Absolutely delicious. The rice was well seasoned . The chicken ... THE CHICKEN BABY thicken . Wow perfectly cooked , a slight crunch. Now the carrots not my favorite , I wasn't feeling the crunch. The zucchini was great , but I wasn't a fan of how big the chunks were, but ehhh who am I to judge. The broccoli was my favorite perfectly cooked. I like how clean the drink station was and bonus points for the unlimited yum yum sauce . I f***d it up as you can see I knew there weren't going to be any leftovers so yummy . Good place to get hibachi quick and at affordable pricing. I wish they had online ordering and hope this is added asap. This day in age; restaurants that don't offer online ordering that is easy to navigate, will not survive. We've been to this place a few times and it always seems to disappoint. The sushi is essentially rice with almost no fish involved at all. It is often hard to even see the fish! I complained about this once and was told it wouldn't happen again. It happened the next time we visited on several of our rolls. Don't eat here! read more

I was craving sushi and when I saw the menu, was very disappointed. The hibachi my mom ordered appeared mediocre at best, but I would not return not recommend because this place offers terrible service. First, let me say that I used to LOVE eating here. Not sure what has happened, but lately the quality has not been the same. Price is very reasonable, roughly $7.50 for a hibachi chicken plate with rice and vegetables. The last few times there has been little to no chicken, and we have had to pick gristle off some of the pieces. Also, would be nice if they actually filled the takeout cups of white sauce (which is delicious). They are barely half full, and only come with 2, charge is $0.30 per cup extra. Hopefully it gets better again, will give it one more chance before we are done and find a new place. read more

My husband and I had never eaten here and decided to try them out. The food was hot, fresh and very good. We ordered Hibachi Chicken and Teriyaki Chicken and both were delicious. We have been going to Nagoya for years. They have recently moved almost directly across 153 from their previous location. My complaints are not utilizing the drive thru at their previous location, even if just to pick up call in orders. Their new location does not have a pick up window at all. This would be a huge convenience, especially for parents with children in car seats. My Biggest complaint is the service. Twice they have lost or forgotten to make a call in order. No apology either time. The woman who works the front most of the time now is the most uninviting, grumpy, RBF employee (or possibly owner) ever. I really believe customers coming in to Nagoya ruin her day. I have never complained about anything, even them losing my call ins, but she still greets me with pursed lips while looking down her nose at me It is becoming some what of a joke in Powdersville. We have kept going bc of convenience. However, with Kanpai & Dozo now open, I am not sure why we still are. The food is definitely not better than either of those places. read more

This place is not bad for what it is but they are super cheap on the sauces, My husband took his two sauces and combined them in one container. It only filled about 3/4 of the tiny cup. The white sauce seems watered down and I am pretty sure the steak is not filet. I get the filet rare and its still chewy. Will probably go back since it is convenient. BUT rumor is Powdersville is getting a Japanese Steak house... this may drive out Nagoya's business. . read more

Food is ok. The sushi leaves much to be desired. And I mean the size. The rolls are so small. It's crazy, they are literally the size of the diameter of a quarter. Their steak and chicken plates are good, but the reason you should stay away is the service. There is always a disinterested teen girl working at the counter, with (presumably) the owners looking over her shoulder cautiously from the back. Last night we went and the server brought my plate to the table. She did not place the food in front of me, she sat it at the edge of the table and walked away. When I lifted the plate (styrofoam plastic) it broke under the weight of the food. The food went all over the table and floor, before I had even taken a bite. They cleaned it up and did not offer to replace the food. When we asked, they were extremely reluctant and begrudgingly gave in after a lengthy discussion. This is not how you win customers for life. We can get quick and inexpensive sushi anywhere, and from now on...we plan to get it elsewhere. read more
