A HUGE shoutout to Ashley of Nacho Average Truck. We had two food trucks lined out for our school's multicultural night and they both ended up backing out two days before the event. Insert PTSO board panic! We were scrambling but I came across Nacho Average Truck here on Yelp. I filled out the contact form and Ashley got back to me so fast. She was such a vibe from the first hello and quickly said yes to coming to our event. We can not thank her enough!! We had the cheese quesadilla and strawberry lemonade. It was a clear October evening in Concord. At the parking lot of an elementary schools "Trunk or Treat," event I attended, I saw the black food truck with cool white lettering. It stood out nicely against the fall theme. I typically like the novelty of food trucks. They seem to try harder. Especially with a name like , "Nacho Average Food Truck," I expected exceptional eats, but that's not what I got. Thirteen dollars later, I realized I'd vastly overpaid for a very average Quesadilla with a Greek tasting, white dipping sauce. I am used to pairing Quesadillas with sour cream, guacamole or salsa. It was a very thin sandwich, with a few minuscule slithers of shredded chicken here and there. But on a happy note.... Service was super friendly. I needed a refund of one of the items, and they cheerfully and accurately processed it. If I were to patronize this truck again, I would try the nachos. I finally got to try Nacho Average Truck after hearing so many good things--and wow, it was more than worth the wait! I had the beef burrito, and it was everything an authentic burrito should be--packed with flavor and perfectly seasoned. You can tell Ashley put care into every bite. Highly, highly recommended! Ordered the chicken quesadillas from Nacho Average Truck tonight. After taking my order, they gave me a buzzer to let me know when it would be ready. The guy who took my order was super friendly too! The quesadillas themselves were good, not the best I've had but certainly not the worst. I couldn't tell which kind of cheese they used. The chicken was shredded and spiced with a southwest-ish tasting seasoning, which was alright, not my favorite. And since the chicken was shredded, the quesadillas kept falling apart a bit. They give you a full, folded tortilla's worth which was nice. It also came with a tasty sour cream sauce on the side, I think it was sour cream with cilantro or something. Overall: very friendly service and decent food, not something I'd rave about but I was satisfied. Next time I'll try the nachos read more

After a friend told me I needed to try this truck, I jumped at the chance when I found them 5 minutes away from our house. Covid-19: you can order and pay in advance online. My food was ready right on time at my selected pick up time. We got the Buffalo Chicken Nacho, Nacho Supreme, Spicy Chorizo Nacho, and Street Corn. We usually order 3 meals for 2 people (we only eat once a day), but this was a lot of food! We probably could have stuck with 2. These are the best nachos I've ever had. I'm actually not usually a nacho fan because I hate getting a bunch of plain chips at the end. These nachos are loaded with toppings. We actually had extra toppings at the end (that we obviously ate). The chips are so much better than normal tortilla chips. They're sturdy and have a great flavor. All of the nachos were great. Nacho Average Truck serves up nachos loaded with toppings--so many that you'll have toppings leftover when you're done! Their nacho chips are solid, and very crunchy. Perfect for holding their integrity while smothered and covered in queso. My wife and I tried the Buffalo Chicken Nacho, Nacho Supreme, Spicy Chorizo Nacho, and the Street Corn. I tried this truck when it came to my office. They didn't have a menu set up outside, luckily my office had a sheet printed off ahead of time. Anyone ordering will probably have to look up the menu on their phone. They got the food ready in about 8 minutes which was pretty quick. Although, I was less than impressed. The quesadilla was very bland and there wasn't nearly enough sour cream. I've definitely had better. Not sure it's worth the money. read more

Simply AHMAZING! Last night I was fortunate enough to be able to try this amazing food truck! Here are my notes on my experience! 1. The ladies who run this truck rock! So friendly and amazing customer service! The owner and chef Ashley is so kind and lovely to chat with! She is passionate about what she does and you can tell in her food! 2. You MUST get the BBQ pork nachos! They were amazing and I wish I could relive eating them last night! The best BBQ pulled pork, topped with a pimento cheese sauce and a Mexican slaw! It was to die for! There were more amazing ingredients I just don't remember, I was too busy obsessing over how great it was! Her queso dip is also fire! 3. She also offers margarita kits! I ordered the pineapple jalapeño kit and it did not disappoint! The flavor was amazing and the spice level was great! It came with a fun salt you could use! We used Nacho Average Taco truck for my daughters graduation party and it was NOT your average taco by far !! Ashley was great to work with, arrived on time and with the correct food.
