You can usually get an appointment, they're open on Sundays, and walk-ins welcome. This time guy was a little rough when cutting nails and one of my toes hurts a little, gave good massage though. The guy also used drill sander thing and I don't have gel, I said I don't have gel and he still wanted to do it, next time I'll tell them I don't want it. Walked in for a standard manicure and gel removal on January 7th. They did a horrible job; my nails are still peeling back from the "drill sander" that was used to remove the gel. One of the worst nail salons i have been to. they don't care about doing a good job. I went for mani pedi today, the manicurist cut my cuticle so deep that it didn't stop bleeding for a half hour or more. more over i screamed in pain but they didn't have the decency to apologize. the pedicure was terrible my cuticles still look like the way they did before. at the end they harassed me to give them a tip. they would not let me leave without tipping them absolutely terrible place. My first visit here today and it did not disappoint! My daughter told me about this place because she loved her visits here. I see why! The salon is clean and everyone was very nice. And for anyone wondering, everyone inside was wearing a face mask (customers and employees). The lady I think her name is Amy, was very passive aggressive. She did such a shoddy job of pedicure-lightly touched the tools on my nails, then rinsed those tools in the water my feet were in and put the tools back in her kit. Cut my nails way too short for my liking despite my telling her and abrasively used the filer looking in every other direction and kept on scraping my skin. She would not put the second coat of nail paint past the tips of my nails. I have NEVER seen a thing as saving on nail paint this way. I just couldn't wait to get out of there and would not be going back. She ruined a perfectly beautiful afternoon with her attitude annd extremely poor serviced. Went in today and the gal who I went to before Ellie is already no longer working there ..they have a big turn over... so I went to Kevin for my acrylic fill and he did a nice job. My complaint is I got stuck with Amy for my pedicure and she rushed the $38.00 pedicure in 30 minutes and out of the blue she said if you want more massage it's another 10 dollars for 10 minutes. My manicurist, Vivian, was kind and did her best to accommodate my tight time frame. I only had 40 minutes and usually a pedicure is around 40-50 minutes. I walked out with my flipper/slippers and had to hustle to my car. Definitely a good place to relax and unwind. I have been going here for pedicures for the last year. I have had no complaints until my last visit a couple weeks ago. I'm pretty sure I got a new manicurist. It was the most painful experience I have ever had. I kept pulling my feet back and grimacing. You would've thought someone would have seen my pain or heard my "ouches". My skin was cut on the side and my cuticles were filed off until they were raw. I thought for sure I was going to get an infection. I am thankful that did not happen. All of my toenails were the same length, except for one! It was so short it looked like a nub. When I got home, both my husband and daughter commented on how poorly the paint job was. I and a group of girl friends had an appointment for mani/pedis this last Sunday at 11:00am and this was my first time visiting the salon. First off it was very nicely decorated and very relaxing inside, probably one of the nicer nail salons I've been to in a while with the exception of resort day spas. And my pedicure was great...however that's where the good stuff ends. We had a reservation for 6 yet we told them not all 6 were coming. So they filled 4 pedicure stations even though we said we had one more friend coming...making it a total of 5. Long story short one of our friends what to wait about 20 mins to get started on her pedicure. In my mind, if a reservation is made for 6 there should have been someone available to start her pedicure immediately once the basin was filled. After my pedicure I decided to get a manicure as well since we had to wait for our friend to finish up. I just wanted a simple french tip manicure, nothing fancy. It was going fine until the lady trimmed my cuticle way to short causing me to bleed everywhere. She didn't even acknowledge what she did, she just kinda blotted my finger with a towel and kept going. Kind of gross that she used a dirty towel to "clean" my cut. She didn't even apologize, just kept right on going. Oh and I am not the only one in the group this happened to. Fast forward to around 7:30 that same night...I just finished giving my daughter a bath and I looked at my hands and noticed my manicure is already chipping!!! In less than 12 hours my manicure was coming off. I've done manicures myself that have lasted longer. So I applied some of my own personal top coat hoping that would help. And it did for a while. Now here we are 2 days later and my manicure has completely come off some fingers and is chipped on all the rest. All my friends say I should go back to get it fixed but I am a stay at home mom to a 17 month old...I don't have the time to drive up to EDH (about a 30 min drive for me) and get my manicure fixed while my daughter sits in her stroller freaking out. If I have time I may go back and see if I can at least get money back because it is ridiculous that 2 days later my manicure is worse off than if I had saved my money and did it myself at home. read more

Finally got a chance to try this new place out. It is really nice inside with a lot of room for customers. I think I counted 14 pedicure spas! I went for a No Chip Manicure with Harmony Gelish Soak-Off Gel Polish for $25 and a Classic Pedicure for $30. Everyone was nice and did a great job on both my manicure and pedicure.
