Drinks are very refreshing especially on a hot day like today! Not many people in the shop and received our drinks fast. Matcha is solid and has a solid strawberry flavor even when sweetness was reduced. I love how they have an oat milk as a substitute and have enough variety for matcha, smoothie, or even coffee. Their acai freeze was tart but perfect for a fruity flavor. The shop has enough seatings and had nice AC, the decorations definitely felt modern and made it feel upscale. I would have to come again to try more of their drinks!
Pleasantly surprised! Jasmine Nitro Milk Tea was so smooth, creamy, and fragrant. A little too sweet with the honey boba but with no boba it woulda been perfect. The Medley Berry was a really refreshing and yogurty drink! Can definitely taste the berries and didn't feel very artificial. I wish it came colder though. The workers made the drinks so quickly. Cane out within a couple minutes. The place is cozy and dim. Cool spot to chill.
Randomly came in here because we were craving boba. Plenty of parking and the place is casual and clean. Customer service was great. It was our first time and we didn't really know what to order, their menu has a lot of options so that's good! I was deciding between the mango milk tea and the watermelon and the worker told me they use fresh watermelon while they use syrup for the mango so of course I chose the watermelon. The hubby chose the blueberry (they use fresh ones) I like how they allow you to choose the level of sweetness and ice. I really liked my watermelon drink, I chose 25% sweetness and regular ice. It was really good. The boba pearls I had however could have been cooked a little longer; they were a bit firm but overall it was nice and chewy. Would like to come back here and try other drinks!
I have been here countless, numerous times. I have also craved this particular boba tea establishment which therefore I cannot help but rate it 5 stars. They are ALWAYS consistent in quality. The drinks and toppings always tastes the same. As a forewarning, I have never tried any of their milk based drinks...yet. DRINK // I always order some sort of fruit based drink. I have tried medley berry, blueberry blush, and orange you lucky (get the orange with the crystal boba!). I seem to always order... Medley Berry with boba (or crystal boba dependent on mood) - sweetness can be adjusted - so delicious and refreshing - boba always on point - love the ability to truly taste the smoothness and quality of the tea (tolerable and appreciated bitter aftertaste) AMBIENCE // Can sit and chat. Can play games. Can relax. Very chill. They also sell super cute items such as boba plushies! SERVICE // - always so friendly and with a smile - willing to make sure you like your drink LOCATION // - within the Mitsuwa marketplace (Strawberry Park Shopping Center) - lots of parking - multiple options and eateries in the area My only complaint (and some people might not like this as well): they leave any blended skin and fruit mush in the drink... thus their drinks consisting of any fruit with a skin leaves a residual aftertaste and ugliness in the cup; hence I wish they could strain the drink which would make it 10x better. Will I come back? YES!
As much as I hate to say it, N7 is not what it used to be. As a high schooler, I used to come here afterschool all the time. Now as a returning post grad who came back to try the place out, the quality has significantly diminished. I got the strawberry matcha, one of my favorites back in the day. This time however, it only tasted like strawberry purée and the matcha flavor tasted mild. While there are always people here, I likely wouldn't come back here again.
I only come here when I grab food in the same plaza. It's not a place where I would crave for. Blueberry cheezo was just okay. It didn't taste like blueberry sadly. On the other side, yakult freeze was very yummy. It was the perfect drink for summer. I would recommend this. Parking can be quite bad due to multiple popular food nearby. You just gotta test your luck!
I've passed by N7 almost every day going to and from work. I was finally able to try it with my boyfriend after brunch this weekend. We were looking for some milk tea, and since my bf prefers coffee, I thought this would be a good time to try this place out as I've heard good things about it. The store is clean - modern and chill vibes inside. When we got there, the kiosks were broken, so we had to order from a staff member. After making our choices - house milk tea, 50% sweetness for me and a cold brew latte, 25% sweetness for the bf. We sat down at one of the couches - very comfy - and waited. My bf really liked the burned wooden coffee table and was admiring that while we waited for our drinks. They came out in about 5-6 mins and we went on our way. Bf said his drink was okay. I enjoyed my drink - it was lighter in tea flavor, but refreshing for the warm day. The cheese foam on top was a good contrast to the tea. Overall, I probably would not stop by again. Other than the house milk tea, many of the other drinks weren't very appealing to me as I prefer black tea over green tea - which many of their drinks seem to have. The milk tea was good and had a very nice scent to it, but nothing spectacular.
