Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and you could tell they actually enjoyed being there, which makes such a difference. Nobody made me feel rushed or talked down to, and as a truck girl... trust me, that matters. Caleb absolutely understood the assignment with my Tundra. He took care of my girl like she was royalty, explained everything clearly, and somehow made buying tires feel exciting. Now she's sitting taller on those Toyos and I keep catching myself staring back at her in parking lots like a proud parent. Honestly, the experience was so good I even walked out with a new friend. It was a recent Saturday morning and the hotel valet service brought the car around and I noticed…read morethat one of the tires was near flat. I had no idea what happened but they had a portable tire inflator and they pumped it back up and checked it for damage and nails but found nothing so I checked the area for the closest tire repair center and we found Albert's. We stopped in on a whim and they got us right in and took a look at the tire and told us the tire pressure sensor was faulty and they were going to try and fix it but if they couldn't fix it they'd have to replace it with a new one. They gave us a price on both repairs and I said whatever you have to do is fine with us. So we relaxed in the waiting area and after about 10 minutes they let us know if they could fix it and about 10 minutes later it was done. The price was great, the service was excellent, and especially for just walking in on a Saturday morning. I'll definitely be back if I have any issues with my tires. Thank you so much for your help.

I didn't come to a discount shop to be overpriced!!!! They then tell me oh we don't have your rim it will be a week. I had to leave my car there for a week. I get my car back and NO AIR! I had to put air in the old and new tires. My emergency tire pressure lights are on and alignment is off. You guys made sure to offer a warranty when I came! I never had worst Tire service and felt like I was being over charged. You'll see me tomorrow to see what's the issue with my TPMS lights
