Today I came in and showed a photo of what I wanted and the nail tech was able to replicate it pretty well! The downside of coming here is that the manager guy is not very friendly and was definitely trying to sneak some charges in. I had my natural nails that needed to be filed with a dip change. There were no nail extensions, extra shaping, or anything other than the flower design on my ring finger that I asked for, but as you can see on the receipt, I was charged for these items. Without a manicure, I was expecting to pay maybe $50 for the dip color - $60 with the design. At my other salon they always tell me it will be extra and I give them the okay, but the point is they are transparent. This guy just rang me up without showing me the charges and I didn't see they charged me $80 until after I asked for my receipt. Maybe I'm off here, but just posting this to help other people understand the charges if you choose a design!

The most frustrating part was that I got home and realized she had put only one coat of color on my right hand. It was quite noticeable once I saw it. I don't live nearby, so I had to drive 20+ minutes to go back and have them correct it. No apology for the inconvenience. There were a couple of other issues I had the first time around, as well (painfully scraping the nail file on my toes as she was filing; started using the wrong color and then placed the blame on me). A few days goes by and all my nails lift, then they start popping off. after a few days!! are you kidding i paid for a full set of acrylics and she charged me for having short nails... i thought you charged for the longer length not short. So unbelievably disappointed. I called as soon as my nails started coming off and she said she could redo them but at that point my nail beds were so damaged and brittle i didn't want to risk getting them drilled on again so i asked if i could just get a refund and she straight up said no you didn't come here. I was shocked because she did my nails?!? So i described everything that happened and then she said okay well i can't do that. I just got my nails done and they all came off. at the end of the day don't come here unless you want to blow your money on nails that won't even last 4 days.

A couple i just met while getting my nails done for the first time, drive from Irving to get their nails and pedis done. I asked the guy Joseph, why do you guys drive so far? He said , we drive for the customer service. Tuan, the owner knows everyone's name. He greeted me by my name after not seeing me for a few months. For that, hes out guy . I couldn't agree more. He'd only met me 1 time and used my name immediately when I walked in the door yesterday. Helen was my nail tech. I've already tried 2 salons I wasn't extatic about. Helen was patient. I asked for gel and my nails are long already but 2 broke off, I didnt care, don't want those other 3 cut. Twan talked me into getting dip. Its amazing!! I tried before at another salon, but they were too thick. Im picky. Helen made them perfect, just like gel but stronger. They have a 100% satiafaction clause, so if I broke one or anything bad happened they'd fix for free. Who does that?? I was offered a drink and they had a cab, my fave. I had the best shoulder and arm massage by Me Me, and I was very pleased with the manicure options they have. Not only did she recommend this place, she took me. Experience: We walked in (there were three of us), and were seated immediately. We were given the menu for different types of pedicures (yes, they have a menu that explains each one in detail and gives the price). We were also given a run down of the various manicures available. We were then offered drinks and snacks while our feet soaked. Since we were all three having both manis and pedis we each had two people working on us at all times. We never had to lift a finger. They even brought us swatches of color for nail polish options instead of having to scan all the bottles before sitting. The pedicure was heaven! I got the tropical one and they actually used fresh oranges to massage into my feet and legs along with oils and exfoliating scrub. All the while, the manicurist would work on one hand, while resting the other on a fluffy pillow that she placed in my lap. No reaching or trying to strain so she could reach! It was totally the little things that made the day. And did I mention the pedicure was incredible? I did pay a little extra for a full reflexology foot massage, but it was totally worth it! They massaged my feet and legs, arms and then the pedicurist got up and massaged my neck and shoulders. Don't get me wrong, I've had all of these things done at one time or another (except for the pillow in the lap for the mani...why don't others do this?), but never at one time by one salon. I've gone to salons with bad manicurists/pedicurists just because of the great customer service and pampering. I've also gone to really rough places with crap service just to get a good mani/pedi. With this place I don't have to sacrifice any longer. Reason for only four stars: Nobody's perfect so I can't give a perfect score, but these guys were as close as you can get. The only thing that wasn't great was you couldn't tip on your credit card. Tips in cash only. They do have an ATM, but it wasn't working so I had to go back with cash to leave a tip. Also, the manicurist working on one of my friends messed up a bit on one fingernail. She just got ahead of herself, no big deal. My friend simply pointed out the flaw and she didn't just fix the flaw, she started the whole nail over again so it would all look good.with the same number of polish coats. If you notice something's not right, just be sure and mention it. They were more than happy to make it right.
