I appreciate any business that contacts their customers and takes these issues seriously. Thank you Lalla's. I have been a loyal customer for over a year and I only come to Lala's but today will be my last. The tech who did my chrome full set manicure in the front was very rude. I am so nice to everyone and she just didn't want to be there. Bad attitude just because I was asking questions. I don't get my finger nails done often. She cut my cuticles twice and made me bleed, used a large and painful tip on the drill. She didn't apologize for making me bleed and then when my nail accidentally bumped the nail dryer she loudly said "UGH!" And Rolled her eyes. So embarrassing. I have never been treated this poorly by a nail tech. I was still nice enough to tip her but I shouldn't have. She has ruined this salon for me. I expect Lala's to hire much nicer people for the prices they charge. I'm so upset. The nails look okay I guess. I just wanted to hurry and leave. When I went back to get them fixed, the nails were cut unevenly, gel applied unevenly, and my middle finger was pulsing on both corners later that day. Next morning my middle finger was extremely sensitive and began to swell. By the evening, my middle finger was beginning to pus. The tools used were not new and sterilized and the nail jobs were rushed and careless. Do not recommend. Other customers were complaining too while I was sitting getting my nails redone.
