My first time at this location was for an event. I had a brown sugar boba with oatmilk and it was tasty :) the tapioca was soft and chewy just the way I like it. The cashier and barista were nice and they did so well during the event! Also I just love the little bear cups. I love the atmosphere, cozy. Tight parking as well. 2- Clean and light store, tables and option to use the self order kiosk or front. 3- SUPER quick turnaround. One of my top favorite boba tea shops in Jax. It is a little pricey ~ up there with Tsaocaa prices, but, l prefer Moge boba tea over Tsaocaa boba tea if given the choice of both side by side. The quality is there and I'm happy to pay a little more for a better quality product. I've been frequenting this Jax location since they opened just a couple of years ago. Sometimes they do a happy hour discount after work hours and I really appreciate when they have deals like that going on. In a world where everything is quite expensive, especially an unnecessary sweet treat, it's nice that Moge thinks of our wallets. This shop is always clean, well kept, stays steady, and open late (late for a boba tea shop) I actually like the option of ordering from a kiosk verses ordering from a counter because you have pictures of the items. I know that sounds silly, but if you are undecided of what you want, seeing a picture and reading the description of the item really helps. You have the option to do both here - either order from a person behind the counter at the front, or use the kiosk off to the side near the entrance of the shop. Every visit the staff has been super nice. I accidentally ordered a drink wrong once and was going to just pay full price to order the right drink since it was my mistake, and moge tea offered to make me another tea for free without me even thinking of asking. It's generous moves like that that keep me coming back. Everyone has a human error here & there on occasion; and I'm happy to see that Moge knew I wasn't trying to take advantage of them by squeezing a free drink out of them. It was a very kind move. I highly recommend giving this boba tea shop a try if you are a fan of boba tea. They have Moge tee in Orlando which is actually where I first tried this brand before, (during Covid) and it was extremely delicious. We went here on a Sunday afternoon and it was empty. There seems to be a lot of web to go orders though. I've been told usually by friends that this is a must go to place for boba lovers, but maybe it was what I got, I was a little unimpressed. I got the Thai tea brulee at 30% sugar. It was good with the sugar amount, but there was much more brulee than Thai tea flavor. I wish I could have tasted the Thai tea better. The service was very fast. As soon as we placed our order on the screen by the front, within 5 min, our order was ready. The ambiance is cute. There are a couple of photo spots in the shop. It's quiet and I can imagine people coming to study here, but it's a bit hard to park since there's constructing in the Publix parking lot. But overall, it's a nice spot. read more

Since they opened, I have been a fan of their Dragonfruit slushies. I've tried all/most of the different variations but I have to say that the Dragonfruit Yakult Slushie w coconut jelly is my favorite. I learned that it's not for everyone after seeing my daughters faces when they tried it lol. It's fruity, sour, sweet and tangy. it has that lactic acid taste. I love it. It's in the Publix shopping center off Southside Blvd & Old Baymeadows Road so there's plenty of parking. Same shopping strip as Bowl of Pho. Place is always clean on the times I've visited and the staff is friendly and efficicient. There's a few seats to enjoy your treat and do some work if you want to. read more

