully and they will surprise you with how good a damaged wheel can look again. Make an appointment, drop your car off and 8 hours later you have everything handled in a professional manner. The powder coat is perfect. They even paint the plastic center caps to match. I wouldn't recommend this place unless I really thought the service was good. Their service was GREAT. read more

Found this shop on Yelp due to the reviews, and gave them a call for a quote. Very responsive with a quote, and Brian kept in touched and answered all my questions on their options, etc. They managed to fit me in the following week with a full day for the job. Overall the results were impressive! Completely changed the look of the car. I had my wheels powdercoated in satin black and also had my brake calipers done in a bronze color. Great combination to the blue color of the car IMO. The staff was also very friendly and the customer service was great. They also mentioned that they offer a lifetime guarantee short of physical abuse and road rash. If the paint starts chipping or peeling, you can bring it back and they'll take care of it for you. That's sets a good peace of mind to my investment. A few notes: - When I was ready to leave the shop and got into my car, the tire pressure warnings blipped all over my screen. I checked and said there were two tires that were very low on pressure, while I also notice that the other two tires were over-inflated. I went back into the store and mentioned it to them, and they told me that the computer will take a little bit to recalibrate itself once the car runs for a while, and reassured me that there is air in the tires. So I went ahead and took my 28 mile journey home. As I was close to home though, I noticed that the tire pressure did indeed change, but it was still inaccurately filled. One tired remained at 25psi, one was correct, and remaining two was over flared by 8-9 PSI. I stopped by an air fill station to correct the pressure, and the warning messages automatically went away. I also checked the pressure following morning to make sure that it hasn't changed, and it remained the same. - The newly painted wheels, while now sporting a beautiful color, does have a lot of grease, fingerprints, and dirt/dust on them. I was told to give them a few days before I give it a wash, so I did. Not a huge deal, but I'd imagine the "WOW" factor can be slightly improved if the customers arrive and see perfectly clean, freshly painted wheels on their ride. Overall I highly recommend this shop. Very communicative and professional. My Wheel Guys - they definitely know what they're doing. Give them a call if you're looking for a good wheel repair shop and/or just want a new look to your car's shoes. read more

My wheel guy was easy to communicate with and was very helpful prior to even starting the job. Their prices are very fair and their work is top notch compared to a few other places I've dealt with. Also, their turn around time is faster than any place I've dealt with in town. I highly recommend using them! The color I went with is one they have on hand, it is called Highland bronze. My decals didn't arrive until a week after they finished the powder coat and caliper paint, but I had no issues dropping it off for installation and clear coat over the decals. read more

My wheels where cracked and looking faded. My Wheel Guy came thru and got them looking brand new again. Update: My cracked wheel was leaking air and was still bent. I tried reaching out multiple times and got no response. They did a good job with the color but the wheel has to be repaired somewhere else to stop the leak and it was found to be still bent. Had to pay another shop $175 to fix it again and had to take more time off work. read more

