I got a French pedicure and loved the end product. I did get the basic pedicure which included a soak and some scrubbing. My nail tech was really gentle and made sure the French tip on each toe was precise. I definitely will be coming back. read more

A place that cuts corners. Came for a gel manicure, then came to remove it. Nothing went wrong with the application of the gel nails, but weeks later, I realized the gel removal was done completely wrong... I'm not someone who gets their nails done; at best, I maybe get them done once a year or two. When I came for the gel removal, the technician used a type of electric grinder to grind away the layers of the gel coating. That was it, grinding only. Like I said, I'm a nail newbie, so I thought this was maybe a new way to remove a gel set (instead of using an acetone wrap or something). When the grinding was done, the top color of the gel set was gone, but there were still patchy areas of a clear base coat (or something of the sort). I thought it was no big deal since the color that was left was clear and I figure I'd just cut my nails once they grew out. Totally wrong. After about two weeks, the remaining clear coat has now turned an ugly brown color that literally looks like my nails have been stained by shit. The kicker? I can't even paint over the ugly nails because my nails are now super brittle, frail, and sensitive; just putting a little extra pressure against my nails actually hurts. Again, I'm not someone who gets their nails done often at all, and never had any issues with brittle nails, so I think this nail damage was caused by the removal process. I don't even want to come back and ask them to remove it more thoroughly because I simply don't trust them. A quick google search enlightened me: you can use a grinder to remove the gel coating, but only so you can then apply acetone for an easier removal of the remaining gel to protect the nail quality. So based on the way the technician here removed the gel, I feel like they cut corners just to save time and didn't care about harming my nails. The only reason I didn't give this place flat out 1 star is because the gel manicure itself did last a long time (over four weeks). If you're coming here, BEWARE and call them out if you notice they're doing something wrong! Don't end up like me! read more

This review is for my third visit. For gel removal and a regular manicure (including tip and tax), it came out to about $50, which felt a little steep for the service I received. This time, Eryana did my nails. They turned out okay, though I wish the hand massage was a bit longer--it only lasted about 10 seconds. At other nail salons I've visited in the past, the massage part usually feels a little more relaxing and a lot longer, so it would be nice if they offered that here too. The whole process feel a little rushed too. I was hoping to book with Kristy again since she's done such a great job in the past, but she was out on vacation this time. I highly recommend this nail salon! This is my go-to spot! The salon is wide open with high ceilings and there's a good amount of space between each station for pedicures and manicures. The space is clean. Most all of the nail artists wear masks. You can call and easily make appointments. They have a bunch of artists available every day. Everyone I've had has been great. I don't hesitate to go with any of the nail artists. If you have a design you want, they work with you and try to make it happen. They don't cut corners and take the time to do the best job. The price matches the quality you're getting. My nails always last for weeks. TLDR; I have a greenie on 3 nails- WHICH SHE LEFT. She left the greenie yall. And I let her do it bc I knew I wouldn't be going back. This set is already lifting on several nails and it hasn't even been a week. This has never happened before! Quality has gone down in a pretty crazy way over the past few years. I'm noticing that they treat hard gel just like an acrylic service. I have all the same complaints! I switched to hard gel because I started going to Nail Club and they promised higher quality, and healthier nails. Their claim is that hard gel service will better preserve the natural nail and is overall better for the health of the nail. When I tell you my nails are just are tore up as they were after years of acrylic I am not exaggerating... my nails, especially my cuticles are TORE UP. I should not be spending this much to have so many aggressive hangnails within a week of getting a fill. The last time 3 times I went I was placed with one girl in particular who moves way too fast and makes noticeable mistakes. In my last service she did my pedicure and left one toe nail COMPLETELY crooked and sharp smh. In my last visit I also requested the hard gel be completely removed and a new set put on. I had developed a great relationship with my pedicure specialist, and I always tipped her well. I've been coming here for a long time. But last time I went, I dared to ask a couple of questions about my charges to the cash register girl. I had my cash right there, in my hand. They practically talk about everyone lmao (especially if you ask questions over the phone-they will laugh at you after you hang up). Not necessarily a relaxing environment to come to for your mani/pedis. I came back here for a hard gel fill with design and a gel pedicure as my go to girl was out of the country a few months ago. While I was in the spa chair, Marco was working on my pedicure while Ivy was working on my manicure. They proceeded to talk about me in canto, wondering if I could understand, which I'm pretty sure Ivy proceeded to say "I don't care if she understands me or not". Surprise! I'm not fluent, but I can pick up the gist of a conversation. Ivy did a great job per usual, but I will say I will not be coming back. Consistently great service. I've always been able to get an appointment within my desired timeframe. The mani pedis are always meticulous and the polish lasts for weeks. I do not get my nails done anywhere else now. This is my GO TO place. I also started getting hard gel done here, HUGE FAN. If I can stand how long my nails get, the hard gel lasts at least 4 weeks with zero chips or breakage. I'm honestly so surprised at how nice my nails still look after 4 weeks. I've gotten my nails done by Ivy and Kristy, both are great!! Ivy did my wedding nails and they turned out perfect, she also has really good inspo pics if you don't know what you want. If you're getting hard gel, set at least 1-1.5 hours, it can take long but the process is so worth it. I haven't had nails as nice as this until I started coming here. read more

