Scheduled a follow up specifically with Dr. Aggarwal to correct work she had done around bonding a couple of my teeth a few weeks ago. The problem was with the color of the bonding which was very different than my original bonding, and I was getting comments from family and friends that the color of my teeth had changed. I showed up for my scheduled 1:30 pm appointment, and I was seen by another dentist who was not aware of what I was there for, and she insisted that Dr. Aggarwal added filling and did not do full bonding, which is not true. Made me feel as though I was lying, and on top of that she commented that if I had done the work 2 months ago and was OK, why am I having an issue now. Obviously, I did not realize until my family and friends started commenting on my teeth, thus the reason for the follow up appointment. In any case, she finally agreed to add some whiter filling on the surface of the teeth, polish it, and be done. However, she mentioned a couple of times that she did not like to do bonding and preferred that I go with veneers, which is of course 5 times more expensive and not really necessary. I had bonding for over 25 years and recently I chipped it due to my own negligence. To make a long story short, I waited, waited, and waited until 3 PM before deciding to leave. As I was walking out, I ran into her, and I asked if she could be done by 3:30 because I had a meeting at 4:00 and needed to get back to work. She said we were pushing it but agreed to try. I went back to the patient room, and a minute later the nurse shows up telling me that we have to reschedule because the Dr. has another patient a head of me that she has not seen yet. Huh, 1) if my appointment was with Dr. Aggarwal, why was I passed along to another Dr. who was not even capable of addressing my issue? I had mentioned the specific reason for the follow up when I booked the appointment. 2) If the Dr. was not comfortable with bonding, why was I asked to stay unnecessarily? I felt they purposely delayed things, so I would leave on my own. 3) If my appointment was at 1:30, why was I told at 3:00 that there is another person a head of me? This place is seriously a joke and ran by a bunch of high school kids who don't understand the concept of time management, respect others' time, or understand the basics of customer service. Very very disappointing. I hope whoever is in charge of this office reads this review and takes the appropriate measures to change what is not working. Keep in mind, only 1.5% of people who have a negative experience write online reviews. So, this could not be an isolated incident. read more

Today was my first time coming here and let me tell you my experience here was AMAZING! The staff is so nice makes you feel comfortable. My favorite was Dr. ANANDIKA AGGARWAL!! I had a broken front tooth she got me in the same day that meant so much simply because I was so self conscious of it. She explained everything so well she is great at what she does!! I visited this facility last month and very bad experience. The x-ray person doesn't know how to take x-rays :(. She clicked around 40 times to take x-ray of gum. Then I waited 3 hours to see the doctor. Initially they try to sell different treatments and when I asked them only cleaning, they communicated me that doctor is busy and they can take another appointment. read more

Please do not give this place any of your business. I went in for a filling and a cleaning and my bill came out to 1,740. How is that even possible and I have insurance. Then when I told them I wasn't paying for any of that except for the 60 dollar cleaning (that's what it should have been in the first place) then unexpectedly the cleaner was fully booked. How are you booked when I made an appointment??? Make it make sense. Anyways I am taking my business somewhere else where they won't up charge you for a filling and a cleaning. read more

The staff is soooooo friendly. I came in here today to get a routine cleaning and to schedule a whitening. The xrays went a lot faster than what I'm used to and the cleaning itself barely hurt unlike the previous place I would get it done at. I'm truly impressed. This place is solid. I was in for a cleaning and they recommended a $500 procedure that I couldn't afford. They then told me that it was corporate policy to deny any further work! They won't even clean my teeth! Think about that. They refuse any care because I can't afford the one procedure! Something is fundamentally wrong with that picture! If not illegal, it is certainly unethical. Bring cash! read more

CROOKS!! This office is just a bunch of LYING CROOKS. Went here a couple of months ago for a routine cleaning after not seeing the dentist for over a year. I brush and floss twice daily and my teeth and gums are in great shape. When measuring my gums the hygienist poked me so hard I yelled out in pain, and of course started bleeding badly, and I told her "that shit HURT! nobody has EVER done that to me!" She said "ooh, yeah, that's really bad right there". The entire time she was doing the measurements she was saying things like "oh, wow, that's not good. Oh that tooth is not happy". After she was done she told me I have gum disease and needed a deep cleaning. Then the dentist came in and agreed, and also told me I need braces. What a JOKE. So I called my previous dentist and told them the story and they reassured me that if I didn't have any signs of this the last time I saw them over a year ago, chances were very slim. Funny, I just saw the old dentist on Friday who told me to report Naglee Dental, that my gums are perfect and my teeth were in incredibly fantastic condition. Yeah, again, CROOKS. Yesterday was my first time visiting the office and seeing Dr. Kaur. The office was very clean and organized and had state of the art equipment. All of the staff members were awesome and I was really happy with the treatment that I received from Dr. Kaur and my overall care.
