In their defense, I did ask for gold instead of silver. But that's only the color, not the style. They were all rushing to leave and rushed with our nails. They left glue residue on my cuticles. 1/5. When I tried to explain my concerns, she turned her back on me and didn't listen. She also said something to her coworker in another language while I was speaking, which felt dismissive. A nail salon visit is supposed to be relaxing, but instead, I felt rushed and physically uncomfortable -- my hands and feet were pulled at the same time, and it wasn't done with care. Salons do your nails at a table, she does your nails at the foot bath on the side, very unprofessional.

I only came here because my nail was closed in Lansing. The shop was clean new nail chairs however dirty tools. Of course you know after all of that she wanted me to leave as quick as I came! There is no reason what so you should use dirty old and used nail tools on customers. Unfortunately we as black people are patronizing these nail salons and you think we will accept anything. Hands down, Pals Nails and More is the best. The salon is clean and easily accessible. They make every effort to keep their clients safe by sterilizing tools and equipment between uses. I'm so thankful that I found Angie. In fact, all of the ladies there are wonderful. They're professional, personable, and very accommodating. Even though I'm one of Angie's clients, they all greet me when I come in and when I leave. If Angie wasn't available I would feel completely comfortable having my nails done by any member of the wonderful staff. Friendly doesn't come close to describing their attitude. As far as the quality of service, Angie is meticulous in her work, and is often more particular about how my nails look than I am. She takes great pride in her work, and I appreciate that.
