I cannot recommend this place enough! I went several times before even doing a review on Google. I've been going about a year now. The salon is very clean and atmosphere is welcoming. All the ladies are really pleasant always with a smile on their face. I've become very fond of Katie. She was the first one to do my nails but any of these ladies could fill in and I'd be fine with it. Their pedicures are also very good. Today I took a pic in of a nail look I wanted. Katie was a little unsure at first but with the help from Tina I walked out with amazing nails. They have a wide variety of services. Check them out you won't be disappointed! So I walked here from my apartment complex. I usually just get my toes cut and cleaned. No pedicure. That's just wanted I wanted to done. This lady had the nerve to tell me they don't cut toe nails here!! She just didn't want to do it cause it would only be $15 to get it done. Got dip nails here twice and the first time they were beautiful and lasted a month, the second they were thick, the gel top coat started peeling the next day and the dip chipped within a couple days. Just went in to get them removed (not even 10 days after I got them) and they charged me $17 for just a removal when the website says $7. But anyways I went here a few ago and last week I started noticing through the top of my nail that there was some discoloration. I was very conflicted posting a review for this place. I was definitely leaning towards less stars but Mary who I think may have been the manager made me lean towards a higher rating, since I appreciate her efforts. First impression: Much smaller salon than what I am used to. Chairs and equipment seem outdated. When I walked in, I wasn't given much instructions to pick a color or how long I would wait. TV was off, so not much entertainment and no complimentary waters/drinks. After 10 mins I was sat down, and I had to ask for the color books. I wanted a glazed pink donut color for my pedicure, they were reluctant with that color and said its gel and chrome only, while Ive seen so many regular polish nails in the past with that color. The pedicure was average, not the most detailed or meticulous. Massage was satisfactory/ was not timed. Closer to a 2-3 minutes total. As soon as the nail tech applied to nail color, i noticed it was more nude, so I asked if she can find one that's slightly more pink. The nail tech got upset and said go find it yourself, and left for another 10 mins. Thankfully Mary came and ensured I was content with my color choice and applied the polish for me. In the end I am happy with the pedicure turn out, would I return again? Probably Not. I think I personally have higher expectations for nail salons and service. This quality is pretty expected in downtown and I am not sure if there's anything better out here. Prices were good, $30 for a classic pedicure is standard, but I definitely get more at some of the previous salons Ive gone to in the past. read more

I've never had Gel X nails but this style was recommended by a friend. I found this location on a whim - on my way to the airport and it had good reviews. I called and they were able to fit me in just a couple hours later. Plenty of Street meter Parking. Once I arrived No wait time to be seated. The pedi chairs were busy with all walks of life - various ages and genders. And a few ladies getting nails done. Used the restroom which was clean but the lock was broken. The nails looked great on top. The underside seemed a little messy but TBH I don't know if that's normal. It was a few days ago and I can't recall if it was $60+ tip or if I paid $60 which included my tip. BE WARNED THEY DONT TAKE CREDIT. CASH OR CASH APPS ONLY. read more

I SHOULD HAVE KNOWN! My partner and I have been coming to this salon for a while now. Sometimes, the service and attention to detail are okay, but other days, it's rushed, rough, and the staff has bad attitudes. Unfortunately, this was another awful experience for us. My partner had requested Amy, her nail technician, for the last three times we visited. She was always told she would be with her, but when we arrived, she was put with someone else without asking if it was okay. My partner had requested a fun cat-eye polish that they offered, but the technician didn't seem to know how to do it. She ended up giving her glittery polish and charging her $57 claim it to be cat eye. Shady!!! You shouldn't charge someone something you didn't do. Strike 1! I came in to get my acrylic fill, unfortunately three days later my whole nail fell off. I called and spoke to the owner, Christine, and she informed me that they don't guarantee any of their fills, only full sets. She also told me that I would have to pay $5 for them to fix it, which is ridiculous considering I was just in their salon three days ago. I can understand if I broke or chipped my nail, which could cause it to separate or fall off, then yes, that would incur a fee for my negligence. But I didn't break or chip my nail. I honestly think they use cheap products that don't last, which is why they don't guarantee their work. So, I came in today at 12:50 p.m. to check in with Christine, who was at the front desk. She hardly acknowledged me and threw a half-assed smile, which made me feel unwelcome or that I was a problem. Strike 2! I sat down and showed my technician (the same one I had three days ago) my nails and reminded her of the color and shape I wanted. (I don't expect her to remember.) She seemed occupied with her phone and didn't realize that she had made my nails more round shape. I asked her to make them more tapered, but she gave me a square nail. I don't understand how it went wrong when she had 9 other nails as a reference.‍ To add to the terrible service, she left nail dust on my nails and put the wrong glitter polish on me, which left my nails looking thick and textured. It was absolutely ridiculous! Strike 3! ***If you want consistency and great service keep it moving because you ain't gonna find that here! read more

