I barely got a foot massage, As a guy that's the only reason I go. There is to much competition in this town for such poor service! I've been a few times and the prices are ridiculous. And not consistent.. You get a full set and your eyebrows done and it cost me 130.00 dollars .. pedicure and eyebrows 110.00. I go yesterday to get my eyebrows done and she talks about how bushy they are , therefore I'm thinking they will be pretty.. Omg I know why she didn't give me the mirror she waxes one entire end of my eye brow off.. I got back to work and they said girl you need to go get your money back they messed your eyebrows up.. I take out my phone and I could have cried and she charged me 15.00 dollars this time .. they don't know if they want to charge 12, 12.50, 15.. Disappointing. Pretty salon but they obviously hate what they are doing. 15 minute pedicure, no massage. Other gal did my dip nails and never used the lamp AT ALL at the end. I didn't say anything thinking mabey it's a different product. Nope for the first time in my life the nails were fading color at the ends within a day. Few also broke. She dipped mabey two times. Other places do four to five times I think. I still gave each gal a $20 tip but they don't deserve a customer imho. No wonder it looked like they are so slow. read more

I went to three other nail salons when I moved here last summer in search of a place I would want to go regularly before finding Nail City. These girls are hands down the best. They are always super accommodating with my appointment times and ready for me the second I walk in the door. My gels look amazing for a solid two weeks and my pedicures last even longer. I'm new to the area and went on a Facebook site called "ask Moore county" looking for a nail salon. This salon had very high reviews. I've been going there since I moved here. The salon is very clean. You can hardly smell the Nail polish remover in the air as they have a great ventilation system. An extra treat is they give you a bag of pistachio and pretzels. My best friend recently moved to the Whispering Pines area, and we set set out to find a new place for manicures, pedicures and an eye wax. We came here, and were definitely pleased! We started with pedicures, and when we were seated in the chairs (which had lower back pillows and water bowl liners) we were handed a menu of pedicure options. We decided to go with the deluxe and were extremely pleased! Nikki did an amazing job! The pedicure itself lasted about an hour, but it was extremely relaxing and my feet left happy LOL. I decided to do the SNS Dip manicure, and I was really pleased with how it came out! This is a new method for me, but the process was explained and it came out simply fantastic! I also had an eyebrow wax, and must admit that this was my first time doing so. Nikki made me feel extremely comfortable and did a fantastic job shaping my eyebrows! While I will only be in the area when I visit my best friend, I would definitely come back when I am in the area! OH! I must add- each patron is given snacks - a bag of pretzels and a bag of pistachios. This TOTALLY made my visit! read more

Very disappointed. I got a fill in on Friday and by Sunday a nail was already broke. I went back to the shop Monday and he fixed it for free (which I'm thankful for). Tuesday another nail pops off and here today is Wednesday and two more came off. There is no way I should scratch my head and my nail pop off. Btw I already spent $40 on a gel fill in when normally I pay $27 at my normal shop. There's no point of me driving all the way back there just for them to mess up again. My nails have never broke like this before. $40 to end up with 6 nails and it hasn't even been a week. Will never go back read more

I LOVED this salon! Tina did a fantastic job making sure my cuticles were spot on and the lotion/massage was a 10! In just reading the poor review from 9/23/17, she should have gone back in to get it rectified instead of giving them a one-and-done. I'm sure they would have fixed it. Needed to get my nails done for a wedding. I'm a big yelp reader for different things. Everyone was super friendly. Got the gel manicure and she really took her time to make sure everything was perfect. My pedicure was wonderful. I got the milk and honey pedicure which adds a cup of coffee in the water. Really enjoyed everything. The massage had the right amount of pressure, she wasn't afraid to put pressure. I also run a lot and she cleaned out everything under my nails. I was a first time customer. The pedicure was good, but when I presented a gift certificate to pay for part of my services the daughter said the certificate had expired by about a month and would only honor HALF the value claiming her brother wouldn't like it. The mother who owns the business was there and could have EASILY honored the full value but did nothing. I said to them this was an honest mistake and a BAD way to do business ESPECIALLY with a NEW customer. GOOD Luck to you guys when you do business like that! I will NEVER go back there! read more

I am so disappointed. I had been a customer of Angie's Nails in Aberdeen but their quality started to go down hill. Based off the amazing reviews of Nail City I decided to try a new nail salon. Unfortunately that was a big mistake. The staff was very friendly and the salon was clean but our nails are a nightmare. My daughter (10) and I both had Gel nails for our hands and a standard French manicure on our toes. The day after we had our nails done the chipping began! For gel this is unbelievable to me! It has been three days and my toes are chipped but even more so my Gel nails on my hands! They now have not only completely chipped off on some fingers but are also starting to have an odd crackle effect all over the entire painted surface. The clear polish on my toes turned foggy and then started peeling! Needless to say after spending $120 dollars and the work only lasting one day, we won't be going back. read more

This nail salon is fabulous. It's refreshing to try a new nail place while on vacation and have you wishing your local go to salon was on par with this place. The service is something to rave about. The salon fit me in for a last minute appointment. They let me eat lunch while I was waiting, offered me a beverage or anything I could possibly want. The place was packed. It was during this summer's U.S. Open, so every wife, mother in town was in to pamper herself while their other half was watching golf. They did an impeccable job. They did not rush at all. They spent an hour taking their time with the pedicure and then, with the massage, lotion and hot towels. They did such a great job on my polish and the price was very reasonable. I wouldn't expect to pay a basic rate for a pedicure and get such great service, that is unheard of. I would definitely go back in a heartbeat if I was ever in the area again. I have been going here for years. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Very clean inside and never have had any problems. They even have wine, soda, coffee, and water available! Getting waxed by Nicole is the most painless waxing I've ever gotten anywhere. Gel manicures are great as well, love the colors!
