RUDE!!!!!! I came here with my mom and u was trying to pick a color for my nails. I had a question about the availability of some colors. I asked one tech he said to ask someone else and pointed to the back of the salon, so I walked up to the other tech and said "excuse me" he didn't look up, so I said "excuse me" a little louder. The woman who he was working on tried to help and a few of the patrons tried to help but none of the techs bothered... it wasn't even busy. I got frustrated and left. I had a pedicure here several months ago, and it was a great experience. The salon is now under new management, and I had a less than satisfactory visit today. The tech doing my gel manicure fell asleep several times while cutting my cuticles- which was the oddest thing to witness. After spending 5 minutes cleaning the same nail another tech noticed how uncomfortable I was and asked him to leave. My manicure was mediocre, and I was not given a discount for the poor experience. I will not recommend or return to this salon. read more

This place is very relaxing I went just recently, for the very first time and the service was amazing, they were so nice and polite I asked for a manicure with SNS dip and I even asked to add tips to my nails and it was still only $40 which is better than all the places I've ever been. Recently moved to the area and looking for a good nail salon. This place just didn't hit the mark. Looks like I will keep looking. The first girl to do my nails seemed like she had something better to do the entire time. My pedicure girl was nice and friendly but for the price I've had way better. One of my nails chipped the very next day - something I have never had happen especially with overlay and gel. I went back and they did fix it - I'll have to see how long it lasts. I believe that when you go to a salon you have a tranquil experience and be satisfied every time. I will keep looking. read more

Over all it was a good experience. The lady who did my pedi was super nice and did such a great job! Just was not happy with my mani, the man that I got seemed like he was in a rush. SERIOUSLY GO TO ANY OTHER PLACE!!!!!!!! THIS ONE SUCKS!!!!!!!!!! It does not look as nice and clean as in the pictures!!!!!This place was absolutely and 100 percent the worst nail place I have been to. I came here on the day of my prom and wanted to get my nails and toenails done and was greeted with bad customer service as soon as I walked through the door. Anyways, I was finally in a chair with my feet in the water when a worker notified me that they forgot they had a client in front of me so I had to wait longer which was not a big deal, but there was also 2 workers TWO that instead of helping customers opted for a half hour smoke break. The whole time they were trying to get my mom to pay them more money by telling me to get gel polish. Theu consistently said "gel polish is more expensive too. It will really show she loves you!" One employee looked at my hand and stated "gel lasts longer and doesn't chip and look as ugly as fast like that" and proceeded to point at my hand while other workers laughed. The girl next toe had burning hot water and the worker was too busy talking to notice soon enough. By the time I was done I had only a pedicure and no manicure, and was late to prom even though I got there 3 HOURS EARLY. was told it would only be a short wait and thought I would be done in at least an hour. Thanks Yelp for helping me find this place! This is a new salon so it is not busy yet. I was able to get in without an appointment. I got a pedicure and an eye brow wax since they were having a special. I tried talking to my technician but she did not appear to really understand English. She did a good job cutting my toe nails. I got a slightly higher priced pedicure to get a salt scrub and leg massage. The salt scrub was a little strange. She only scrubbed my feet and ankles but not the leg. I did get a pretty good leg massage with hot stones. It was nice. My totes were painted and it appears to be a nice job. The technician left without a word do now I'm sitting here letting my nails dry. The salon is SUPER quiet! There is little noise and no music. I like a salon with at least some music lightly playing in the background. Since the salon is new they are a little limited on services but plan to add more in the near future. read more

when i got there i signed in and they sat two people who got there after me and i asked why did they have us sign in if they weren't going to seat us how we were signed in. he assumed i just wanted nails but never asked. I went on a Saturday around 10:30 and left at 1. Not bad for a pedicure and full set, place was busy. I loved my pedicure. they did a good job, however my nails were a different story. The lady who did my nails apparently didn't know english just understood it and was VERY RUDE. She kept cutting me and going over my cuts, and when i told her what she was doing she kept doing it and gave me a ugly face. one of my hands, all the nails are the shape i wanted them. After 2 years patronizing Nail Garden, I was rudely addressed by the owner regarding the lack of sevices I waited over a hour for. As I was getting a full set of nails done by Ana and a pedicure by Diane, he instructed Ana to stop with my service to wax 4 people. I informed him that I no longer wanted my full set due to waiting 33 minutes and would pay for any services already rendered. His reply was extremely appalling, rude and unprofessional. He made it very clear that my business was no longer welcomed and stated that, "Id rather lose your business instead of the others and I run my busy how I want to!" I composed a calm demeanor and discreet monotone the entire conversation as he tended to become boisterous, as customers directed their full attention towards us. As he removed the tips already applied, he went further to say that Ana would never be allowed do my nails again. I had had a similar situation accure 6 months ago with the owner being rude, being handled roughly during a full set by him and totally diregarded about my concerns. After finishing with my nails (not satisfied what so ever with the set) he tossed my hand down and left the station without addressing my concerns. I was reluctant to return today (8-31-19) but I thought I would receive the quality service I had been receiving for over 2 yrs. Needless to say I will not be returning. read more

I went in yesterday and asked for my regular nail tech. I was sad that she was no longer working at this site but was reassured that any of the other Nail Techs would do a good job. I was hesitant because I have had bad experiences with nail technicians I was not referred to by other clients. After agreeing Kevin the Nail Technician was assigned to work on my nails and after my consultation and his suggestions I proceeded. I was so pleased that I gave him a $10.00 tip. I told him he deserved it because I was a high maintenance client. Even my husband was impressed and said that my nails looked beautiful. The salon is clean and the techs seem friendly enough but the service is horrible. My pedicure was rushed because a friend came in and I had to point out errors that she was not happy about fixing. I went in with a very specific design in mind and halfway through the pedicure she tells me she can't do it and then proceeds to tell me what we are going to do. I get that the toenail is a smaller surface to work on but there is no reason to lie to get me in the chair. My toes look great. My complaint isn't about the quality of the work, but the quality of customer care. Don't go in unless your one of the techs buddies. read more
