That person was Helen. Helen was such an incredible source of support throughout the entire planning process, and we truly could not have been happier with how everything turned out. We had the most perfect wedding day, and there is no doubt that so much of that was because of Helen's presence, professionalism, organization, and her impressive ability to wrangle our wedding party and keep everyone where they needed to be. Helen and her assistant, Sandy, were constantly working behind the scenes to make sure everything stayed on schedule, every detail was taken care of, and most importantly, that we were taken care of. There were so many things happening that day that we never even had to think about because they were already handling them. At one point, I realized I had absolutely no idea where if my vendors had arrived, or what was happening because I had been tucked away getting ready and hadn't even met some of the vendors yet. Before I could really start worrying, Helen immediately reassured me that everyone was accounted for or on their way and that everything was under control. That moment perfectly sums up what it was like having her there: I could actually let go, trust her, and enjoy my wedding instead of worrying about all the moving pieces behind the scenes. For someone who normally has a very hard time giving up control, that was probably one of the greatest gifts anyone could have given me on our wedding day. She worked with us close to a month before the event to plan this and specially gave us options for vendors based on our needs. She came in early with her assistant to get the floor for the baby shark theme ready and help us setup the tables, and contact the vendors and talk to them for the event coordination. We had the food vendor, puppet show host and the balloon guy and with Renee around it was so nice and relaxing as we didn't have to worry on those and spend great time with our kids and the guests. I decided to check out his website, thinking I could send a birthday bouquet to my long-distance best friend. Their arrangements are stunning! I was immediately drawn to a bouquet with the most darling vase. Luckily, they delivered! Something I truly appreciate. I had purchased the arrangement and looked over my confirmation email with delight. Later that day, I received a call from a very thoughtful employee from the shop. I never got her name, but she called to confirm that I had gotten the delivery date correct for my order.