We just took delivery of our Tesla model Y two days ago. We have the regular Gemini 19" silver wheels and wanted them powder coated in black. I found Bryan "my wheel guy" on Yelp, and chose him based on his amazing reviews. Let me tell you, he and his crew did an incredible job!! We were worried about balancing the wheels after taking the tires off because Tesla has foam in them, but these guys nailed it! The car drives better now than it did out of the factory. On top of that, he got us in the next day, did the whole job (rims & calipers) same day, and pricing is very fair. He even put the Tesla sticker on the calipers for us. I came in for a brand new set of tires all around for my Mazda 3. They ended up doing the ""balancing and alignment"" These Joes ended up adding more than 14 quarter-ounce weights on a single front wheel. They were basically chasing weight. Instead of thinking, "Hey, this is a red flag, maybe we should break down the tire and check if it's good," they just kept chasing it. I took the car home. Mind you, this is my lady's car, not mine. She gets on the highway and tells me she feels a rattle going past 50 mph. I take the car for a spin and feel the exact same thing. I take it back to these guys and tell them, "Hey, I noticed you have over 14 quarter-ounce weights on the front of a Mazda 3. This is a small car; that is completely out of the ordinary." They ended up doing it the "right way" and got the balancing done. I took it back on the highway, and it wasn't rattling anymore. Cool problem solved. Look, accidents and mistakes happen. When you're working out in the field in the Nevada summer, I understand people get tired, lazy, and have customers coming in non-stop. However, a couple of days after they fixed that little inconvenience, I took the car for another spin and noticed a new creaking noise. The car has fewer than 30,000 miles on it and is only two to three years old. So, I finally decided to bring it over to the Discount Tire on Sunset Road. These guys are the best; they actually know what they're doing. They aren't just a bunch of Joes--they're all in sync and know exactly what's going on. Immediately after I brought the car in, their technician checked it out and pointed out that the weights from the other shop were hanging out of the wheel instead of being placed on the inside. Now, that wasn't the cause of the creaking noise I was hearing, but the fact that another technician could immediately point out such unprofessional workmanship says it all. The quality of work at the Mark Street location is just incredibly poor. If I were you, I would take your money and bring it over to Discount Tire on Sunset. These guys know what's up, they don't waste your time, they tell it to you straight, and they will actually address any issues with you. They don't have junior apprentices or random Joes working on your vehicle. I don't know what is going on over at Mark Street, but they seriously need to get their technicians recertified. Taking two extra days just to get a full set of tires balanced and aligned is ridiculous. It should have been done right the first time. This is basic, standard work. They are a bunch of Joes over there and a complete waste of time.

Until today, I had never stopped at any Discount Tire store. I had only a short wait at the service desk. I explained that I needed all four sensors replaced and I asked for a quote. Their quote was all inclusive (out the door taxes, parts, service) which I found extremely reasonable. Their price was literally hundreds of dollars cheaper than my local dealership quoted me. I asked to be placed on their calendar and the service writer told me they could do it then. When I asked how long, he quoted me an hour. I handed over my keys and the wait began. After an hour, my car came rolling out of their shop bay. The mechanic who worked on it came into the waiting room and spoke with me personally. Afterwards, I paid my bill and I was on my way in exactly the amount of time quoted. And the pesky TPMS dash light was thankfully extinguished when I departed. The waiting area was clean and everyone I spoke with was very nice and professional. I sat near the service desk and I listened to interactions between staff and other customers. It was the same. Staff were helpful and those others appeared to have left very happy with the service they received. On a final note, they scanned all four of my tires on my car. I had good tread left and they did not try to upsell me new tires. I appreciated the hassle free and prompt service along with the very reasonable cost. I would definitely come back here when it's time for new tires.

Then asks what kind of vehicle it's for and if the brand Mojave and the quote sound familiar and I said no none of that is what was spoken about on the phone WITH YOU two days ago. First, I called the number provided and nobody answered. No biggie, I left a message on the obvious Google Voice system, it's been 48 hours and I'm still waiting for that call to be answered so I'm guessing nobody monitors that number. After I called, I took the time to fill out a detailed "request a quote" form and provided exceptional information to the respondant to save them time and effort if possible. I did receive follow up message where I described my issue in depth, I provided my availability and my general location and was told that I would be notified of appointment availability. Long story short, 18 hours of silence from the company led me to take my vehicle to a local shop and get my vehicle serviced. Almost 48 hours after requesting a quote I STILL haven't been offered an appointment. I guess it's probably a good thing that I'm not stranded beside the road waiting, I'd probably be carjacked by now. Not saying the dude doesn't do good work, but you must need to be special to get respect of an appointment or at least enough courtesy to decline the work because you don't have time.

