I searched craigslist for floor mats and found some for sale by an individual in Anderson that were perfect for our vehicle. Upon arriving at the seller of the floor mats, it turns out that HE was the previous owner of our XT6 and he had traded it in at Roush a few weeks back. He advised us that not only did he trade it in with the carpet floor mats, but also a luggage cover and mesh cargo net. I called Tom Roush and asked our salesperson about these items. His response was that they did not have those items and that we purchased the car based on what was in it on the lot. Okay, so they lied, because obviously they did have those items. Other issues, they low balled the trade in value of our 2020 XT6. Two days after we traded it in they were selling it online for $6000 more than they gave us. I know they all do that but that seems excessive. I would be very wary of Tom Roush Lincoln. They are not honest.

I was driving a BMW X1, but with my 14-year-old son and his very tall friends, it just wasn't cutting it anymore. I needed something with real legroom, and I had my heart set on a Honda Pilot. I originally came in to lease one, but unfortunately, it had literally just been sold before I arrived. Instead of sending me on my way, Edward showed me a pre-owned Pilot that ended up being an even better fit. Here's what really impressed me: I called around 7:30 PM, and they closed at 8:00 PM. Most dealerships would have told me to come back the next day. Not Edward. He took the time to get me out on a test drive, answered all of my questions, worked through the paperwork, and even agreed to take care of a few items I wanted inspected before I finalized everything. The experience didn't stop there. When I brought the vehicle back for those items, Edward was there waiting to greet me--even though it wasn't during his normal working hours. I have NEVER experienced customer service like this. Not at a dealership. Not anywhere. Edward went far above and beyond, and because of the way I was treated, they have earned a customer for life. The headlight was visibly out of alignment, the bumper was hanging/misaligned, and the condition of the bodywork in that area raised serious concerns that the vehicle had sustained prior damage. None of these obvious issues were disclosed to us beforehand. Instead, we were assured the vehicle was clean, which is exactly why we were willing to make the trip from Chicago. Between the driving and time spent dealing with this, we wasted roughly eight hours of our day. One honest phone call or a few accurate photos would have prevented the entire situation. This was an extremely disappointing experience. If you're considering a used vehicle from this dealership, I would strongly recommend inspecting it very carefully in person and verifying the condition yourself before making a long trip. Based on our experience, I would not rely solely on assurances that a vehicle is "clean."

When I entered and drove through into the service bay, the cameras captured my undercarriage, which I thought was very cool and the amazing inspection I received on my rogue was really cool. I bought this car through a customer service repair associate (after a previous terrible experience). Previously, I was able to use my warranties as down payments. Now, Stoops has a new owner and because it isn't the "old Stoops" I could only get cash back after my trade in. I couldn't use that same cash back toward a down payment meaning my payment would still be sky high. This is ridiculous and I am highly upset. I was told my credit was fine and I could be approved but there was nothing they could do about keeping me at a better (or even the same) payment. I also had an email about $7/down. Also false advertising that they like to hit you with in order to get you inside and waste your time.

While they could easily take advantage of a girl who doesn't know what she wants, I feel like they look out for me and genuinely try to get the best deal. Last time, one of the salespeople gave me advice that saved me probably $100/month on my car payment. When I'm ready to buy a new car, this will undoubtedly be the only stop I make. The service department treats my car like a baby. They always keep me informed, prices are reasonable, and they are knowledgeable and efficient. I've had particularly great service from Brandon. After the test drive I left the lot and unfortunately the radio system stopped working but when I came back for an unrelated issue (accidentally left their plate in the car I bought and I was brining it back) both Katie and Geoff genuinely poured so much effort into trying to figure out where the sound went. When Geoff finally found a problem and called it, he gave me a name of a specialist and told me we'd work it out and I believe them. I'll keep the review updated too. When I called the audio place, they even offered to call G5 directly to work it out but I told them to wait and we'll figure it out. Overall I'm very pleased, and as an added bonus, Geoff backed up my car so it was pointed straight at the exit so I could pull straight out. The only thing that I had to get fixed on my boy right away was a tire that got a nail in it which wasn't their fault at all. There just is a lot of construction in the area. They've answered my (silly at times) questions and even Katie reached out when she hadn't heard if I'd gotten the radio fixed. Wonderful folks. Official two week report; Well... used cars sometimes do used car things. That's not their fault though. They set me up with the audio, so I didn't have to spend even more money to get him working with good audio. The only thing that wasn't set up was a subwoofer so my audio doesn't sound great but I know it was a nightmare just to get it to working. They didn't need to set me up and did anyway.
