As a customer service expert.. the CUSTOMER is always right. If she tells you they need more coats, put more coats. If they accidentally hit their nails on a solid object, redo the whole polish if necessary. If the gel wasn't applied smoothly, take that shit off and redo the whole process. I was drawn to Nails@ because of the great designs and gel art I saw on yelp. However, I was very dissatisfied with the service I received. I got a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. I originally had a teal polish before I came into the salon, but the lady did not completely take off all of the polish. On the sides of my nails, you can see teal specks next to the coral polish that I chose. My manicure was not painted close to the cuticle, so it looked like I already had a week of nail growth. Also, my gel polish chipped only after two days. I definitely don't think the gel is worth it if it doesn't even last one full week. The application of the gel polish was uneven and very thick. My pedicure was decent, but it was nothing to rave about. Not much time was taken and it was okay. The only thing I liked was the variety of polish colors. I guess my search for a new nail salon in Vegas will have to continue! read more

I was really disappointed in the workmanship here. The owner did my nails, talking and getting up to sell product to other clients during my manicure. The polish was sloppy, uneven, and the second coat didn't cover the first. No bases coat, and it was an acrylic fill which had an uneven surface, the sides of my nails were ragged, and they were not all the same shape or length. The shop was dark And not too clean looking compared to what I am used to. She didn't change the towel she used from the last client to put my hands on which was gross. I went to this nailshop for a manicure & pedicure looking to get a design. The older lady who did my pedicure stated she couldn't do the design that myloan would have to do it. I was ok with that knowing she is the owner. My design was super simple to do. She started off with an attitude picking out the colors. she proceeds to do my design, as I'm looking at the picture and looking at my toenail looks nothing like the picture at all. I stop her and told her I don't like it. She said, you don't like it, I'm like no. She get up with an attitude and tell the other lady to repaint my toenails. I tell her since already paid you for my design just give me a design using my colors. This heffa ignored me. Then said I'm just giving you back your money . Never said I'm sorry you don't like it what else can I do for you. Her customer service is shitty.that was my first and last time at that nailshop. My friend and I went in for mani-pedis today ahead of my friend's daughter's wedding events. What a disaster. I asked for a gel polish and the service provider had to redo my toenails because she initially did a standard polish instead. The salon was understaffed so my friend and I had the same service provider. So at this point we're already behind schedule and looking at a long time. When it was time for paraffin on our hands, we each had to just stand around by the sink to get the paraffin and gloves put on. My friend's experience once she got started was terrible. Her manicure looks like a 12 year old did it and the manicurist had to fix a smeared mess on her big toe that my friend didn't even find until she sat at the dryer. All in we were there for over 2 and 1/2 hours. If I could choose less than one star I would. First and last time for this place. read more

Their prices seem fair compare to other places I've been in too, after chatting with one of the ladies she said let us do you'll nails you don't pay if you don't like them. My response was . Sure!! Why not I have nothing to loose. I thought to myself, ( this will not be the last crappy place I'm going to try any ways). Ever since that day, this is my number one place to get my nails done, I've been very satisfied with the nails that Vivi has done for me, she is excellent at what she does. Only 4 stars because the pricing is getting a little higher than what I used to pay but, I'm adding things that apparently cost more money. If you are looking for beautiful nails this is definitely a good place to try, my only recommendation is to get pricing up front and to come in Mon- Thursday when it's not too busy. read more

Since I was going to Sprouts, I decided to go to Myloan salon in the same plaza. I had a really bad feeling when she started using scissors on my eyebrows at the very beginning. Also she pinched my skin and leaned her elbow on my chest while tweezering. When I looked on the mirror she had made my eyebrows very thin that they were barely visible. To add insult to injury, she used an eyebrow pencil on me. I normally don't need to specify a just a cleanup for eyebrows but I didn't ask for pencil line brows. read more

She even forgot to cut the cuticles on one of my hands cause she was busy talking on the phone, then after going back and forth with her about forgetting to do my cuticles she finally looks at my hand and says ya sorry I forgot. Wtf? So then I sit and get my pedicure Which I should have walked out at that point but I was short on time and reallyyy needed a pedicure. So this other girl starts doing the pedicure and she seems nice but then she starts poking the side of my toe and when I say ouch she tells me oh your nail is stuck in the skin Im trying to get it out. So she does the polish horribly and I ask her to please redo a couple of the toes that honestly my 3 year old could have done a better job doing and she tells me the polish you chose is streaky so its the polishes fault. Long story short I paid and left and came home took off my polish and now my toe is red and hurts. I hope I dont get an infection. If state board walked into this place they would be SHUTDOWN! Two days after my nails were chipping as if it was regular polish. I go back the day of 3 of my nails chipping. I believe it was the manager that fixed them free of charge which I didn't expect. And she applied another coat on all my other nails. 2 more days 5 nails chipped. I go back. She fixes again. I never returned. My gel didn't even last a full 2 weeks. Management and staff are nice.
