I got Dazzle Dry manicure and pedicure. She took her time with both services and gave me exactly what I wanted. Only think is I will say they are not super equipped to remove dip powder. I came in with an old dip manicure and luckily she was able to get it off because it was pretty thin - just be aware that you may want to try taking it off yourself before coming here. Overall, I thought my mani/pedi was fairly pricey for what I got, but that also included the cost to take off the gel. I'd recommend tho for sure!

Then they showed me to the tub, and I asked if they were going to put a liner in. She said they didn't need a liner because there was no pump. There were, however, a dozen places around the faucet and drain where bacteria could hide. So apparently they were worried about contamination from my polish but not their tub. I said no thanks, and she said they were going to charge me anyway because of their cancellation policy. It's not like I was keeping a tech from taking another client as the place was empty...not one client other than me. Anyway, no price is too high to avoid toenail fungus, so I walked away.

Since they're appointment only, I made one for 11/29 and was able to get the first slot of the day. Kathy warmly greeted me and did my pedicure first. I saw the pricing for the services and asked what the difference was between the regular and deluxe pedicure and she said it came with a wax treatment and something else. For a $5.00 difference, I decided to get it. She went through the normal steps of removing the polish and so forth. I really appreciated her checking throughout the service to ensure my needs were met both with the shape and length of the nail, as well as how it looked. At first I didn't see the value of the deluxe until she put my feet in the wax bags and had it soak for a few mins. Once removed, my feet were so Incredibly soft! I figured ok, so the pedicure was great, let's see how well she does nails and that's where she really shined. When she started my nails, I noticed she was working a bit faster than she did on my feet. At that point, I assumed she had another appt (which she did), I just wasn't sure when. I was amazed that even while working a bit faster, she still cared about the accuracy and look of my nails. I'm used to being rushed and the nails not looking to my liking, but she was the opposite. Not only did she nail the design, but everything else was perfect. Best of all, she told me the prices up front so I knew everything she was charging for and there were no surprises afterwards. Kathy was polite, thorough, and did great work. Considering I paid less here for a fill, pedicure, and tip than I did at the other place with just a full set and tip, it's a no brainer who's getting my business in the future. The ladies all speak decent English and seem very nice. Haven't we all felt like they were talking about us in their native language, lol? I didn't feel that in the 2 times I was here. They do a terrific job. They've been very accommodating both times seating us together (the 2nd time, there were 4 of us). The place is very clean and runs super efficiently. It has a front desk that kinda keeps things moving. They have a bazillion different types of polish and colors; it's almost overwhelming. They have what looks like a private party room in the back of the salon for bridal parties or bigger groups. I appreciate the huge TV's everywhere playing HGTV. So here's the skinny: come in and check in on the tablet. The chairs to wait in are to the right where all the polish colors are all over the table (I thought that was a party or something). They'll come get you when it's your appointment. The bathroom is in the back corner by the exit sign. I've avoided these types of places because it's hard to tell if the employees are treated and paid well. But this one is run like a well oiled machine. I got tired of my one-woman tech being slow and I ran out of things to talk to her about after all these years. It was like too much work. Here you can just sit in silence and they are done in a timely manner. I usually bring my own polish but I just picked one from their table. It's a little confusing what's what on the table but do your best lol. At the end,the tech gives you a ticket. I didn't know what to do with it or how to tip. There is a nail drying counter/fan but they don't tell you to go there so I didn't know. Next to it are foam sandals. I think you pay on the way out and tip there too. I'll be back with better expectations and feeling less intimidated. I'm glad they take appointments and foot callous removal is with a machine (that is new to me!)

Her nail station is currently located within the same space as Lumber Laser Studio and when you arrive, she will be right there to greet you by the door. Emmalee uses all gel polishes and provides a very sanitary experience using all new and cleaned tools, she files and then soaks the gel polish off and then takes her time to create a work of art on my nails. She is so good at nail art and will work with you to determine the best colors use and designs to do! My nails are usually short and I have the hardest time growing them, so I can't get really elaborate designs, but she does such good work with my little nails and always manages to make them look good no matter what colors or designs we choose. Emmalee is friendly and will make sure you are happy with the final results. I recommend checking out her website and booking an appointment if you need your nails done.

I have been getting gel every time, and never have lifting or chipping which I find is rare. Her studio is within a bigger suite, but it's perfect!