Nothing but satisfaction! I needed repair work done to a rim on my car (curb rash) and of all the places I called these guys were my choice for good reasons. Paul took my call and was incredibly helpful. Had me send some pics to him as I was stuck at work and he got back to me very quickly to let me know they would be able to help. Very polite and professional. The very next morning I took my car in and they took care of it. Quick, convenient, and a friendly staff. I've been wanting my calipers painted for awhile, and I had some rim damage from the previous owner I've been wanting done since I got the car. I emailed Bryan about both of these jobs, and he got back to me within an hour (it was also not during business hours). Dropped the car off on Tuesday and got it back by the end of the day Wednesday. Amazing craftsmanship and it really shows. One of the best parts about My Wheel Guy is that you get to the pick the color, you just need a paint code. Best prices in town! Don't go anywhere else. My 2012 Toyota Prius Plug In has special rims only available for this model. I got too close to a curb and scratched them up pretty good. I took my Prius to Paul at Kwicksilver and in just 45 minutes my special rims looked brand new again. I don't know how they do it, but they are absolutely fantastic, very professional, and very fairly priced. This is my third time coming to my wheel guy and I don't think I will ever go to another place. I call myself an expert at hitting my rims at Starbucks drive thrus so my rims have seen a thing or two and every time I have messaged them, they are quick to respond and very friendly. Such a great experience getting my wheels powder coated. I wasn't even considering getting them done so soon, but the price was super reasonable and they gave me out the door pricing simply by sending a picture of one wheel via text. Their coorespondace via text was SO good and super convenient. My wheels came out beautiful! Way better than I could've imagined. They even stored my truck inside the shop at night for security. Got a little curb rash on my front passenger rim being dumb on the day before Thanksgiving. Immediately called Kwicksilver and they said yeah we can get you in no problem. Service was quick and easy gave me a competitive price and had me in and out within an hour. Great guys and honest upfront. Told me since it was a milled rim it might not be perfect. Got home and noticed my Mercedes Benz cable caps were replaced with typical black ones, called and was told they didn't have them. (Ordered new ones on Amazon) at my expense. 2nd trip worked on the rear wheels sent home, car still shook, (this trip is 2.5 hours) 3rd trip scheduled, drove up waited all day again, was told they needed it overnight, I reminded them that I live in Havasu and had to be at work in the am, drove it home still shook, and I noticed the rear wheels were grey, not silver like the OE front wheels, was told they forgot to balance and to come back they would paint the rear wheels to match the front and they forgot to balance the wheels before they sent me home. 4th trip scheduled, they still didn't fix the round wheel problem, now all my wheels are grey not silver and several of the rivits are missing and the car still shook, I bought new tires, got an alignment in the middle of all this So, 20hrs of road time wheels not fixed and now they are the wrong color, plus a hodgepodge of random lug nuts I wouldn't recommend this place.

They unexpectedly took the car in immediately and provided an uber ride home for me and the wife. Work was finished ahead of schedule, again they provided an uber to bring me to pick the car up. Car looks absolutely great... better than prior to the accident. In fact, we fought this and because there was no proof, you guys agreed to pay for the car to be sent to Toyota and be fixed. Which we were grateful for but then we got the vehicle back with scratches all over the soft top of our convertible that were not there before. It's very disgusting to be taken advantage of in such a way. We did a BBB report and called our insurance company to let them know everything that happened and they need to be careful who they contract with. There are many complaints similar to this. A car brought in due to body damage and the engine damage is over looked. Instead of fighting your customers when they catch it (everyone makes mistakes) Just say, hey- my bad- sorry- we'll get this taken care of. It's that easy. I'm not pissed at the mistakes, I'm pissed at trying to make us look like we don't know what we are talking about when we catch an issue. Anyway, long time ago now- hope they've changed their ways

My local Auto Repair shop here in Aliante detected a leak in my flex pipe/muffler and since they…read moredon't repair mufflers, the Manager recommended Discount Muffler and Brakes very highly. I arrived at 8:00 AM today for scheduled appointment and was greeted by Clayton. I don't think I've ever encountered a more personable, professional individual in the Auto Repair industry in my entire life! He greeted me with a big smile and immediately acknowledge my appointmen. Within five (5) minutes my car was back in the shop. They confirmed the leak in the flex pipe and quoted me a price CONSIDERABLY lower than I had anticipated. How often does that happen? An hour later I was back in my car and on my merry way! This is clearly a very well managed business that most other Auto Repair shops should aspire to emulate, but unfortunately very few do.
