My daughter's and I have different experiences when we go here. I feel rushed and they like being able to go in and out quick. And when I pick a color it never matches what I picked on the swatch. This time I picked what was a soft peach spring color but ended up coming out neon summer orange. I picked a different color originally but because the first was supposed to be a sparkling white but looked more like a holographic purple. I've been to places where they know the swatch color is off and accommodate, but not this place. She seemed irritated that I told her it looked different the swatch but she kept painting anyways. Everytime I go here NOBODY can do what I'm asking. My last chance was simple color with chrome. And that was still messed up. Honestly very disappointed. I didn't receive the hospitality service I always received. This is my second time going to V, tbh I have do not like her customer service. She isn't friendly and she's always rushing when doing my nails. At first, I was going to tell the receptionist that I did not want her. I was going to request Olivia or see if Jena ( who is amazing and who I usually go to) but I decided to give V a second chance. Again, I did not like the way my services turned out with her the flower is not how I wanted it, it's very sloppy, and worst part of all it has lent from the gel she was using ( I don't think she was familiar with doing this type of flower design. Which I would have totally been OK with choosing something else if she would have said something. I'm upset about my nails and did not receive the hospitality and amazing customer service and without provided experience is what makes me want to come back. I am very disappointed in the service today . I am not the type of person to complain, but I will write a review because that's what people depend on. I don't recommend her unless you're doing something basic that she won't rush on and can't mess up on. All this for 50$ mind you I came in with French tip that looked way better and I got done 8 days ago . All I asked for was a flower to be added . No color change and she shook her head yes and kept doing whatever . If I had time to have somebody else redo it, I definitely would, but I am literally leaving out the country in the next couple hours.. you would think that it came out sloppy because they were busy, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. It was actually pretty slow Sunday morning/afternoon. So I don't see the need to be rushing. read more

Found some "me" time on the hubby's dime... as the oldest went shopping with her bff. Decided to check this place out. It was a last minute plan so I did not make an appointment. Therefore, I was bracing myself for a long wait. As I entered, it was packed like sardines. I almost walked out assuming without an appointment they wouldn't be able to service me... I was wrong. Apparently, they staff like sardines too, so I was seen in less than 5 minutes. Had my wine and my nail tech was so awesome. I'm currently obsessed with cat eye nails. She steered me from my norm- black or dark red lol. Turned out so "purr-ty"! I was sipping, relaxing, while listening to my crime shows. Such a great experience! I took my boyfriend to get a pedicure. I got Dip powder manicure and a basic peddy. My boyfriend had the volcano pedicure and loved it. The girl who did his was nice and he said gave a really long massage. It was his first time and now he's hooked. I got bill and I'm so glad because I needed a go to person and I've found them. Bill did an amazing job on both. He got the shape and thickness perfect. And didn't over file my toenails. I like a little length. This place is 2 minutes from our house so it's very convenient as well. Thanks guys your the best. read more

I've been coming to this nail salon for years and never had a problem. On my last visit, I decided to do short nails. I told the technician several times to be careful because there's skin that grows under my nail and it's sensitive. I wanted it short but not to the point where I'm hurt. She assured me there's nothing to worry about and the tool that she is using will protect me. Few minutes later, I start bleeding. Not on one finger, not on two fingers but three. The owner came over and apologized and was able to get me another technician per my request. The new technician did a good job and definitely have 0 complaints with her. As I went to the cashier to pay for my service, I was not going to ask for a discount but wanted to see if it will be offered by the owner due to the circumstances but nothing... Needless to say I will be looking for a new nail salon to go to. read more

This is my go to for nails, I always have a good experience (of course there are some times the synergy isn't there with other nail tech) but they always do a good job and I usually like to mix up my designs. The only complaint I have is, I'm not seeing them sanitize the equipments as much as they should especially for these times. They're good with making sure everyone has a mask and they have clear barriers but working with nails I would've hope they constantly sanitize and clean their equipment regularly. read more

I went in with a 8 day old set, looking for a refill and a simple flower design w French. I was sat with Susan, who is the one of the only kind and good ones there honestly. She made me switch techs 40 mins in because she had an appt coming in, which I didn't know when I sat down and she said she could do my design. I was moved to RUBY, save your money, time, and headache and don't go to her. She did my French sloppy and after saying she could do the flower she did it and it looked horrid so she herself realized and took it off and said no one in the salon can do a 3D flower nail, I've gotten this done here before. So I said no one can do it? She said no. They an older lady who said she knew how to do it, it was a blob on my nail. I politely said to take it off, Olivia walked over with a horrid attitude asking what it was I wanted I show her and she literally walks away. Ok. I told them to just leave the base color and take off the French and the blob of a flower, the eye rolls I got from Olivia and ruby were so nasty and rude. Safe to say I will never go back. And lastly, ruby literally threw the receipt at me, which I'm sure if the manager watches the camera she can confirm. Horrible experience will never go back read more
