It started shaky as I was a same day call in appointment so when I arrived for 12:15 no one was ready as they were super busy. I felt like the appointment should have been better made for 1 or 1:30 when it died down. Also I watched others check in through the portal but no one ever explained the process to me. Luckily I caught on. It was very clean with low music playing. I went to get cash and returned. So glad I came back!!! So Trinh and Ken are my mvps for sure! Trinh did such a great job with being gentle yet firm during my pedicure. I have thin skin so it's easy for me to bleed if my cuticle care isn't done right. I never even flinched with her. I enjoy coming here when I want to treat myself to a mani/pedi! Super easy to book an appointment through their website. I've also walked in before for a pedicure and didn't have to wait very long. Very affordable prices with attentive service! When I got a gel pedicure the last time I was here before a Hawaii trip, it held up so well throughout the constant walking and beach activities so I knew I wanted to go for a gel manicure this time and use my 20% off birthday discount. honestly one of the worst sets i've ever gotten. i didn't know it was hybrid gel which is my own fault, and would have preferred builder, which is what i am accustomed to. i had to get a get a gel x on one nail due to a break, and less than two weeks later its already popped off. the other natural nails with hybrid are lifting and the edges are terrible. i was hoping this would be my new spot but it's def a pass. the pedicure was fine. maybe i just got the wrong person for the manicure. read more

They have signs throughout their salon with pricing details for each service. There are different packages to choose from where you can get foot scrubs and other amenities. I recommend going early when they open since the salon gets very busy throughout the day, especially on weekends. I also recommend bringing cash because you get a small discount. Nails: 10/10 I switched from acrylic overlay to the hybrid overlay and haven't had a broken nail since! And I'm very aggressive on my nails Designs, literally can show them any design you want and they can recreate them perfectly. The best part is that my tech is soooo quick! Great new spot for nails. It's a large place with good ventilation and it's brightly lit. There's plenty of parking out front. Everyone was friendly there. There's a huge selection of colors. You get situated in a massage chair first and then after a soak, they give you cards to pick your color from. $35 for a regular pedicure and $50 for a gel pedicure. I came to this nail salon for the first time and was really disappointed. I chose the premium services, expecting better quality, but what I got felt more like a basic service. I paid $85 and spent 2 hours here, only for the results to be nothing like I expected. To make things worse, as I was getting ready to leave--45 minutes late by that point--I had to pay and sign the receipt while three ladies stared at me, clearly waiting to see how much I tipped. It felt really uncomfortable, like I was being pressured to tip more than I felt was deserved. It took the lady five tries to fix one nail, and it ended up looking even worse than when she started. My cuticles are still bleeding on and off from how badly she kept cutting them. I don't go get my nails done often because of the high costs, and this was supposed to be a "treat myself" day. Instead, I left feeling worse and like I just wasted money on a service that wasn't worth it. Definitely won't be coming back. read more

I walked in for a Acrylic full set and a basic pedicure with no color. The basic pedicure i had no problems. I asked how much it would be to get the inspo pic he said $80. I was okay with that but was told they couldnt do it exactly. That was fine too. During the time i was doing my nails he cut me twice and when it was time to do the design after the french tip he said my nails were too short and wasn't possible to do the design. I wish he initially told me that length that was chosen was too short and I would have pivoted. Then when it came to pay I was watching how much they charged me. Online it said it was $36.05 for a basic pedicure and I was charged $40 and for my set it was should have been 51.50 for the Acrylic full set + 10.30 for a french tip but was charged $66. Mind you i have been here plenty of times before and I have never been unchanged before and I would say I tip decently. I ended up leaving with a mediocre colored french tip that's uneven. I've never been so disappointed and im never going back. read more

I have gone here a few times but never paid close attention until my last visit. I went in for a mani and pedi. Since they were busy, after they were done with my pedi they moved me to the sitting area where they usually do acrylics. I noticed that the lady pulled the nail cutter out of her pocket and cut my nails. I very much dislike when they sand your nails with electric nail drill, specially because the drill looked dirty and who knows how many nails they have drilled with that. I was just getting regular gel and no drill was necessary. I asked the lady to not use the drill on my nails and I don't know if she really didn't understand or pretended to not understand. She finally stopped using it, but she then started using a nail file that was on a basket with a bunch of other nail files that were already used. She also dusted my nails off with a brush that was very filthy. I was disgusted and never going back again. I'll have to go back to my regular nail place in the city. The place in SF takes out the sanitized stencils out of a sealed bag and they use single use nail buffer/files for each customer. read more

I am happy to see a modern nail salon open nearby. They were able to accommodate services for me on short notice. Natalie did my pedicure and she did an absolutely amazing job, deserving of 5/5 stars. For manicure, I had dip acrylic nails prior that had to be removed. I wanted to get a manicure with regular polish. Three different techs worked on my hands which I'm usually used to one person completing the service from start to finish but it didn't really impact the job. Although I wished to give this place a 5 star review, my services took a turn when one nail tech bumped into my foot (I was sitting still in the pedicure chair). She completely removed my polish and re-did the toe she damaged but the polish still came out thick, the original job was very very nice. Later, as my manicure was about to be finished by the current tech, another tech (named Y) who was not a part of the service at all, approaches me and sticks her finger into my thumb. She adds more polish to cover up the mess, as a result my thumb nail polish is very thick and couldn't dry properly. Overall, it is a nice salon, but I had a difficult time communicating with the staff due to language barriers. Despite me sitting very still in the pedicure chair, my wet nails still got damaged twice by two different techs. Hopefully, it was just bad luck for me and it won't happen to any other customers. +5 stars for Natalie -2 stars for the two times staff bumped into my wet nails read more