I must update my review as my experience simply wasnt consistent this time around. Visited for a summer mani & pedi. The salon was busy but not packed. I had an 11am apt. They nail techs helped me as soon as I walked in as I showed up right on time. I got seated and had brought in my own colors from home (easier for touch ups on non gel nails - i dig it!). They got started right away. The techs were working fast which was impressive. I made small talk with staff and they were friendly. Unfortunately my left thumb nail was cut quite short. I honestly didnt notice until later in the evening when I noticed the skin tingling on the top of my thumb. Ouch! Additionally, a third tech came near my chair and stepped on my sandals to move them out of the way. She didnt say "sorry/ excuse me/ or do you mind if I move your stuff" :-/ I'm sorry but please dont step on your customers shoes with your dirty shoes. Dont touch my stuff without asking. RUDE. I definitely didnt leave feeling warm nor fuzzies at the glistening customer service. Also, somehow paying was an issue. It appears a lot of folks use venmo. Which I do not. I asked what "20% of the total was for tip" and got a blank stare. I honestly couldn't calculate it in the moment. So yah not a fan of making a simple manicure and pedicure such a debacle. It shouldn't be so hard. You are not delivering babies. I'm still in the market to find a reasonably price salon with kind staff..... the saga continues. The vibe of this place is so relaxing. I love how clean the space is and the gentleness and g great service from the team here. Check in is easy and you can check in thru the iPad. When you have an appt, there is very little wait ! They are so great about this and they seem to always be busy but still can make last minute accommodations, at least when I have called. I did the following with these nail techs: Sophie- GelX Cindy- pedicure Julie- manicure Sophie is who you should book for gel nail designs and extensions. Her work is immaculate !!! Chefs kiss. I opted for long claws with an almond shape and a white swirl design. She chose the nicest pink nude color from OPI bubble bath and it was so well done. This set lasted me over 3 weeks until I decided to take it off. Highly recommend Sophie for nail designs Cindy is so sweet and gentle; recommend her for pedicures bc she did such a great job and has a gentle touch which I think is important for a pedicurist! Julie helped me with my manicure weeks later; she was so gently with my hands bc I was really suffering with allergies in my hands and she was able to really make my. She gave me recommendations for keeping my nails healthy which I appreciated. Overall it seems all the nail techs I have had are sooo gentle, efficient and kind. Called and they were able to give my husband and I same day pedicures. Great! Showed up and they sat us promptly. Massage chairs were strong with many options. The ultimate pedicure lasted for 1 hour, for $50! What?! I messed up the polish on my big toe putting on my sandal, went back and they kindly fixed it, refusing my 2nd tip. Had a gel manicure and ultimate pedicure. They were both amazing. The place was very clean! The pedicure was so good! I loved it. It was worth every penny! It took a while but I was fine with that. I wasn't in a hurry at all and the time that they took for my pedicure was worth the time I was there for. I think I got there about 3:45 and left close to 6. I'll definitely be back. I'm not sure if the prices here are normal in this area but I found them to be surprisingly cheap ($50 for the ultimate spa pedicure and $30 for the ultimate manicure is what I got although there are much cheaper options). The manicure and pedicure were awesome and I feel great! The chemical smell is a bit strong but your nose gets used to it after a while. read more

I am very disappointed! I thought my nails came out great when I left but a few weeks later after removing my acrylic nails they have a fungus underneath. I have never had this happen in my life and I'm scared. Improper technique or dirty tools im not sure but this is horrible. I will never come again! read more