Each and every time I go to a nail salon and regardless of what my nail status is, they always soak my nails. Today, I came in they didn't soak my nails, same thing with my sister. Our nails were fairly clean not much cuticles. Nail lady didn't even take out my previous polish that was stuck under my nails. I also asked if they have opi cuz I wanted a certain color and they said opi is additional $20. (Gel mani $35, opi $55). First time getting full set hard gel and it was such a good experience! I did a regular pedi and while I was in the chair, Ivy was already starting my cuticle prep. Eventually we moved over to the table where it was more comfortable for me. I didn't mind, I understand they get busy and this was the solution to manage bookings, timewise. Ivy was recommended by my friend, she is also the owner, so I had to get a full set with the best. She spent majority of the time shaping the overlay and then checked with me multiple times to make sure I was satisfied with the shape. I am trying out different bridal designs for my upcoming wedding so I told her I wanted to try a pale pink cat eye and that's what I got! She knew my preferences and knew right away what would look good on me. The full set + reg pedi took 1.5 hours, which is honestly amazing and it came out perfect. I am writing this review 3 weeks after the appointment and the retention is great for both pedi and mani. I think I can def get away with 3-4 weeks before a fill. A negative I would say is all staff is pretty chatty but they definitely aren't gossiping about you. Just an fyi, but I didnt mind. I see a good relationship and teamwork across the board. Would definitely be back for my wedding nails! The 1st visit I had was with Sunny, she tried her best to mimic the design that I wanted & always followed through if everything she did was okay. Although, I didn't want to opt in with extensions, the design I wanted needed to be on extensions. And I believe they offered it with the highest price (hard gel), so I paid $120 for the set. On that same appt, I also had a regular pedi with Winnie, she was great. The 2nd visit I had was with Victoria to get extensions removal & gel mani. It was my first time getting hard gel so I didn't know what to expect with the extension removal. Had high anxiety seeing her drill off the gel with different drill bits. But she got it done, and was careful to ask if it felt hot. She then suggested a color for the mani, but it was too light. Ivy then suggested to put cat eye in a similar color, and it turned out amazing. Total for 2 services were $60. With consideration of the hard work from these ladies, there were some cons that they can take as advice.. to change gloves if they touch too many things esp money and check the back of the nail to remove extra gel/residue. read more

Part of me really want to gatekeep this for myself. But I know it's important to share my experience since I gave this place a try after reading the yelp reviews. I made an appointment via phone the day before for 10:30AM appointment. I still had a 20 minutes delay to start. I got a spa pedicure with regular polish and a gel nail manicure. I picked color from a stack of painted fake nails for my pedicure but end up those were only for gel nail. The lady quickly gave ma a book for regular polish and I picked one pretty quickly after the lady gave me a few recommendations. And after that, the book/stack of color samples were taken away. And obviously...I forgot the code for my gel manicure. By the time I had to start my gel nail, I was at lost. So I told the technician that I wanted a classy blush color and she found me the perfect semi-sheer pink blush color. It was perfect for my short nails. One week later, my gel nails are still going strong :) I don't smell much chemical even when the salon was in full capacity and most customers were getting gel nail done. The place looks clean. But if I really have to really nip pick the place - this is not the place you see a technician open a pouch with tools inside; I don't see a brand new nail filer used on me. The buffer looks new; but the nail file board...definitely not. This place gets busy on Friday - even with appointment in the morning. So if you could come from Monday - Thursday, do that! I was told their busiest days are Friday and Saturday since they don't open on Sunday. And the owner closes on Sunday so that everyone could spend time with their families (plenty of the ladies who work here have kids). And if you want to avoid the parking challenge at the Skyline mall, definitely come here in the morning before lunch hour. read more

Currently my favorite place to go to get my nails done! The place was super clean and organized -- very different from a typical viet nail salon. I was able to make a same day appointment and had to wait a few minutes for my nail tech to prep up. They did a relatively decent job with my nails but the MVP goes to the lady who works at the front desk AND is doing someone's nails. All the things I needed adjustments on, she helped out. I did Gel nails, I got the color I want and the gel layer is actually not too thick (which is good for damaged nails but not so good cause they chip off easily at the tip). Overall, I had a decent experience and got the color I wanted! It was super simple so I'm not sure if they can do difficult nail art -- but we'll see! read more
