The so-called owner insisted that I pay them directly instead of using the Groupon, claiming that they don't make any money from Groupon deals. Not only did they refuse to honor the voucher, but they also ignored my attempts to contact them. Their deceptive tactics and lack of integrity left me feeling scammed and frustrated. She even insisted that I signed the contract which I am not aware of because I clearly remember, the lady at the front desk never mentioned about contract and auto-charge every month, she just told me to fill up another form of my information for record purposes and I even told her I already filled out same form but she insisted that I should fill out another one and I trusted I just filled it out.
