She had to keep getting up to put down people's appointment requests and also had to keep getting up to get equipment. It felt like she really wasn't paying attention to my nails and sadly it shows. The worst part is because she was answering the phone and having to get up so much, it took FOREVER. I'm used to hard gel taking a while but this was crazy. In the end I left at 7 pm.