The interior is modern yet comfortable. I didn't like ordering from the screens rather than a real person. But the positive result is that you can ensure your order is entered correctly. 70% sweetness is messed up a lot. I ordered a large milk tea with boba. The cup looks super cool and allows you to choose between sipping and a boba straw. My drink was done in a few minutes, but that isn't too surprising considering it was basic. I stopped by last Saturday during their 2nd year anniversary and all drinks were half off. I ordered the coco-red bean slushie half sugar. When the drink came out, it looked nothing like the advertised photo, I asked the barista if the drink was correct and she said yes. I then asked why there was no coconut in my drink because it's all red, and green tea on top, she said it's made with coconut milk. I didn't want to cause any problems since they were busy so I just left disappointed, the drink looked and tasted nothing like the one they had on the picture. I've been drinking tea all my life and stumbled onto boba tea, then accidently ordered milk tea and realized- I like it! All!!! I had a couple Yelp friends give me the heads up about this location and their grand opening specials! It was already on my radar thanks to pictures I saw last week from another Yelper. But a text message and another message on messenger with the specials made it a must stop for Saturday! The line was substantial, the small storefront filled with those who had ordered and were waiting for their prize number to be called. I was order number 60 (of the day I think) and it was about 2:30pm. It was a BOGO 50% off and I took advantage- even though it was only me. I got a Mango Bubble Milk and a Coco Watermelon with Lychee jelly. Yes- I got upsold on the lychee (but I love lychee!!!). I drank the mango first- it was more liquid while the watermelon was more frozen to start and it was good! But I confess to enjoying the watermelon more. I ordered both with 1/2 sweet- nice to know you can do this and I think next time I will try their most popular on- the brown sugar one. Or the Crème Brulee one~ yum!!! Finally another milk tea shop that is not located at Beach Boulevard! Definitely closer to our home. Keep them coming lol! We have visited Moge Tee twice already. The interior is very nice, lots of greens, even though they are not real, they add a certain appeal to the overall design. So far, we have tried Oreo, Cheese Milk Black Tea, regular Bubble and Rose Bubble Milk Tea. Everything was smooth and creamy! We always request zero sugar and they still tasted great! The only downside is the price. We have been to several (if not all) of Milk Tea shops in Jacksonville, and their price is the most expensive. For large drinks, they range from $6.25 - $7.50. Yes pretty pricey, maybe because the location and rent is higher? I don't know. But that is the only reason I am not giving them a perfect 5 star rating. Saw this place was close to my work and was craving some boba. It's a cute little shop that was playing K-pop, which was awesome. The cashier who helped me was very informative and kind. I asked to get a mango pomelo originally, but she told me that their mangos weren't in season, so it wouldn't taste as good and recommend a rose milk tea. To my surprise I came during happy hour which was 25% off all drinks. The rose milk tea was floral and not too sweet because you could adjust the sweetness, and their boba was a lighter color than what I was used to. I went on a Saturday and there was a steady stream of customers. They have an extensive menu which includes milk teas, bubble teas, teas with cheese foam, and more. I ordered the cocomango which came with crystal boba. It's an off menu item apparently but it's a flavor combination that I love. My drink was ready quickly after I must admit that for over $7, I was hoping for a really good drink. It was delicious! Unlike one of the other boba places in town, they mix the coconut and mango together and create amidst a slushee. I would come back to this place but I think the prices are a little bit high. The entire stretch of Beach Blvd is getting saturated with Boba places (no complaints about that) and it is quite a special treat to find Moge Tea in Baymeadows area. How does it compete with the rest of the boba places?! Quite superbly actually. One of the newest boba places of 2021/2022, Moge tea has already acquired quite a cult-like following. Their name is well known and deservedly so! The quality is unmistakable! First impression, the place is gorgeous! Loved the central Tree, definite draws your eyes to it. I ordered the Matcha Green Tea with Cheese foam. Oh so yummy. Their boba is perfect the perfect texture, not too hard, not too squishy and waxy. They are well staffed so wait times are not long at all. Tried the Grapefruit slushy my daughter ordered.. I'm not a fan though she liked it! I must say, this is perfect for residents around this area. Do a little Publix grocery shopping then stop by here for a drink. My first time here was a pretty bad experience. I was getting some boba tea for me and my friend, not too long after they opened at 12. The cashier had an extremely rude tone of voice, as if she already had a long day. I had to double take on the time because surely there was no way she was this tired after JUST opening. Anyway, I had a few questions about the menu since once again it was my first time. She was harsh and barely gave me any information. I ordered something that I ended up disliking, because I gave up on asking her for more recommendations. At the end of the transaction, she didn't thank me or let me know it would be out shortly. Just turned away from me and began working on the drink -- which was very awkward since I was still standing at the register. The worst part was that she wasn't only rude to me, but her coworker as well! I witnessed her snapping at her coworker while angrily making the drink. I guess she had a question or something? All I know is that she raised her voice and it caused me to look up. The other worker passed it off with an awkward smile and then hurried to the back. I didn't see her again after that. At the end I asked the cashier for the receipt to find out her name. She rolled her eyes, still NOT saying anything, and gave it to me. Unfortunately it didn't have her name but it was a skinny girl with long black hair. I put a picture with the date/time of my visit so the manager can figure out who she is. Overall I have NEVER been to a boba place with such negative energy before. That cashier really needs to find a different line of work... there was honestly no reason for her to act that way towards customers and staff. I fell in love with Moge-Tee and was wowed by their quality and service. When I saw they were opening in JAX I was SO excited! Unfortunately, this location isn't quite up to par with the quality and service that I have experienced at other Moge locations. The staff isn't very welcoming and some have a pretty dismissive attitude when you try to ask questions. Just doesn't seem like a lot of enthusiasm there. Now they have ordering kiosks which further detaches them. My usual go-to drink when I visit a Moge is the dragonfruit tea. When it's made right, it has the right balance of tea, packed with fruit, and not too sweet! The dragonfruit tea here can be inconsistent-- sometimes you don't even taste the tea and other times it is just very watery. I usually order the Uji matcha or the milk teas here since they're more consistent. With the steep prices that they charge for their drinks, plus the upcharge for add-ins can easily push a drink price up to $9+. For this much, I expect better! read more

My husband asked the server what her favorites were and ordered one of the ones she listed he went with slushy style strawberry tea and misunderstood that the red bean tofu pudding isn't dessert BUT a drink. Stopped by during their grand opening, and I am beyond excited. This place is totally charming, airy, and spacious. They have a vast selection of different beverages to choose from. You want regular milk tea? They got you. You want cheese foam on that? They got you. You want fruit teas instead because you're trying to watch the calories? They got you. I opted to try their osmanthus cheese foam milk tea with aloe jelly and their black sesame mochi milk tea with tofu pudding. The osmanthus milk tea was light, floral, and not super caffeinated (for those of you who don't want that kick). The aloe jelly was a nice touch and complimented the tea very well. And their cheese foam. Wow. It's thick, sweet, and salty. They were generous with it, and this elevated the whole experience from your typical milk tea with foam to something more indulgent and decadent. The black sesame mochi milk tea was just as delicious. You really taste the nuttiness of the black sesame. And their pudding was delicious. If you've ever had the sweet tofu from a dim sum place, this is what it tasted like - silky, slightly sweet, with a hint of ginger.
