It also comes with white and red sauce, a side salad and Afghani bread (naan-i-afghani). Special shout out for the bread - chewy in the middle, crisp outside and finished with caraway seeds. Unlike the Naan bread you'll find in parts of the Indian subcontinent, the bread is more risen. In fact I prefer this bread to the traditional pita or kubbus one would associate with shawarma.