I always come to this plaza for Mitsuwa and Curry Life, but have never decided to stop by this place until now. I came here on Memorial Day and it wasn't too busy. Super busy parking lot due to all of the nice establishments though. The inside had an unfinished, concrete vibe to it. Two big couches with wooden tables is the general seating, so it was perfect for my friends and I to lounge / catch up over tea. Gender neutral bathroom is available with code asked from the staff. You can order from the kiosk or at the cashier, but the kiosk has an automatic 4% surcharge on it...Don't really understand the point of having these if people are just going to choose ordering from the register anyways. Good amount of options with the nitro infused milk teas and variety of tea flavors. You can go basic or a little extra with the nitro option, which I have yet to try what's that's all about. My boyfriend opted for the Thai House Milk Tea and I got the Litchi Peachee. Good amount of toppings given (+ 0.75 cents) and had a bouncy texture. Wasn't hard and a bit chewy, but there's not much flavor. Their Litchi Peachee at 75% sweetness was just okay. Not the best authentic fruit tea I've had, but it got the job done on a warm day. Their Thai house milk tea was really creamy? And had a very ~ vibrant ~ color. Consistency caught me off guard a bit, but there's a subtle Thai tea flavor even at 100%. Not the best I've had though. I wouldn't really go out of my way to get drinks from specifically here, but it's not a bad option if you want to just get some refreshing tea and have somewhere to chill comfortably inside!
Love the drinks here, but so disappointed with the employee interaction tonight. I came 20 minutes before closing on 3/12/26, tried to order on the kiosk, and was stopped by the employee because ALL smoothie drinks were out. She explained I couldn't order any of them because she already closed the station where she makes the smoothies.
The worker at the register was super patient and nice and it was only her working the store. The store has digital order kiosks with warnings that there will be an extra 4% surcharge; I don't understand their existence since I feel like no one will use them unless they're having enough of an introverted day that they're willing to pay money. $7.75 for for a Jasmine Nitro milk tea with crystal boba and oat milk. I got 25% sugar and no ice (no extra charge for no ice was exciting to me; what a time we live in). I got it it because I wanted to figure out the hype for the nitro. The color of the drink was very unappetizing. It was a creamy pale yellow/very light green. The jasmine flavor was subtle and kind of nice but the tea was overall pretty watery. I wouldn't order it again.
Wow, there's so many packed boba places nowadays but people are definitely sleeping on this hidden gem! We got the jasmine cheese crema and yakult freeze and this was the perfect way to cool down and satisfy the thirst on a hot day. The jasmine cheese crema didn't have the strongest tea flavor but it was very light, creamy, and smooth, and the yakult freeze had strong yakult flavor and was very icy as name suggests. Interior was spacious and cozy with a couple tables to work or catch up with friends. I will be back!
In an area that's abundant in great boba spots, N7 continues to stick out! It must be the nitro-infused MT, which I was told by an employee that it makes the drink/tea taste smoother. Whatever it is, I AGREE LOL I continue to come back due to the strong tea-flavors, consistent great & quick service and quality, and because the Assam here tastes better than other places. My go-tos: * Jasmine Nitro MT * Assam Nitro MT * Rose MT (I sometimes crave a very floral-rosey flavor and this always hits the spot :)) I also asked if there's any difference between "milk teas" vs when it says "nitro MT", and an employee told me no, so I'd assume all their drinks have the nitro factor? TIP: Order at the register because if you use the touch screen self-kiosk, there's some small additional fee you have to pay. Located in the same busy plaza as Mitsuwa, however where this is located in the plaza isn't as packed, so you can typically find parking!
I waffled between going to Teaspoon and N7 for probably the entire time I was in the Mitsuwa and Daiso of the same plaza and I ended up choosing N7 purely based on vibes. Nitro milk tea sounded pretty intriguing to me -- I was pleasantly surprised by the smoothness of the drink. It was a sizable serving, but it was a little too sweet for me and not enough tea flavor. I got the house milk tea at 25% sugar with boba so I'd probably try 0% next time. Would definitely be interested in going again to try out some of their other drinks! The store was pretty quiet around noon on a Sunday and I got my order pretty quickly. It looks like a decent place to catch up with friends but maybe a little dark for studying. read more

