I always go to My when I need anything altered. I've gotten event dresses altered here and she takes great care of my clothes and she works quickly too. I can't compare pricing to other places as this is the only business I've been to for these services, but it never breaks the bank and she accepts different payment methods. Her hours are limited but with the amount of people that pick up and drop off clothes when I'm there, it makes sense why.
