I was very excited about the job she was doing, however, near the end, I noticed one nail on each hand was missing a detail, and when I politely pointed it out, she said she couldn't finish it because she was running behind, adding that other clients had already been waiting. I left feeling the service was considered good enough even though it wasn't complete. A more customer-focused solution could have been offering a quick touch up later that day or the next morning. Two days later, the polish began to chip, and I didn't feel comfortable returning. I really enjoyed my experience with other technicians there previously and I'm sad that I won't be returning due to this experience which left me upset and disappointed.

The salon was spacious and clean. My husband had a pedi with Vin and said he was great, too. There was another technician there, Pim, who seemed so kind - always smiling at incoming customers. Today I arrived at 10:03am, and by the time I worked my way up to the counter, at 10:10 am I was told I would need to come back in an hour to see Lana since she was already with a client. This is common and fine, especially if you have a preferred tech. So, I was more than happy to return. I returned under an hour later at 11:05am and was told she was already with someone else and I mentioned I was back in less than an hour later. That's when the receptionist could have cared less. She stated she didn't tell me that, and that it was someone else, which it was. The lack of communication and care clearly relayed we don't want your business, or you can just keep trying.