Nitrogen boba tea was awesome! Smooth and tasty. Really soft and yummy boba. It took like 15 minutes to get the drink. That's a bit long considering only 3 people ahead of me. Inside has some chairs in the back. Kind of dark and not inviting. But there's a little L-shaped seat in the from which was comfy while you wait. Order at the kiosk to at the counter. Either way it takes a long time to get your drink. Otherwise it'd be five stars. read more

It's not often I'm in this area, and I went to Mitsuwa for groceries, so I decided to stop by N7 as well! I like their flavor options as they have good variety. I got the Oreo Cheezo, and we also got the Medley Berry. Both were good! I will say I wish I tasted the cheezo a bit more, but it was still a tasty drink. The staff was very friendly and the shop has a very relaxing and chill vibe. I'd definitely recommend stopping by if you're in the area! read more

The Nitro Jasmine Milk Tea is the best~ The mouthfeel makes it extra satisfying to drink with every sip. We stop by here everytime we go to Mitsuwa. I also enjoy glancing at the boba plushies, various pop sockets and anime stickers they have available for purchase. The ambiance is allright, it is perfect to lounge at for 15 min or 30 mins max but the furniture is built for quick stays and not much longer than that. read more

I ordered the house milk tea with 25% sweetness level. To be called "the house milk tea" I felt that it should have had a distinct quality, it tasted simple with the sweetness and cream. I felt that it was missing something (or maybe that was because of me asking for less sweetness). The boba was a good consistent chewy texture. Overall the drink was good and simple. Service: quick, efficient and professional. I received my order within a minute of placing my order. Ambiance: modern interior with rustic wooden tables and black seatings. It looked nice but the seats did not look too comfortable. Party size: Good for any size Parking: moderate, located in a busy plaza but finding park The other thing that I noticed was that they had the menu posted in 3 different areas which I thought was too much. It was placed outside on the window, at the entrance taped by the wall and lastly behind the counter. I think it made it look a little tacky and overkill to tape the menu at so many locations. One of our fave local boba spots! Easy ordering, cute location, and amazing drinks. There are a few tables where you can sit down and enjoy your boba. My go to order is their passion fruit tea with 50% sweetness. It does run sweeter than other boba spots so that is good to keep in mind when ordering. Easy parking and convenient location! read more
I tried the Jasmine milk tea and thought the boba was good, although the jasmine wasn't very strong. The strawberry freeze didn't have much of a taste, but I very much enjoyed the Yakult Freeze with boba and lychee jelly. There are also aesthetic flower pillows and boba plushies for sale!! read more

I am pleasantly surprised with the quality of drinks here and I would come here again in a heartbeat. My girl friend and I wanted to find a boba shop after a long car ride and the positive reviews here made me curious to try N7. I'm so glad that we both enjoyed our drinks - the flavor is smooth and tasty, and it doesn't have that "artificial" taste that you get from other boba drinks. My friend ordered the Jasmine Milk Tea and I ordered the House Milk Tea and we are 5/5 stars happy! I will definitely be coming back and telling all of my friends about this place! read more
This was our second time visiting N7. There are two N7 locations in San Jose. There is some seating, including a couch, to wait while your order is prepared. We tried the Strawberry Cheezo drink with boba. The cheese crema complemented the strawberry green tea well and the boba was soft. We had a good experience and would come back. read more

I was pleasantly surprised to find a n7 draft in this location. I used to be a regular at the evergreen location and I absolutely love the house milk tea there. It was always made so perfectly. This location has a decent amount of seating, similar to the evergreen location but with very different aesthetics. The house milk tea I got here wasn't as great as the one I'm used to, which was kind of a let down, but I will have to try it a couple more times before trying the other ones, and hopefully update my review. BTW they also sell little stuffed toys here! read more

I've seen this place for a while whenever we go shopping at Mitsuwa, but never bother to try their milk tea as I'm really picky when choosing good quality milk tea. However, after reading all the good reviews here, I decided to give it a try. We ordered Jasmin Nitro Milk Tea and Assam Nitro Milk Tea. Some reviews said their drinks were on the sweeter side so we ordered 25% sweet with no ice. Drinks came out super quick, which made us afraid that the teas were premade and not fresh. However, after one sip, we both fell in love with our drinks!! They were sooo refresh with the strong tea taste, complimented by slight kiss of sugar. I personally like strong tea tasted milk tea (which is why I'm really picky with milk tea because tea has to be fresh), this place did not disappoint me. Also, 25% sweetness was perfect, I don't think their drinks are on the sweeter side. I've had sweeter drinks at 25% level of sugar at some other places. I hope this place stays long and attract more customers! read more

