I have been to many Nail salons in my life. I found Nail Image by chance- I am so very glad that I did! I am confident that I can say, they have a customer for life. Immediately when I walked in I fell the most incredible energy. The salon itself is beautiful and inviting. The way they have it set up flows well making me feel comfortable. I have had the honor of working with more than one technician all of which are so kind with illuminating energy. Aside from all of these assets, they do incredible work. I've had great service here and they are so reasonably priced! One time I came in a half hour before closing with my sister and brother for a pedicure and they didn't rush me or their work on my nails, in fact they even called another tech in. I love that they are open on Sundays since that's when I have time to pamper myslef moreso than on Saturdays. They have great gelish options to choose from and awesome regular mani/pedi packages. I went here and they appeared to have good customer service. I paid for a basic pedicure and a full set of sns nails. I wasn't knowledgeable about sns being that gel is my choice of service most of time. I asked Steven and he told me sns would be a good choice being that it lasted a little longer than acrylic. After the job was completed my nails seemed nice. Narrow, thin and vibrant. I got this service on a Friday. Saturday one of my nails broke in the middle. I called and Steven said he would accommodate me by fixing the nail. As I examined I seen where another nail was splitting through the middle also so that day he repaired two nails. Although he seemed a little agitated he still repaired the nails so I was almost satisfied but my polish seemed dull compared to the repairs but to me that wasn't a huge issue. Got home later that afternoon and went to give my scalp a scratch with my finger and again another nail pops off split through the middle. Furious now being that one broken nails makes me feel so uncomfortable i called the next morning to advise him of the brittleness in my nails he replied that I could come in and he would see what he could do. By this time I was pissed. In the meantime as i was getting ready to go back to the nail shop which is 34 mins from where I live I went to reach in my purse and another nail again pops off in the middle. I went back and when I came in he seemed to be a little bit more agitated than the previous visit but at that point I didn't care, I was past agitated so I had the same energy. He pointed me to another nail tech who's attitude sucked from the start. The tech began to fix the two broken nails and I repeatedly asked was he going dip my nails again so I could have a stronger foundation assuming that would stop the breaking. He ignored a few times and I asked once more.He stopped and spoke to Steven in their language which i hate because I always assume their talking about me or others. Steven then just came out of nowhere and said I'll refund you which was perfectly fine!! But the point is I drove there 3xs. He lied from the beginning knowing that sns is an unhealthy method for lengthy nails. And even after I kept my cool he had an unprofessional attitude. Cheap products. I went with my two oldest daughters and some friends to have mani/pedis done and I am very happy with the results. The prices were great and the employees were very helpful and kind. They took extra care with my children and all the girls loved being pampered. The foot soaks were clean and I watched them do a through cleaning before the next client was helped. I'd go back. This place sucks I went on Christmas Eve to get my eyelashes done individuals last 2-3weeks mines fell off already and it's now the 27th of December go figure spaces in my lashes it took her almost 1.5hrs to do a shitty job I wouldn't recommend this spot to anyone they are a rip off and don't know how to do eyelashes and they have false advertisement for 20% off service if you mention the ad in the longhorn brochure my eyelashes looked like a 2yr old did them read more

10 minutes late for an appointment and the owners cancelled appointment after being stuck behind an accident. The technicians are half way through their walk-ins so obviously did not wait for their scheduled appointments. Very bad business. So don't take appointments when your going to take first come first serve anyway. read more

DO NOT come to this place!!! NEW OWNERS SUCK!!! The lady who did my pedicure cut my poor little toes up & then when it was time to do my gel manicure she tried filing off the gel I had on from my previous manicure, which burned the hell out of my already thin nails!!! When I asked her to soak the gel off instead she then became real aggressive & was scraping the gel off really hard! I told her she couldn't do my nails anymore & that I wanted someone else to do them or I was walking out of the place & the male "Steven" said he would. Since I've already been in there for 2 hours at this point I decided I just wanted a regular manicure no polish & guess what they charged me????!!!! 40 freaking dollars for a regular mani & pedi!!!!! With NO polish!! This place is a JOKE, UNFRIENDLY (from the start), & do not know how to conduct a business!!! Besides that "Steven" after a while of us being in there carried in 2 little girls from a car outside, dripping wet!!!!!!!! It was 101 degrees that day!! I do my nails if I have time, and since I didn't, I went here for the first time. The people there were nice. However, they did a HORRIBLE job. I didn't do gel nails because of the damage it caused during the removal. So now I'm seeing bubbles on ALL my finger nails and my big toe! Needless to say, I will have to do it all over again by myself because I can't stand my nails look this ugly. I tipped them big because they asked me to pay first so that my nail polish wouldn't be damaged. I don't think they tried to trick me, but in cause it happens to you in any salon, just beware. read more

I have been coming here for years to get my nails done and I love it! Their prices are fair. The girls always take their time with the pedicures, super relaxing. The only complaint I have is the guy they have working there now, I don't feel he did a thorough job on my fill. The girls are all amazing though, especially Jessica. First off, I want to say to Chrissy F that she had NO business worrying about how the kids came in to the shop the day she said. I have NEVER seen them come in as she described, and I'm there every 2 weeks. Secondly, my mom and I have known Steven for over 2 years. We followed him from his previous shop. He does a great job and he does his best to help out the clients. I was sad and mad that someone would say such junk about them in that way! The girls are so adorable, too. They take great care of them. No need to report them for anything. Those girls are happy and that's all that matters. Steven has even been nice enough to let me display a Scentsy warmer and leave my books and business cards in there for his clients. Not many places will do that. I wouldn't have been able to do that at the other shop he was at. Every time I go in there, they do a great job on my nails and toes. I even tried the Hollywood Facial one time and I LOVED it! The team at this shop does a better job than any other shop I have been to, that's why we followed him! He is almost like family now. :) read more
