Always accommodating, always quick service. I have no complaints about this dealership and I didn't even buy my car here.

That said it was in the shop here under factory warranty and I was charged for the lubricant each time even though it's not a service item that calls for that. Not to mention multiple other occasions I had to drop my car off and was only provided a loaner car on my 7th visit and then when I commented about the lack of quality Rob stated I didn't buy that nice of a Jeep model so I shouldn't expect quality or anything of the sort. Ed Martin Jeep nor any of their dealerships will see another dime of my hard earned money.

They let me know the check engine light would be $200 to read, don't like it, feel that it is a rip-off, but it is the standard charged by almost all shops. Turns out there was nothing wrong with my car, but it needed a software update. Got charged a total of $300 because I needed a software update. Yes, a little salty about that but I can live with it. 2. The window would not roll up. They discovered that things just got off track and they would need to take it apart and just put it back together to fix. Might be 3 hours at $200/hr. A bit steep, but fine I have it here and I have work I need to get back to. Well, I had gotten there at 11am and needed to grab lunch a little after noon, so I let them know in case they were looking for me. I was told no problem as the tech working on my window was at lunch. It got done close to 2, so yes it was about three hours. I was in a hurry and paid. After thinking about it, I realized they did indeed charge me for three hours of work, but apparently work also included the techs lunch time. Now looking back, I realized that they were just looking for ways to dig every last dime they could out of me and really did not care about taking care of the customer. After this experience, I do not think I would recommend this shop or nor will I be going back.

She called me, in Michigan ,and I had her look under the hood. Sure enough, the battery ground cable had come loose. She walked over to ask for help, or to borrow a tool. She was denied. She was mansplained to about insurance, and offered no solution other than to call a tow truck to tow it 300 feet, and then to wait in line for their service queue, so that they could run a "diagnostic" and see how to proceed. All to tighten a battery cable. I am only 51, but I have to ask, where have all the men gone? She hit it with her purse (a can of coconut milk) and will be able to get down the road to buy the tools she needs. Way to go guys! Tom Wood Honda agreed to replace the timing chain components. But ever since they started the repairs, the car has been leaking oil. I've brought it back four times, and the issue still isn't fixed. I requested that they send it to the VW dealership, but they refused and insisted they'd continue to handle the repair in-house. Now, there's a new oil leak coming from the turbo area, which wasn't an issue when I purchased the car. This entire experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I bought a car I thought was reliable -- instead, it's been in the shop more than on the road. At this point, I just want to return the vehicle and get my money back. I can't recommend Tom Wood Honda based on this experience.