A really underwhelming cold brew that had a bitter aftertaste without any flavor to round it out. I love my coffee black and my cold brew strong. But I couldn't finish my cup from N7. Maybe they steeped the coffee for too long or the beans just aren't that great. I was still wired for the rest of the day, but each sip was nowhere as smooth as I would have liked. Also, the nitro foam is supposed to add a level of sweetness, but I couldn't taste it at all. The ambiance was pretty nice and the service was quick. I just wish I ordered their milk tea instead. read more

I'm a milk tea snob and loves strong real tea flavor like the ones from Fantasia or Tien Ren. those two places are OGs now with so many milk tea joints popping up everywhere. N7 Draft is decent, their black tea and jasmine tea do have a unique flavor, but way too sweet. I asked for 50% sugar and it was still pretty sweet. I ordered assam milk tea just to try the tea flavor it was good for the first few sips b/c of the unique brew, but afterwards it was just sweetness. Milk tea was blended well though. I also tried blueberry jasmine milk tea and it was done well with fresh blueberries. the taste was good, again pretty sweet even at 50% sweetness. The indoor decor is cute, caters to younger clientele for sure. read more

My go to order is the House Milk Tea! I love their crushed ice, it's small enough to go through the cup and have that little crunch. It's creamy but still refreshing for hot days! They also have cute plushies, stickers, and decorations you can purchase across where you order. read more
Tea places are a dime a dozen nowadays, but I was craving a cold drink on a hot day and I was in the area. I've never tried nitro cold brew before and I thought it was just an overrated fad, but I tried N7 and they changed my mind. I tried the jasmine nitro cold brew: the jasmine flavors seemed more elevated, but flavors were not too strong and the drink was very refreshing. The drink itself was also very pretty and it was a nice gradient color. Would love to be back to try their other drinks! read more

My family got the Jasmine Nitro Milk tea with lychee jelly (3.5/5 - not sure if the Nitro part made much of a difference in the drink but still good), Strawberry Cheezo (4.5/5 - personally I like sweeter things and THIS HIT THE SPOT!!), and Jasmine Salted Foam (3/5 average). read more
Love coming here! You can never go wrong with the House Milk Tea at N7! There's something light and airy about it. I think both locations area great and always consistent. I was in the Mitsuwa area and wanted to see what N7 was all about. I have heard some recommendations by folks and wanted to check it out. ORDERING: Extremely straightforward. The guy taking my order was pleasant and had great recommendations on sweetness and drinks. PRICE: Pretty pricey for a drink. I ordered a cheese foam strawberry drink and it came out to be around $7. PRESENTATION: The drink is gorgeous and it was presented in a beautiful manner. It had several complex layers of color that were blended together from the picture below. TASTE: The drink had a distinct, interesting taste. If you tasted this drink compared to similar competitors, it would be distinctly N7. It tasted somewhat like coffee in a way infused with strawberries. Overall, it was a good experience but I probably would not come back due to competitive pricing. read more

Finally got a chance to try this place out. So many options on the menu, including classic milk teas, fruit teas, smoothie freezes, cheezo topped drinks (cheese crema), coffee drinks, etc. What sets them apart is the concept of nitrogen infusion. I'm not a coffee drinker but I do know nitro infused ice cream is super smooth and creamy. Totally miss Creamistry up here in NorCal. I'm into Assam milk tea from 7Leaves so I chose N7's House Milk Tea which is nitro infused Assam + brown sugar & topped with crema. I added grass jelly, 25% sweet, light ice. I was surprised by how light its color was. Not sure if the creaminess was all due to the house crema. Tea was smooth though. I'd get this again if in the area. A friend ordered the Lychee Green tea and wasn't sure why it had crema on top. She didn't mind and liked how strong the tea was. They sell various sized boba plushies and trinkets here. They use dairy milk, with the option to substitute with oat milk for an additional 50 cents. No affordable "non-dairy creamer" available here..
For the milk teas, is it possible to do less milk than usual and little more tea?
I know at the Moorepark store, the staff is so accommodating that it would be no problem for them.
