Stopped in Texarkana for the night on the way back to Dallas. Found this BBQ place with great reviews and had to try! Nice homey feeling inside. Sat at the bar, the bartender was knowledgeable on the menu and gave great suggestions! Started with a Lemon Drop which was perfect taste of sweetness and bitter. My husband and I split the 3-meat plate w/pinto beans The ribs were amazing! Perfectly moist as when you bite into it, the meat comes right off the bone. I'm not a brisket person really, but this brisket may make me one! Perfectly smoked with slight burnt outer and perfectly moist melt in your mouth brisket! And their homemade jalapeño sausage was just enough heat at the end to taste. Will definitely be coming back even if it's to stop by and pick something up when passing through on my way back to Dallas!

Brisket, sausage, smoked turkey and mac&cheese. It was fantastic!

Some of the best BBQ and mac&cheese I've had. Way better than Memphis. It looked closed from the outside but the inside ambiance was really nice. Service was quick too though we did arrive right when they opened.

Overall bbq was amazing. We come from a family of bbq competitors so we are pretty finicky. This place was amazing for the meats and sauces we had. We had the brisket, ribs, pulled pork and sausage. Their spicy sauce was to die for. The only thing not giving them 5 stars was the sides. We had the cheesy corn which was not a favorite we were surprised it was a blend of corn and rice, not great. Beans with meat was just ok. The potato salad was decent. We would definitely go back if we are in the area again. Forgot to take a picture before we started eating.

On the first day of our RV road trip, we chose this spot for lunch based on the positive reviews about the food and service. Cutting to the headline, it was fine, but we didn't think it lived up to some of the barbecue places we've tried around Dallas. The first thing we noticed was that the cloth napkins had a funny smell, maybe grease? We ordered the Red Headed Step Child sandwich, partly because I actually have one of those in real life, and partly because it was pig-based. It ended up being the best part of the meal. The green beans were cold and forgettable, and we had to ask a couple of times for our order of okra before it finally arrived. Still, BBQ is kind of like pizza for me... even when it's not great, it's still pretty good.

Naaman's BBQ - State Line (Texarkana) I ordered "Cracked Chicken" - $13.49, with "Adult Mac' N Cheese" - $3.59. It tasted like Southern Homemade meal. I used to come here often with a special person for many years, and they still do exceptional customer service. My order was ready under thirty minutes and I grabbed it To-Go. Presentation was good and it was a lot of food. One awesome thing about this place, they always give more for your buck. Throughout the restaurant you will find wildlife decorations as well as old-fashioned funny sayings in pictures and walls. They offer great seating selection inside and outside. They have a good-size bar. In one of the dining areas you will find an old classic vehicle. Overall, if you're looking for true Southern Hospitality and delicious home-cooked meals, Naaman's is definitely a great choice!

I never Choose barbecue but their food was amazing! We shared the 3 meat plate so we could try more and it was so juicy, Tender and flavorful! Happy hour for drinks start at 4pm, ordered them at 3:57 stating I wanted the happy hour drink. They charged me regular price. The service was friendly and food came out fast. - Fried pickles and green beans 1.4/5 Below average, didn't feel so fresh, wouldn't get. - Pork Ribs 2.2/5 They were on the sweeter side, kinda dry. - Brisket 4.6/5 The briskets were delicious! It was tender and the crust was seasoned well. Some pieces were slightly dry, but paired with the mustard and hot bbq sauce it was amazing! [RECOMMEND] - Sausage 1.2/5 Dry, weirdly cut, no good taste. WOULDNT GET AGAIN. - Cole Slaw 3.3/5 Underseasoned, not too sweet. - Meat in the Beans 2.5/5 Basic beans with a few chunks of meat. Basic. Free parking in lot

    Pork ribs with two sides.

If you're heading to Texarkana, don't pass up this spot! We knew we were only heading down for one night so we wanted to try the best. Everyone we talked to said this place! When you walk through the door you get a nice authentic country feel. Table spread out, someone in the middle of the floor playing the piano, and an old panel wago truck with Naamans on the side in the back. Place was perfect. Ms. T was our waitress, and she was wonderful. We started with fried pickles and green beans and they were amazing. Topped it off with chicken tenders for the kids, with house fries and adult Mac n cheese and they loved it. Me and my wife got meat plates. Brisket, pork ribs, smoked sausage were all so delicious. Washed down with bottomless drinks! We will definitely be back whenever we hit a city that has a Naamans, and if you're in Texarkana, stop in, and ask for Ms. T!

Banana pudding. It was so good. Loved it.

The brisket was very good and rhe ribs were good as long as you took the syrupy sauce off of it. Sauce was way too sweet.

Food, the piano man was great. The server needs to look who ticket she has and bill them right when there is more than 2.

The best beef ribs I have had in years. Every time I visit family in Texarkana, that is a staple of the trip.
